The total synthesis of majusculamide D(1)was achieved from commercially available *** addition,we synthesized eight analogues including three stereoisomers of majusculamide D that differ in the fatty acid *** analogues including a simplified analogue 29 exhibited significant nanomolar-level IC50 values against Panc-1 cells in MTT assays.A preliminary SAR analysis indicated that the hydroxyl group at C10 and C2−C3 unsaturated double bond of majusculamide D were essential in maintaining the high activity against Panc-1 cells and the orientation of C40-Me and C42-Me groups was tolerable.

The extensive use of steel spring floating slab tracks has effectively addressed the challenge of alleviating the environmental vibrations induced by urban rail transit ***,under the combined action of train dynamic loads and complex environmental factors,problems,such as the fracture of steel spring vibration isolators and suspension vibrations induced by the uneven settlement of the base,often *** failure of isolator support stiffness is often hidden in its early stages and is challenging to identify by conventional detection *** the same time,it will aggravate the wheel-rail interaction,accelerate the deterioration of track structure,and even affect the driving *** study first establishes a detailed coupled train-floating slab track-foundation analytical *** the influence of the vibration isolator support stiffness failure on the dynamic indices of the floating slab track system response is analyzed.A set of defect identification methods that can detect the number of failed steel springs,severity of damage,and their location is ***,an intelligent monitoring system for support stiffness of floating slab track is built by combining the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm and statistical data analysis and is applied to a rail line in southern *** a three-year monitoring campaign,a suspension failure and a fracture of a steel spring were each successfully detected and detailed failure information was *** investigation results were consistent with the damage identification *** repair,the track structure dynamic response returned to the average pre-damage level and further deterioration had been *** proposed damage identification methods and monitoring system provide an approach for intelligent identification of track structure support stiffness failures.

MgH_(2) is a promising high-capacity solid-state hydrogen storage material,while its application is greatly hindered by the high desorption temperature and sluggish ***,intertwined 2D oxygen vacancy-rich V_(2)O_(5) nanosheets(H-V_(2)O_(5))are specifically designed and used as catalysts to improve the hydrogen storage properties of MgH_(2).The as-prepared MgH_(2)-H-V_(2)O_(5) composites exhibit low desorption temperatures(Tonset=185℃)with a hydrogen capacity of 6.54 wt%,fast kinetics(Ea=84.55±1.37 kJ mol^(-1) H_(2) for desorption),and long cycling ***,hydrogen absorption can be achieved at a temperature as low as 30℃ with a capacity of 2.38 wt%within 60 ***,the composites maintain a capacity retention rate of~99%after 100 cycles at 275℃.Experimental studies and theoretical calculations demonstrate that the in-situ formed VH_(2)/V catalysts,unique 2D structure of H-V_(2)O_(5) nanosheets,and abundant oxygen vacancies positively contribute to the improved hydrogen sorption ***,the existence of oxygen vacancies plays a double role,which could not only directly accelerate the hydrogen ab/de-sorption rate of MgH_(2),but also indirectly affect the activity of the catalytic phase VH_(2)/V,thereby further boosting the hydrogen storage performance of MgH_(2).This work highlights an oxygen vacancy excited“hydrogen pump”effect of VH_(2)/V on the hydrogen sorption of Mg/MgH_(2).The strategy developed here may pave a new way toward the development of oxygen vacancy-rich transition metal oxides catalyzed hydride systems.

