目的了解全国临床分离碳青霉烯类耐药肠杆菌目细菌(carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales,CRE)(除外肺炎克雷伯菌)对抗菌药物的敏感性、耐药机制和分子特征。方法收集全国3.个省、直辖市和自治区151所医疗机构2021年1—6月临床分离的CRE(除外肺炎克雷伯菌),按区域分别运送至三个中心实验室。中心实验室按照统一的实验方案进行菌种复核鉴定,肉汤微量稀释法测定CRE对抗菌药物的敏感性,所有菌株进行全基因组测序分析菌株产生的碳青霉烯酶基因和多位点序列分型(multilocus sequence typing,MLST)。结果共收集CRE菌株946株,其中大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌和其他肠杆菌目细菌分别占41.1%(3.9/946)、3..4%(3.5/946)和24.5%(23./946)。药敏试验结果显示,大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌及其他肠杆菌目细菌对氨曲南-阿维巴坦、阿米卡星、黏菌素、多黏菌素B和替加环素均高度敏感,敏感率范围为87.1%~95.5%。全基因组测序显示bla_(NDM-5)(71.7%,279/3.9)和bla_(NDM-1)(64.3.,209/3.5)分别是大肠埃希菌和阴沟肠杆菌中主要流行的碳青霉烯酶基因类型。弗劳地枸橼酸杆菌和产气克雷伯菌中均以bla_(NDM-1)为主,分别占73.8%(3./42)和57.8%(3./64);产酸克雷伯菌中,bla_(KPC-2)和bla_(NDM-1)分别占3..4%(14/46)和26.1%(12/46)。MLST分型及地域分布显示大肠埃希菌共存在87种分型,主要以ST410(22.1%,86/3.9)和ST167(10.5%,41/3.9)型为主,前者主要分布在福建、河北、湖南、内蒙古、云南等地,后者主要分布在北京、海南、河南、辽宁、青海等地;阴沟肠杆菌共存在54种分型,主要以ST171(17.8%,58/3.5)和ST78(7.1%,23.3.5)型菌株为主,前者分布在安徽、河北、黑龙江、河南等地,后者多见于湖北、广西、贵州等地区。结论产碳青霉烯酶是中国临床分离肠杆菌目细菌对碳青霉烯类药物耐药最主要的机制。中国不同省市分离的菌株克隆型存在较大差异。

The Sm-Nd isotopic system,one of the important techniques for dating and geochemical tracing,has been widely used in *** and accurate measurements of Nd isotopic ratios are more difficult to achieve for microsamples that contain less than 50ng Nd,when routine Nd technique is applied on thermal ionization mass spectrometer(TIMS).Compared to Nd technique,the NdO technique,owing to more efficient ionization,is a better choice for high precision measurements of Nd isotopic ratios of micro- or low-content *** study presents measurement results of sub-nanogram size samples of standard reference solution and rock-powder using NdO technique on the latest TIMS (GV product IsoProbe-T).Sixteen rock-powder references and four reference solutions were measured both by NdO and Nd techniques for an evaluation of accuracy and precision of measurements obtained by the NdO *** show that analytical precision and reproducibility of NdO measurements of sub-nanogram Nd is comparable with those obtained by the Nd measurements of samples containing 200 ng *** precision of the Nd/Nd ratios achieved with both techniques is better than 0.003..Our results show that the microsample NdO technique is a very promising method for high resolution Sm-Nd geochronology and isotopic tracing.

Various methods have been developed to detect and assess building's damages due to earthquakes using remotely sensed *** the launch of the high resolution sensors such as IKONOS and QuickBird,it becomes realistic to identify damages on the scale of individual *** the low accuracy of the results has often led to the use of visual interpretation ***,it is very difficult to estimate the degree of building damage(*** damage,moderate damage,or severe damage) in detail using the existing ***,a novel approach integrating LiDAR data and high resolution optical imagery is proposed for evaluating building damage degree *** approach consists of two steps:3. building model reconstruction and rooftop patch-oriented 3. change ***,a method is proposed for automatically reconstructing 3. building models with precise geometric position and fine details,using pre-earthquake LiDAR data and high resolution ***,focusing on each rooftop patch of the 3. building models,the pre- and post-earthquake LiDAR points belonging to the patch are collected and compared to detect whether it was destroyed or not,and then the degree of building damage can be identified based on the ratio of the destroyed rooftop patches to all rooftop *** novelty of the proposed approach is to detect damages on the scale of building's rooftop patch and realize quantitative estimation of building damage degree.

The effects of water/binder ratio （w/b） on the toughness behavior, compressive strength and flexural strength of engineered cementitious composites （ECC） were investigated. The w/b ratios of 0.25, 0.3., 0.3. and 0.3. were selected and the specimens were tested at the ages of 7 d and 28 d. The experimental results showed that there was a corresponding increase in first cracking strength, modulus of rupture, compressive strength and flexural strength with the decrease of w/b. Within the w/b range of 0.25-0.3., higher w/b was found to have improved effects on deflection, strain hardening index and toughness index of ECC. In the permission of meeting the requirement of compressive strength grade, selecting higher w/b in mix design will help to obtain robust ECC.

The genetic difference between species in 18 lupins (Lupinus L .) varieties including L. angus-tifolius L., L . albus L., L. pilosus Murr. was analyzed using AFLP. A total of 462 bands were observed, a-mong of which, 442 (95.7%) were polymorphic, with an average of 110.5 polymorphic bands for each AFLP primer combination. The average genetic diversity index was 0.781 in this study. The genetic difference between species was higher than that of between varieties, the average identification percentage of four AFLP primer combinations was 100% and 84.7% between species and between varieties, respectively. The cluster analysis indicated that 3.species were distinctly distinguished on the dendrogram using UPGMA method.
