The role of Chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in china becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on Chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD group, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements, domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 Chinese consensus on IBD management. The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.

Background: The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer (CRC) in china are increasing in recent years. The clarified pathogenesis and detectable precancerous lesions of CRC make it possible to prevent, screen, and diagnose CRC at an early stage. With the development of endoscopic and surgical techniques, the choice of treatment for early CRC is also worth further discussion, and accordingly, a standard follow-up program after treatment needs to be ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the recommended process of the World Health Organization, adopting Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) in assessing evidence quality, and using the Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations, thereby minimizing bias and increasing transparency of the CPG development process. We used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare (RIGHT) statement and Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) as reporting and conduct guides to ensure the guideline’s completeness and ***: This CPG comprises 46 recommendations concerning prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC. In these recommendations, we have indicated protective and risk factors for CRC and made recommendations for chemoprevention. We proposed a suitable screening program for CRC based on the Chinese context. Anisotropic effect on the vibronic reduction factors

The reduction factors p and q defined by Ham in the Ee JT system and their relation 2q-p=1 have been well accepted and the concept of reduction factors is widely used in the studies of vibronic coupling. However, when the system is under the anisotropic conditions, the reduction factors and their relation will change accordingly. The first-order reduction factors p and q of Ee system were further studied using the method of unitary transformation here. The relation between p and q proposed by Ham was investigated under both conditions of the linear coupling and the anisotropic effects. The result demonstrated that the relation of 2q-p=1 was only correct for the linear vibronic coupling, but not correct when the anisotropic effect was considered. This result suggested that the anisotropic effect influence considerably the reduction factors, and hence the physical properties of materials. Our method could be also applied to other JT systems, especially the highly symmetric JT systems involving C60 molecules.