Grasslands in northern china serve the country as both an ecological barrier and a livestock production ***,installing enclosures has been becoming the major grassland restoration measure adopted by many local ***,the effects of restoration on both ecological and production benefits of grassland remain unclear for implemented grassland restoration ***,a representative rangeland in northern china,the Maodeng pasture in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was selected as the study area,and remote sensing monitoring analyses were carried out to quantify the ecological benefits and economic benefits from 2015 to *** results showed that:1) in terms of ecological benefits,the grassland area with a grassland coverage rate of more than 60% accounts for 32.3% of the regional area,and 86.4% of its grassland grew significantly better than the same period in2015,showing a significant improvement in grassland *** the average amount of carbon per unit area as the ecological benefit evaluation index,it increased by 27.1% to 32.48Tg C/yr from 2015 to 2021.2) In terms of economic benefits,both theoretical grass production and livestock carrying capacity increased from 2015 to *** to 2015,the theoretical grass production in 2021 increased by 24.8% to 71 900 *** livestock carrying capacity reached 52 100 sheep units in 2021,nearly 11 000 sheep units more than that in *** the study period,multiple economic indicators(on a per capita basis of permanent residents) for the pastoral area of xilinhot City to which the Maodeng pasture belongs,have grown *** capita total income rose from 29 630 yuan(RMB) in2015 to 62 859 yuan(RMB) in *** on grassland resources to develop the pastoral ecology also broadens the potential economic development ***,the establishment of the reserve and the experiment of implanting an enclosure policy have had a significant and positive impact on Maodeng pasture’s develo

The development of tellurium(Te)-based semiconductor nanomaterials for efficient light-to-heat conversion may offer an effective means of harvesting sunlight to address global energy ***,the nanosized Te(nano-Te)materials reported to date suffer from a series of drawbacks,including limited light absorption and a lack of surface ***,we report the preparation of nano-Te by electrochemical exfoliation using an electrolyzable room-temperature ionic ***,cations,and their corresponding electrolytic products acting as chemical scissors can precisely intercalate and functionalize bulk *** resulting nano-Te has high morphological entropy,rich surface functional groups,and broad light *** also constructed foam hydrogels based on poly(vinyl alcohol)/nano-Te,which achieved an evaporation rate and energy efficiency of 4.11 kg m^(−2)h^(−1)and 128%,respectively,under 1 sun ***,the evaporation rate was maintained in the range 2.5-3.0 kg m^(−2)h^(−1)outdoors under 0.5-1.0 sun,providing highly efficient evaporation under low light conditions.

Precisely Control Relationship between Sulfur Vacancy and H Absorption for Boosting Hydrogen Evolution Reaction

Ef fective and robust catalyst is the core of water splitting to produce ***, we report an anionic etching method to tailor the sulfur vacancy(VS) of NiS_(2) to further enhance the electrocatalytic performance for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER). With the VS concentration change from 2.4% to 8.5%, the H* adsorption strength on S sites changed and NiS_(2)-VS 5.9% shows the most optimized H* adsorption for HER with an ultralow onset potential(68 m V) and has long-term stability for 100 h in 1 M KOH media. In situ attenuated-total-reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIRS) measurements are usually used to monitor the adsorption of intermediates. The S-H* peak of the Ni S_(2)-VS 5.9% appears at a very low voltage, which is favorable for the HER in alkaline media. Density functional theory calculations also demonstrate the Ni S_(2)-VS 5.9% has the optimal |ΔG^(H*)| of 0.17 e V. This work offers a simple and promising pathway to enhance catalytic activity via precise vacancies strategy.

We reviewed the study by He et al,which investigates the genetic correlation between ulcerative colitis(UC)and anxiety using bidirectional Mendelian *** study reveals a genetic link between UC and anxiety,diverging from prior research associating higher anxiety with Crohn’s *** the study's use of large-scale genome-wide association studies data is commendable,it faces limitations such as single nucleotide polymorphism selection biases,lack of multiple testing corrections,and a reliance on European *** research should address these limitations,incorporate diverse populations,and explore psychotherapeutic interventions to improve UC management and patient outcomes.

A global finite element nonlinear Galerkin method for the penalized Navier-Stokes equations is presented. This method is based on two finite element spaces XH and Xh, defined respectively on one coarse grid with grid size H and one fine grid with grid size h 0 being the penalty parameter, then two methods are of the same order of approximation. However, the global finite element nonlinear Galerkin method is much cheaper than the standard finite element Galerkin method. In fact, in the finite element Galerkin method the nonlinearity is treated on the fine grid finite element space Xh and while in the global finite element nonlinear Galerkin method the similar nonlinearity is treated on the coarse grid finite element space XH and only the linearity needs to be treated on the fine grid incremeat finite element space Wh. Finally, we provide numerical test which shows above results stated.
