The research on land use degree,land use change rate as well as regional difference of various land use types in the southwest Longitudinal Range-Gorge Region(LRGR)has been carried out on the re- gional and county *** the view of social economy,we have also analyzed the driving mecha- nism of land use change and the corresponding spatial scopes of various driving forces in the research *** research result indlcetse that,on the regional scale,farmland,forest and grassland compose the main body of land use in the LRGR,and the structural change of land use shows that grassland declines sharply,farmland increases and forest keeps *** the county scale,the land use is characterized by that land use level is relatively low,and the land use degree,the comprehensive variation rate and the relative variation rate among different land use types still *** analysis,the land use changes in the LRGR are mainly driven by investment Intensity of manpower and physical resources,the social economic output level,the intensity of natural disasters disturbance and educa- tional level of ***,the regionalism exists in the influence scope of different driving force types.

Background:Histological healing is closely associated with improved long-term clinical outcomes and lowered relapses in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Here,we developed a novel diagnostic criterion for assessing histological healing in UC ***:We conducted a retrospective cohort study in UC patients,whose treatment was iteratively optimized to achieve mucosal healing at Shanghai Tenth People’s Hospital of Tongji university from January 2017 to May *** identified an inflammatory cell enumeration index(ICEI)for assessing histological healing based on the proportions of eosinophils,CD177^(+)neutrophils,and CD40L^(+)T cells in the colonic lamina propria under high power field(HPF),and the outcomes(risks of symptomatic relapses)of achieving histological remission *** histological inflammation using Kaplan-Meier *** reliability and inter-reader reliability were evaluated by each *** relationships to the changes in the Nancy index and the Geboes score were also assessed for *** ICEI was further validated in a new cohort of UC patients from other nine university ***:We developed an ICEI for clinical diagnosis of histological healing,i.e.,Y=1.701X_(1)+0.758X_(2)+1.347X_(3)-7.745(X_(1),X_(2),and X_(3)represent the proportions of CD177^(+)neutrophils,eosinophils,and CD40L^(+)T cells,respectively,in the colonic lamina propria under HPF).The receiver operating characteristics curve(ROC)analysis revealed that Y2(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.905-0.979)with a sensitivity of 92.5%and a specificity of 83.6%(P2(95%CI:0.748-0.894).During an 18-month follow-up,patients with histological healing had a substantially better outcome com

目前基于通用YOLO系列的遥感目标检测算法存在并未充分利用图像的全局上下文信息,在特征融合金字塔部分并未充分考虑缩小融合特征之间的语义鸿沟、抑制冗余信息干扰的缺点。在结合YOLO算法优点的基础上提出GUS-YOLO算法,其拥有一个能够充分利用全局上下文信息的骨干网络Global Backbone。除此之外,该算法在融合特征金字塔自顶向下的结构中引入Attention Gate模块,可以突出必要的特征信息,抑制冗余信息。另外,为Attention Gate模块设计了最佳的网络结构,提出了网络的特征融合结构U-Net。最后,为克服ReLU函数可能导致模型梯度不再更新的问题,该算法将Attention Gate模块的激活函数升级为可学习的SMU激活函数,提高模型鲁棒性。在NWPU VHR-10遥感数据集上,该算法相较于YOLOV7算法取得宽松指标mAP^(0.50)1.64个百分点和严格指标mAP^(0.75)9.39个百分点的性能提升。相较于目前主流的七种检测算法,该算法取得较好的检测性能。

Scenario simulation and forecast of land use/cover in northern china

Modeling land use/cover scenario changes and its potential impacts on structure and functions of ecosystem in typical regions are helpful to understanding the interactive mechanism between land use/cover system and ecosystem. Based on the analysis of the existing land use/cover simulation and forecast models, a land use/cover scenario dynamics model by the integration of System Dynamics (SD) model, Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) and Cellular Automata (CA) model is developed with land use/cover scenario changes in northern china in the next 30 years and simulated in this paper. The model is to simulate the land use/cover scenario demands by using a SD model at first, and then allocating the land use scenario patterns at the local scale with the considerations of land use/cover suitability, inheritance ability and neighborhood effect by using BPNN-CA model to satisfy the balance between land use/cover scenario demands and supplies. It integrates the advantages of SD, BPNN and CA. Macro-driving factors and the micro-spatial pattern are also fully taken into account. The BPNN simplifies the identification of the factors’ weights used in CA model and improves the reliability of the simulation results. The simulation accuracy of the model developed in this paper was found to be about 74%. It suggests that the model has the ability to reflect the complexity of land use/cover system at different scales to some extent and it is a useful tool for assessing the potential impacts of land use system on ecosystem. The simulated results also indicate that the urban land, water area and forest will increase significantly, and farmland and unable land will decrease gradually. Obvious land use/cover changes will take place in the farming-pastoral zone and the southeast area of northern china.

