In this paper, we analyze the condition of three-station scattered freight loading problem and use least wasting ton kilometer as object building up optimal model of this problem. Three-station scattered freight loading is a continuous assignment problem, the carrying capacity is wasted when we organize many-station scattered freight loading and middle stations have not freight be loaded. How to optimize the three-station scattered freight loading problem so that made carrying capacity wasting least is a worthy problem under the condition of railway wagons shortage and transportation capacity density. We obtain the solution according genetic algorithm;dispose the inefficacious solution according chromosome fitness and incidence matrices. Finally some experiments are performed to show the effectiveness of the models and algorithms. The results indicate that GA is effective to solve such problem.

提出一种新的文本保密算法,将秘密的文本信息经处理后隐藏在一幅可公开传送的普通彩色图像中,不易引起拦截者的注意。该算法将秘密信息藏到彩色图像各色彩分量的小波变换域,充分利用了图像资源,因此信息隐藏量优于同类的掩密软件,且具有良好的视觉效果。提取信息时不需要参考原图。仿真实验表明:该算法对噪声干扰及常见的图像处理技术具有较好的鲁棒性。

Expressways are the important component to the urban road network. The traffic operation quality evaluation report can provide the traffic managers and users decision supports to alleviate the traffic congestion. This paper designs a new traffic loading degree index and calculation method based on time occupancy to evaluate the real time traffic operation quality. Based on huge amounts of traffic data detected from beijing Expressways, the reference thresholds of the new index are determined to represent different traffic statuses. The experiment analysis using the data from 2 nd Ring Road in beijing illuminates the method of effectivity and practicability.

Construction of Evacuated Tube transportation （ETT） line will be a sequent evangel for human beings after trains, automobiles, airplanes and information technologies. Especially, ETT will pull the transportation out from the present morass radically, bringing new changes to the global economic and life style. Thus, there are some issues to discuss right now. For example, what will be the role and position of ETT in the future comprehensive transportation? What will be the relationship between ETT and existing transportation styles such as the railway, the highway and the airplane, competition, substitute or mutual supplement? This paper respectively reviewed the situation of existing 5 transportation styles, analyzed and reasoned above issues. According to this paper, ETT will bring some competitive pressure on existing railway, highway and aviation industries, sharing market freight and passenger resource. However, ETT wouldn’t replace existing transportation styles, only a makeup or replacing part functions of existing transportation styles, for example, replacing the international express mission of aviation, and some distance transfer function may turn to ETT from trains, cars and airplanes. In addition, the attribute of ETT will be a combination of the railway and the tube transportation.

According to build the transient leakage models of the ship piping and research about the mechanism of negative pressure wave,the author gets the method of the ship piping leakage detection by combining with flow balance *** frequently-used leakage detection of negative pressure wave,because the original signal has lots of noises and the frequent adjustable pump or the reset valve of ship pipeline will produce negative pressure wave,may easily fail to report or even *** order to monitor the leakage of the ship piping,the author analyzes the negative pressure wave signal by Haar wavelet transform which can effectively detect mutations in the signal and overcome an error which caused by the noises in the location.

The classification of marshalling station is studied by adopting fuzzy clustering analysis. The suitable spatial division is performed by using fuzzy c-division method for marshalling station, on the basis of which the clustering analysis is made with the fuzzy clustering ISODATA method. Finally the case study verifies the effectiveness of fuzzy clustering analysis method, which will provide a new approach for the quantitative research of marshalling station classification.
