Two novel triflate precursors for radiolabelling of L-tyrosine in positron emission tomography (PET) for tumor imaging,O-(2-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine methyl ester 9a and O-(2-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine tert-butyl ester 9b,are synthesized. The triflate agent,9a or 9b,is prepared by esterification of methanol or transesterification of tert-butyl acetate with L-tyrosine,protection of the amine group with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate,alkylation with chlorohydrin,and triflation with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride in four steps with overall yields of 30% and 15%,respectively.

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was applied to investigate theevolution of dislocation configuration and strain induced precipitation behavior during relaxationprocess after deformation in Fe-Ni-Nb-Ti-C-B alloy. Experimental results indicate that thedislocation density is very high and distribute randornly before relaxation. As the relaxation timeincreasing, dislocation cells will form gradually by polygonization. The strain inducedprecipitation retards the progress. In the final relaxation stage, most dislocations get rid ofpinning of precipitates and the cells have developed into subgrains with large size.

BACKGROUND: At present, researches on differentiating from human adipose-derived adult stromal cells (hADASC) to neuron-like cells are focus on inducing by artificial-synthetic compound solution; however, hippocampal astrocyte conditioned medium (HCAM) can induce in vitro differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells is still unclear. OBJECTIVE: To observe whether HCAM can induce in vitro differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells. DESIGN: Randomized control study. SETTING: department of Neurology, Taixing People's Hospital; Central Laboratory, north china coal medical college. MATERIALS: Donor of adipose tissue was donated by female volunteers suffering from caesarean section in the department of obstetrics & gynecology in our hospital and aged 20-35 years. Adipose tissue was collected from subcutaneous tissue of abdomen during the operation. In addition, 8 male newborn Wistar rats within 24 hours with average body mass of 20 g were provided by Animal Institute of Chinese Academy of medical Sciences. Rabbit-anti-human Nestin polyclonal antibody, rabbit-anti-human glial fibriliary acidic protein (GFAP) polyclonal antibody, rabbit-anti-human neuro-specific enolase polyclonal antibody and mouse-anti-human microtubal associated protein 2 (MAP-2) polyclonal antibody were provided by Wuhan Boster Company. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the Central Laboratory of north china coal medical college from October 2004 to June 2005. hADASC was cultured with HCAM and its growth and morphological changes were observed under inverted phase contrast microscope. Immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and Western blotting were used to evaluate the expressions of Nestin, which was a specific sign of nerve precursor, neuro-specific enolase and MAP-2, which was a specific sign of nerve cell, and GFAP, which was a specific sign of neuroglial cells. Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

Sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate is used in place of dimercaprol in the treatment of poisoning by heaving metals and metalloids as a well-known specific antidote. It is claimed to be less toxic. In early stage, the pharmacologists and clinical doctors in Wenzhou medical college found this drug as antidote against non-metallic pesticides as nereistoxin insecticides, Chlordimeform, bactercide 402, and tetramine. We did a lot of animal experiments and clinical trials to confirm that this antagonist possesses a strong antidotal effect. Now it is widely used in china. Great break through has been made not only in the theory but also in its practice. Furthermore, the combination use of this antidote and central anticonvulsant as diazepam indicated synergistic antidotal effect, which is probably the best utilization in the treatment of acute poisoning by tetramine.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection has been causally associated with occurrence of many malignant neoplasms. EBV-encoded small RNAs (EBERs) have been detected from about 10% of gastric carcinoma tissue cells, suggesting that EBV infection is associated with the development of gastric carcinoma. The present study pooled the data from the papers concerning EBV-related gastric cancers and performed a meta-analysis of 22 research papers. Among these papers, a total of 5475 cases with gastric cancer were enrolled, of whom 411 cases were found EBV-positive, with the EBV-positive rate being 7.5%. Among the EBV-positive gastric cancer cases, the detection rate was 11.1% in males and 3.0% in females. Compared with EBV-negative gastric cancer, EBV-positive gastric cancer had less lymph node metastasis. Based on the histological typing, of the EBV-positive gastric cancers, the diffuse type was 8.1%, and intestinal type was 8.0%. The examined specimen types included stored paraffin blocks and fresh surgically removed specimens, their EBV positive rates were 7.9% and 6.5% respectively. In terms of geographical distribution, the detection rate of EBV-positive gastric cancer was 9.4% in America, 6.1% in Asia and 9.1% in Europe. Meta-analysis showed that EBV infection occurred only in gastric cancer tissue cells and was significantly associated with the patients’ gender, lymph node metastases, and the location where tumor tissue generated and geographical distribution (P0.05). These results suggested that EBV-positive gastric cancer has distinct clinicopathological features.

HB(N5)3M(M=Li,Na,K,and Rb) have been investigated as potential high-energy density materials in the present paper by means of density functional *** all show kinetic stabilities as to the breakup of N5 *** kinetic stabilities decrease in the order of Li,Na,K,and *** to HB(N5)3K and HB(N5)3Rb,HB(N5)3Li and HB(N5)3Na have higher transition state barriers and are of significantly higher energy content,and thus they are suggested to be more practical and suitable as potential high-energy density materials.

AIM: To compare the effects of extract F of red-rooted Salvia (EFRRS) on mucosal lesions of gastric corpus and antrum induced by hemorrhagic shock and reperfusion in rats. METHODS: The rats were subject to hemorrhagic shock and followed by reperfusion, and were divided randomly into two groups. Group 1 received saline, and group 2 received EFRRS intravenously. The index of gastric mucosal lesions (IGML) was expressed as the percentage of lesional area in the corpus or antrum. The degree of gastric mucosal lesions (DGML) was catalogued grade 0,1,2 and 3. The concentrations of prostaglandins (PGs) were measured by radioimmunoassay. The concentration of MDA was measured according to the procedures of Asakawa. The activity of SOD was measured by the biochemical way. The growth rates or inhibitory rates of above-mentioned parameters were calculated. RESULTS: As compared with IGML (%), grade 3 damage (%) and MDA content (nmol/g tissue) of gastric antrum which were respectively 7.96 +/- 0.59, 34.86 +/- 4.96 and 156.98 +/- 16.12, those of gastric corpus which were respectively 23.18 +/- 6.82, 58.44 +/- 9.07 and 230.56 +/- 19.37 increased markedly (P 2) and PGI(2)(pg/mg tissue), the ratio of PGI(2)/TXA(2) and the activity of SOD (U/g tissue) of corpus which were respectively 3.01 +/- 1.01, 8.35 +/- 1.95, 540.48 +/- 182.78, 714.38 +/- 123.74, 17.38 +/- 5.93 and 134.29 +/- 13.35 were markedly lower than those of antrum which were respectively 13.92 +/- 2.25, 26.78 +/- 6.06, 2218.56 +/- 433.12, 2531.76 +/- 492.35, 43.46 +/- 8.51 and 187.45 +/- 17.67 (P2) and PGI(2), the ratio of PGI(2)/TXA(2) and the activity of SOD of corpus which were respectively 632.56, 308.62, 40.75, 74.75, 92.29 and 122.25 were higher than those in antrum which were respe
