Support for development and test of web application:A tree-oriented model

Building an abstract model of the web application is the chief task of software test based on model, which is an efficient way for testing the web application. One problem with current web application test technologies is the lack of tools for modeling the whole web software, especially the lack of support for describing web application from the view of action and function. This paper is concerned with providing the support for development and test of the web application. The presented novel model, named component-based and tree-oriented web application development model （CBTOWADM）, abstracts the web application as a tree based on its system function and business process. CBTOWADM not only simplifies the design and development of the web application, but also acts as the model middleware for software test. The basic model definition, the system framework and the application in software test of CBTOWADM is described.

Objective To study the antitumor components from an actinomycete strain(N2010-37) of bottom mud in Zhanjiang Mangrove,South china *** The components were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques and recrystallization,and the structures were identified by spectral methods together with physicochemical *** antitumor effects of these components were tested in vitro by MTT *** Three compounds were identified including two anthrones and one novel *** are(3S,4R,7R,8R,9S)-3,8-dihydroxy-4,7,9-trimethyl-2,6-cyclononanediolacetone(1) ,2-hydroxy-1-methoxy-3-methylanthraquinone(2) ,and 1,6,8-thihydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone(3) .Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound,and compounds 1 and 3 show the favorable cytotoxic activities against human chronic granulocytic leukemia cell line K562 strain by MTT method in vitro.

In this paper the disturbance attenuation and rejection problem is investigated for a class of nonlinear *** unknown external disturbances are supposed to be generated by an exogenous *** using the successive approximation theory of differential equations,the two-point boundary value(TPBV) problems,which are derived from the original optimal tracking control(OTC) theory,is transformed into solving a sequence of linear TPBV *** solution sequence of the linear TPBV problems uniformly converges to the solution of the original OTC *** obtained OTC law consists of linear analytic functions of state vectors and a compensation term,which is the limit of a sequence of adjoint *** compensation term can be obtained from a recursion formula of adjoint *** using a finite term of the adjoint vectors sequence,we obtained an approximate optimal tracking control *** input observer and disturbance observer are constructed in order to solve the physically realizable *** examples show the effectiveness of the presented approach.

The tacit knowledge is the key resources that the enterprise forms core competencies,whose transfer is very important to the success or failure and development of the enterprise,but it confronts huge obstacle and *** paper considers that human resource training is an effective way that promotes tacit knowledge transfer in the internal *** article analyzes three methods to implement knowledge sharing based on the perspective of training: The internal lecturer’s system,guidance program and job rotation system and construct knowledge sharing mechanism within the organization based on the perspective of training,consequently knowledge management will eventually be implemented,therefore providing an effective mode for the knowledge sharing of enterprise and carry out knowledge sharing finally.

In strutinsky shell correction method,the smoothing procedure is always performed using curvature ***,a good curvature correction method called curvature correction with many width has been brought *** the strict plateau condition of curvature correction in the strutinsky method,we introduced the curvature correction with many width method into the relativistic mean field. Based on the single-particle spectrum obtained from the RMF theory,the shell correction energy are calculated and the plateau condition is discussed in great details.
