＜正＞Analysis of single nucleotide polymorphisms（SNPs） emerges as an important tool in evolutionary biology and *** we report the in silico discovery and analysis of SNPs across the whole genome of two protoplast monokaryons（TPMs） of basidiomycete fungi Lentinula edodes via the high-throughput sequencing *** our knowledge,this is a novel study in which different protoplast monokaryons are utilized for SNPs detection and *** sequence information including 210M and 250M nucleotide bases was generated from TPMs yielding approximately 80%of whole genome *** used surpassed 380K and 410K reads of TPMs for the de novo assembly of two contig sets with an overall estimated depth of 5.67-fold and 6.05-fold coverage,*** of the contigs between TPMs identified 108,235 putative SNPs owning a high probability of at least 10-fold *** SNPs reveal TPMs having similar intra-strain SNP frequencies,and the ratio of transition to transversion among these SNPs being similar to the ratio reported in other *** verify the confidence of detected SNPs,25,044 SNPs were mapped onto 43,912 positions that uniformly distributed over the sequenced chromosomes of Coprinopsis *** result shows high sequence conservation among closely related fungal *** addition,the gene structure of TPMs was constructed for SNPs classification according to their distribution in genome ***,this study indicates the utility of using next generation sequencing technologies to identify large numbers of reliable ***,the method combination of SNP detection and novel algorithm allows an efficient approach for the development of high-density genotyping platforms in fungal species.

以宁夏广泛分布的砂土为研究对象,以黏性土掺量c、盐浓度d、盐的复合比r、膨润土掺量p为因素,渗透系数为考察参数,设计L9(34)正交实验方案和单因素实验方案,实验研究了盐对膨润土-黏性土-砂土复合防渗层抗渗性的影响,揭示了黏性土掺量c、盐浓度d、盐的复合比r、膨润土掺量p等因素对膨润土-黏性土-砂土复合防渗层抗渗性的作用规律和作用机理,为砂土基防渗层设计、施工提供理论依据。实验研究表明:在盐溶液环境中,膨润土的作用效应降低,黏性土的作用效应显著增强,但膨润土仍然是影响砂土基防渗层渗透性最主要的因素;土样的渗透系数随着盐溶液复合比的增大,呈现出先减小,后略微增大的趋势;黏性土使盐对砂土基防渗层的抗渗性影响显著降低,尤其是在高矿化度环境下,作用效应更为显著。

Separation and analysis of lignite bioconversion products

The bioconversion of coal at ambient conditions is a promising technology for coal processing,although the mechanisms of coal degradation are still not understood *** this work,the bioconversion of lignite was studied using a fungus isolated from decaying *** lignite samples were oxidized with nitric acid under moderate conditions and then the oxidized samples were placed on a potato medium with isolated fungus for lignite ***,oxidized lignite and residual products after bioconversion of lignite were sequentially extracted with petroleum ether,CS 2,methanol,acetone and tetrahydrofuran(THF),and then each extract was characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The differences in composition and structure among the samples were inferred by comparing the differences between the *** results show that aromatics with one or several benzene rings and their derivatives;and some long-chain alkanes containing oxygen decreased in the methanol-,acetone-,and THF-soluble fraction from residual lignite,whereas long chain or a few branched alkanes and small quantities of aromatic compounds increased in petroleum ether and CS 2 soluble fractions.

煤层气钻井方式中,直井技术(包括丛式井)最为成熟,费用较低,操作简单,没有太大的使用限制,无论在前期开发评价,还是后期的增产改造和规模开发中,其作用都不可替代,是国内煤层气开发普遍采用的方式。为此,论述了其开发要点:①煤层气的选区、选井及选层主要依靠地震勘探技术结合基础地质技术完成;②单井评价通常以测井评价为主,录井技术和试井技术为辅,而测井记录的数据常需使用经过选择的煤心和试井数据标定,这样才能提高储层评价参数及单井评价的可靠性,进而确定射孔压裂层段;③直井的增产改造方法除水力压裂外,还可考虑裸眼完井和筛管完井技术,裸眼完井需考虑煤层适应性,而筛管完井除了应用于水平井外,也可以用于裸眼完井的直井中;④煤层气排采需紧密结合排采装备,初期以最小的强度稳定缓慢排采,然后根据地层实际供液能力调整工作制度,尽量使地层供液与排液量保持一致,稳定持续缓慢降液,尽可能地扩大压降范围。

