We discuss the evolution of object oriented software development process based on software pattern. For developing mature software framework and component, we advocate to elicit and incorporate software patterns for ensuing quality and reusability of software frameworks. On the analysis base of requirement specification for business application domain, we present analysis method and basic role model of software framework. We also elicit analysis pattern of framework architecture, and design basic role classes and their structure.

Magnetic structure of the continental crust is one of the important geophysical aspects of continental lithosphere. This paper reviews the achievements in the research into the magnetic structure and its significance for crustal tectonics, composition, metamorphic facies, crust mantle interaction and magnetization of deep crust. Further studies are suggested according to the basic principles of rock and mineral magnetism in terms of petrology, geochemistry and structural geology. Emphasis is placed on new geological ideas and synthetic studies of the relationship between deep geological processes and interpretation of gravity, magnetic, electrical and seismic data. The relationships between magnetic, density, electricity, velocity, geothermal structures and deep geodynamic processes are taken as a system for the research into the deep geology.

The microstructures of the mantle tectonites in the Zunhua Neoarchean ophiolitic mlange are mainly coarse-mosaicstructures with locally interstitial impregnated melts. Olivine and orthopyroxene occur as residual porphyroclastic blasts, dynamic recrys-tallization neoblasts or elongated to be tabular. The podiform chromitites are mostly strongly deformed with the development of pull-apartstructure. These microstructures are typical high-temperature plastic deformation in oceanic upper mantle resulting from ocean-floorspreading. Besides the high-temperature plastic deformation, undeformed magmatic intrusions such as undeformed podiform chromitite,dunite and pyroxenite intrusions are also preserved in the mantle tectonite. structures of high-temperature plastic deformation and intensivemagmatic activity prove that the Zunhua ophiolite was formed under fast spreading oceanic ridge, similar to the Oman ophiolite. The gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH) and the gonadotropin hormone(GTH) play crucial roles in regulating the gonadal development of the *** this study,the Gnrh2,Fshβand LhβcDNAs were cloned and characterized in red crucian carp,triploids and tetraploids,and their phylogenetic relations were comparatively *** the Gnrh2 cDNAs in different ploidy fishes encoded proteins of 86 amino acids,which consisted of a signal peptide,a GnRH2 decapeptide and a GnRH-associated peptide (GAP) linked by a proteolytic cleavage site(Gly-Lys-Arg).The GnRH2 decapeptide and proteolytic cleavage site were absolutely consistent among the three ploidy fishes,but the differences in signal peptide and GAP between diploids and tetraploids were fewer than those between diploids and *** was presumed that the red crucian carp was the original maternal parent of tetraploids,so they had closer *** addition,the Fshβand LhβcDNAs of these three fishes encoded proteins of 130 and 140 amino acids,respectively. Compared with the molecules of other teleosts,the cysteine residues and potential glycosylation sites of Lhβin these three fishes are fully ***,most teleosts of Fshβhad 12 cysteine residues,while those of these three fishes were 13,and 12 of which might form six conserved disulfide bridges by utilizing the cleavage sites between the first and the second cysteine ***,the lack of the second glycosylation site in Fshβof these three fishes might influence the special structure and biological *** the other hand,the phylogenic tree analyses revealed that Gnrh2,Fshβand Lhβhad similar phylogeny relationships among the cyprinids, which indicated that they were conserved in molecular structure and function during the evolution.

Rheological measurement has been an effective method to characterize the structure and properties for multiphase/multi-component polymers, owing to its sensitivity to the structure change of hetero- geneous systems. In this article, recent progress in the studies on the morphology/structure and rheological properties of heterogeneous systems is summarized, mainly reporting the findings of the authors and their collaborators, involving the correlation between the morphology and viscoelastic relaxation of LCST-type polymer blends, the microstructure and linear/nonlinear viscoelastic behavior of block copolymers, time scaling of shear-induced crystallization and rheological response of poly- olefins, and the relationship between the structure/properties and rheological behavior of filled polymer blends. It is suggested that a thorough understanding of the characteristic rheological response to the morphology/structure evolution of multiphase/multi-component polymers facilitates researchers’ op- timizing the morphology/structure and ultimate mechanical properties of polymer materials.

The essential light chain of myosin is a key element in myosin structure that is known to be important for structural stability of theα-helical lever arm *** cDNA DjElc,encoding a planarian essential light chain of myosin, was identified from the planarian Dugesia japonica cDNA *** encodes a deduced protein with highly conserved functionally domains EF-Hand and Ca binding sites that shares significant similarity with so proteins assigned to the Elc *** mount in situ hybridization studies show that DjElc expressed in central nervous system(CNS),and in embryo and definitive pharynx during embryonic development and regeneration of adult *** of function of DjElc by RNA interference during planarian regeneration inhibits lateral branches regeneration *** results suggested that DjElc may be required not only for the axonal extension at the brain regeneration after patterning,but also for maintenance of neurons consistent with the nerve outgrowth required myosinⅡactivity to variable degree.

The Tarim Basin is the largest petroliferous basin in the northwest of china, and is composed of a Paleozoic marine craton basin and a Meso-Cenozoic continental foreland basin. It is of great significance in exploration of Ordovician. In over 50 years of exploration, oil and gas totaling over 1.6 billion tonnes oil-equivalent has been discovered in the Ordovician carbonate formation. The accumulation mechanisms and distribution rules are quite complicated because of the burial depth more than 3,500 m, multi-source, and multi-stage accumulation, adjustment, reconstruction and re-enrichment in Ordovician. In this paper, we summarized four major advances in the hydrocarbon accumulation mechanisms of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs. First, oil came from Cambrian and Ordovician source rocks separately and as a mixture, while natural gas was mainly cracked gas generated from the Cambrian-Lower Ordovician crude oil. Second, most hydrocarbon migrated along unconformities and faults, with different directions in different regions. Third, hydrocarbon migration and accumulation had four periods： Caledonian, early Hercynian, late Hercynian and Himalayan, and the latter two were the most important for oil and gas exploration. Fourth, hydrocarbon accumulation and evolution can be generally divided into four stages： Caledonian （the period of hydrocarbon accumulation）, early Hercynian （the period of destruction）, late Hercynian （the period of hydrocarbon reconstruction and re-accumulation）, and Himalayan （the period of hydrocarbon adjustment and re-accumulation）. Source rocks （S）, combinations of reservoir-seal （C）, paleo-uplifts （M）, structure balance belt （B） matched in the same time （T） control the hydrocarbon accumulation and distribution in the Ordovician formations. Reservoir adjustment and reconstruction can be classified into two modes of physical adjustment and variation of chemical compositions and five mechanisms. A coastal upwelling event in the southern Taiwan Strait （STWS） was investigated using intensive cruise surveys （four repeated transects in a month） and satellite data in July and early August 2004. The extensive upwelling-associated surface cold water was first observed in early July （-2.0×10a km2） along the STWS coast. Then, the cold surface water reduced in size by -50% with decreased chlorophyll concentrations after 15 days, indicating the weakening of the upwelling event. At the end of July, the cold surface water disappeared. The temporal variations of the surface cold water and the 3-D hydrography around Dongshan Island are thought to be mainly attributed to the weakened upwelling-favorable southwestern wind, the asymmetric spatial structure of the wind field and the intrusion of warm water from the northern South china Sea.
