It is usually very difficult to directly obtain molecular dissociation energy De and all accurate high-lying vibrational energies for most diatomic electronic states using modern experimental techniques or quantum theories, and it is also very difficult to give accurate analytical expression for diatomic molecular dissociation energy. This study proposes a new analytical formula for obtaining accurate molecular dissociation energy based on the LeRoy and Bernstein’s energy expression in dissociation limit. A set of full vibrational energy spectra for some electronic states of N2 molecule are studied using the algebraic method (AM) suggested recently, and the corresponding accurate molecular dissociation energies are evaluated using the proposed new formula and high-lying AM vibrational energies. The results show that the AM spectra and the new theoretical dissociation energies agree excellently with experimental data, and thereby providing a new physical approach to generating accurate dissociation energies for electronic states of diatomic molecules.

Using the time-dependent perturbation theory and the calculation formula of the single- and double-pulse absorption spectra of the atom in strong external fields, we calculate the single- and double-pulse absorption spectra of Li atom in strong magnetic field for different pulse widths. The results show that a pulse of some width can reduce the contribution of the short period closed orbits and eliminate the contribution of the long period orbits. Compared with the single-pulse absorption spectra, we found that for some phase differences, the double-pulse laser absorption spectra are strengthened; while for others, they are reduced. Therefore, we can use the pulse laser to control the oscillation of the absorption spectra and obtain the optimization object.

An entanglement measure for multipartite pure states is formulated using the product of the von Neumann entropy of the reduced density matrices of the constituents. Based on this new measure, all possible ways of the maximal entanglement of the triqubit pure states are studied in detail and all types of the maximal entanglement have been compared with the result of ‘the average entropy’. The new measure can be used to calculate the degree of entanglement, and an improvement is given in the area near the zero entropy.

Departing from the narrowband channel model, more and more researchers have recently considered the application of multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems over frequency-selective fading channels in combination with the orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing(OFDM) *** this paper, we focus on the capacity of MIMO-OFDM systems and how to increase the *** has been proved that the capacity of a MIMO system with space-dimensional water-filling power allocation is greater than that of the system with uniform power *** MIMO-OFDM systems, there is an additional degree of freedom to allocate power with respect to MIMO systems:the OFDM sub-channels in *** the singular value decomposition(SVD) applied to the channel frequency response matrix, the two-dimensional water-filling power allocation algorithm for MIMO-OFDM systems is proposed based on the Lagrange method, and the corresponding capacity analysis formula is *** results show that the capacity of a MIMO-OFDM system with the proposed two-dimensional water-filling power allocation is greater than that of the system with uniform power allocation and also greater than that of the system with the one-dimensional water-filling power allocation.

By use of optical spectrum technology, the spectra of X-ray induced by highly charged 4.Arq+ ions interacting with Au surface have been studied. The results show that the argon Kα X-ray were emitted from the hollow atoms formed below the surface. There is a process of multi-electron exciting in neutralization of the Ar16+ion, with electronic con-figuration 1s2 in its ground state below the solid surface. The yield of the projectile Kα X-ray is related to its initial electronic configuration, and the yield of the target X-ray is related to the projectile kinetic energy.

In this paper,a new upconversion luminescent material co-doped with Erbium and Ytterbium is reported. The upconversion luminescence transition routes and related properties are studied. The results show that the absorption and emission intensities under excitation of 980 nm laser increase with the increase of the Yb3+ concentration. The red emission is stronger than the green emission. The energy transfer process plays an important role in the upconversion mechanism.
