Forest ecosystems provide a variety of services and forest ecosystem management (FEM) is an effective approach to maximize the services. Because of the complexity of forest ecosystems, the applications of FEM can be facilitated with decision support systems (DSS) that recognize and incorporate ecological and socio-economic variables. With the rapid development of computation and information technologies, DSS have been advanced in many ways. Traditional forest management within a forestry unit in china is planned on a yearly basis. The planning itself remains primarily a verbal concept as there are no quantitative decision-support tools available to translate the concept into forest management actions. For the purposes of FEM at the management level, a forest management DFF, FORESTAR(R), has been developed under a framework of geographic information system (GIS) and forest models. The paper explained the intelligent modeling mechanisms and demonstrated how the applications of FEM can be strengthened with the applications of FORESTAR(R).

With the upsurge of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the medical field,its application in ophthalmology has become a cutting-edge research ***,machine learning techniques have shown remarkable achievements in diagnosing,intervening,and predicting ophthalmic *** meet the requirements of clinical research and fit the actual progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic AI,the Ophthalmic Imaging and intelligent Medicine Branch and the intelligent Medicine Committee of Chinese Medicine Education Association organized experts to integrate recent evaluation reports of clinical AI research at home and abroad and formed a guideline on clinical research evaluation of AI in ophthalmology after several rounds of discussion and *** main content includes the background and method of developing this guideline,an introduction to international guidelines on the clinical research evaluation of AI,and the evaluation methods of clinical ophthalmic AI *** guideline introduces general evaluation methods of clinical ophthalmic AI research,evaluation methods of clinical ophthalmic AI models,and commonly-used indices and formulae for clinical ophthalmic AI model evaluation in detail,and amply elaborates the evaluation methods of clinical ophthalmic AI *** guideline aims to provide guidance and norms for clinical researchers of ophthalmic AI,promote the development of regularization and standardization,and further improve the overall level of clinical ophthalmic AI research evaluations.

研究了独立分量分析(ICA)算法在运动模糊图像检索中的应用。首先,对图片库中的图像进行ICA处理,构造由相互独立的基向量构成的子空间,将图片库中的图像及运动模糊图像分别向该空间投影,获得各自的特征。其次,利用特征向量间的余弦距离作为相似度度量标准,根据最近邻准则进行特征匹配与图像检索。最后,对人为加入高斯噪声、进行45°和90°旋转的运动模糊以及缺损图像进行了匹配检索实验。实验结果表明,利用ICA算法提取出的特征可以准确地检索出运动模糊图像的原图像,并且对噪声污染、旋转变换和图像缺损具有良好的鲁棒性。

＜正＞In this paper,a discrete adaptive ILC is presented for a time-varying nonlinear system with both parametric and nonparametric uncertainties.A novel estimation of parametric and nonparametric uncertainties is constructed just using the past input and output data,and the uncertainties are completely compensated such that the output tracking error is only affected by external *** a main contribution of this paper,all the discussions are based on the random initial condition and the iteration-varying target *** the nonlinear function is generalized Lipschitz continuous and the external disturbance is iteration-varying within a bound,the robust property of the proposed adaptive ILC is *** when the nonlinear function is standard Lipschitz continuous and the system is free of external disturbance（or the external disturbance is strictly repeatable）,the proposed scheme guarantees an almost perfect tracking over the finite time interval.

A delay-dependent sufficient condition for theexistence of a robust Hswitched controller with state delayfeedback for linear switched systems with parameteruncertainties and time delay was derived and formulated innonlinear matrix inequalities solvable by an iterative *** with the conventional memoryless state-feedbackcontroller,the proposed controller can achieve better robustcontrol performance since the delayed state is utilized asadditional feedback information and the parameters of theproposed controllers are changed synchronously with thedynamical characteristic of the *** design method wasalso extended to the case where only delayed state is available forthe *** example of balancing an inverted pendulumon a cart demonstrates the effectiveness and applicability of theproposed design methods.

The effect of Al substitution for Fe on crystal structure, magnetostriction and spontaneous magnetostriction, anisotropy and spin reorientation of a series of polycrys-talline Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1?xAlx)1.95 alloys (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35) at room temperature and 77 K was investigated systematically. It was found that the primary phase of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1?xAlx)1.95 is the MgCu2-type cubic Laves phase structure when x 0.15 at room temperture, but at 77 K the alloys still remain magnetic phase even for x = 0.2. At room temperature and 77 K, the hyperfine field de-creases and the isomer shifts increase with Al concentration increasing.

By particular theoretical analyzing on detection error of the traditional current loop proportion-integral(PI) controller,this paper points out the limitations of detection harmonic current at load side and proposes a current feedforward compensation *** can track harmonic instructions with zero static error and good compensation ***,it overcomes the deficiencies of traditional load side detection harmonic current PI controller,with the traditional controller's *** if the load harmonic current is higher than the capacity of active power filter,it can basically maintain zero static error output and has certain theoretical significance and engineering *** analysis and simulation prove the new control strategy's correctness and effectiveness.

人脸识别是生物特征识别技术中一个活跃的研究领域,取得了很多实践成果,但是单一分类器一般不能取得满意的识别率与身份认证效果。本文采用贝叶斯决策理论分析了常见的积、和、中值以及投票多分类器融合方法,并根据实际的选举情形,对投票法进行了2种改进。然后对协同人脸识别、特征脸法以及复合方法等人脸识别分类器进行决策层的融合,对ORL库中人脸识别仿真实验表明文中的多分类器融合的人脸识别方法具有较好的分类性能,对污损、低分辨率人脸图像具有可靠的识别率、鲁棒性强,而且应用于人脸身份认证中取得了较好的认证效果。