Efficient and Lossless Multicast Support in Large Routers

Today, multicast-capable routers generally handle multicast traffic by appending each cell a local multicast output label （LMOL） containing a bitmap with as many bits as output ports, so as to identify the ports to which a copy of the cell has to be transferred. However, this approach is unfeasible for the very large IP routers having 128 output ports or more, because the LMOL length would rise above 16bytes, thus the bandwidth wasted for transmitting LMOL will be intolerable for small cells. Recently, there come forth many approaches using various lossy compression algorithms to shorten the LMOL, hence to save bandwidth and improve efficiency. In this paper, we aim to offer both lossless replication and high efficiency for multicast traffic traversing in large routers, and present a scheme characterized by dual lookups and three-stage replications to achieve the goals. Experiment results show that the scheme can support multicast replication with no loss happening for large IP routers with as many as 128×128 output ports, in condition that the internal bus width being a normal value of 128, meanwhile, the scheme can also provide the most efficient transmission and replication.

本文提出了一种在ATM网络中传输综合业务的资源共享方案。该方案中 ,每一VP只传输一类业务 ,并根据各类业务的带宽、各VP传输的业务量和链路的剩余带宽动态分配各个VP占用的宽宽 ,在保证各类业务呼损率的前提下 ,可获得提高传输效率和降低节点归一化处理负荷的良好折衷。本文还引入了迟滞和资源预留两个概念 ,并分析了它们对呼损率和节点的归一化处理负荷的影响。

Analysis and Experiments on Two Linear Discriminant Analysis Methods

Foley-Sammon linear discriminant analysis (FSLDA) and uncorrelated linear discriminant analysis (ULDA) are two well-known kinds of linear discriminant analysis. Both ULDA and FSLDA search the kth discriminant vector in an n-k+1 dimensional subspace, while they are subject to their respective constraints. Evidenced by strict demonstration, it is clear that in essence ULDA vectors are the covariance-orthogonal vectors of the corresponding eigen-equation. So, the algorithms for the covariance-orthogonal vectors are equivalent to the original algorithm of ULDA, which is time-consuming. Also, it is first revealed that the Fisher criterion value of each FSLDA vector must be not less than that of the corresponding ULDA vector by theory analysis. For a discriminant vector, the larger its Fisher criterion value is, the more powerful in discriminability it is. So, for FSLDA vectors, corresponding to larger Fisher criterion values is an advantage. On the other hand, in general any two feature components extracted by FSLDA vectors are statistically correlated with each other, which may make the discriminant vectors set at a disadvantageous position. In contrast to FSLDA vectors, any two feature components extracted by ULDA vectors are statistically uncorrelated with each other. Two experiments on CENPARMI handwritten numeral database and ORL database are performed. The experimental results are consistent with the theory analysis on Fisher criterion values of ULDA vectors and FSLDA vectors. The experiments also show that the equivalent algorithm of ULDA, presented in this paper, is much more efficient than the original algorithm of ULDA, as the theory analysis expects. Moreover, it appears that if there is high statistical correlation between feature components extracted by FSLDA vectors, FSLDA will not perform well, in spite of larger Fisher criterion value owned by every FSLDA vector. efficient Mechanisms for Task Allocation in Agile Supply Chain Management

An agile supply chain can be defined as a dynamic s up ply network of some autonomous or semi-autonomous business entities, which can well adapt to the competitive, cooperative and dynamic market environment Agile supply chain needs quick response ability to the unpredictable and ever-changin g market environment, and the entities in agile supply chain have complex relati onships of competition, cooperation and dynamics, which make agile supply chain management a very complex process that includes a lot of no-linear, dynamic and uncertain factors. There is a common opinion that applying multi-agent collaborative work environm ent is an appropriate method to solve agile supply chain management problem. We have presented a model based on coordination of Multi-Agent System (MAS) two ye ars ago, and it has already been proved to be a rather better model by practical project. In the model, we apply MAS structure, and agents negotiate each other to achieve coordination, so the communication among agents becomes very impo rtant. Task allocation is a very common problem in agile supply chain management, and t here are many complex task re-allocation problems at the transaction level. In such situations, agents need to negotiate with others to produce effective alloc ation results. But traditional negotiation mechanisms often cease to work as a r esult of communication or computational complexities. Auctions provide an effici ent way of resolving one-to-many negotiations, so in this paper, we choose Eng lish auction to design a sufficient negotiation mechanism, and use combinatorial auction to solve the complex task re-allocation problems. We first analyze the features of task allocation problems in agile supply chain and build a problem model, and then design a comprehensive task allocation mechanism based on auctio n theories.