A Land Use Scenario Dynamics (LUSD) model by the integration of System Dynamics (SD) model and Cellular Automata (CA) model is developed with land use scenario changes in northern china in the next 20 years simulated in this paper. The basic idea of LUSD model is to simulate the land use scenario de-mands by using SD model at first, then allocate the land use scenario patterns at the local scale with the considerations of land use suitability, inheritance ability and neighborhood effect by using CA model to satisfy the balance between land use scenario demands and supply. The application of LUSD model in northern china suggests that the model has the ability to reflect the complex behavior of land use system at different scales to some extent and is a useful tool for assessing the potential impacts of land use system on ecological system. In addition, the simulated results also indicate that obvious land use changes will take place in the farming-pastoral zone of northern china in the next 20 years with cultivated land and urban land being the most active land use types.

In this paper, a new ergodic property analysis model of hydrological process is proposed based on fuzzy-rough c-means clustering (FRCM), autocorrelogram, and fuzzy least absolute regression (FLAR). A precipitation time series (1951―2004) from Shanghai Hydrology Station is then analyzed with the model. The results show that the precipitation time series of April, May, June, and September has er-godic property. We conclude that in the long run, the precipitation of April, May, June, and September will not keep decreasing; it will converge to its mean value in some period.

Edaphic factors determining variation of two ecotypes of Leymus chinensis in North china

To identify ecotypic variation of L. chinensis, the physiological characteristics and environmental factors were measured and assessed for grey-green and yellow-green ecotypes of L. chinensis grown in the salt-alkalized and aeolian sandy soils. Although both ecotypes presented a similar salt-alkaline tolerance under the experimental conditions, they differed in several aspects. The L. chinensis grown in the aeolian sandy soils had higher water potential and chlorophyll content and lower proline content in their leaves than those grown in the salt-alkalized habitat, and the grey-green ecotype of L. chinensis in both types of soils had higher water potential, chlorophyll and proline contents than the yellow-green ecotype. Besides, grey-green ecotypes had higher salt-alkaline tolerance than the yellow-green ecotype. The stepwise regression analysis showed that soil conductance and pH value were the main ecological factors affecting the physiology of L. chinensis. From the natural distribution of the two ecotypes, we considered that salt-alkaline in the soils is the leading factor in determining ecotypic variation of L. chinensis. The two ecotypes were first named grey-green and yellow-green ecotypes respectively.

Recent progress on the structure of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases

PP1, PP2A and PP2B, belonging to the PPP family of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases, participate in regulating many important physiological processes, such as cell cycle control, regulation of cell growth and division regulation, etc. The sequence homology between them is relatively high, and ter- tiary structure is conserved. Because of the complexity of the structure of PP2A and the diversity of its regulatory subunits, its structure is less well known than those of PP1 and PP2B. The PP2A holoen- zyme consists of a heterodimeric core enzyme, comprising a scaffolding subunit and a catalytic sub- unit, as well as a variable regulatory subunit. In this study, the subunit compositions, similarities and differences between the Ser/Thr protein phsphatases structures are summarized.

The toxicity of Cu^(2+) to Microcystis aeruginosa using dielectric spectroscopy

Dielectric spectroscopy(DS) was utilized to investigate the toxicity of the Cu2+ solution to Microcystis *** was found that 0.04 mM Cu2+ had no effect on dielectric increment,whereas the Cu2+ concentrations above 0.1 mM decreased the value of Δε/Δε *** toxic effect of Cu2+ on *** cells was time-dependent and *** was a threshold concentration between 0.04 mM and 0.1 mM,which affected the cell membrane,suggesting that Cu2+ at the concentrations higher than 0.1 mM caused serious plasmalemma damage to *** *** addition of 1 mM Ca2+ or Mg2+ did not protect *** cells from 1 mM Cu2+ *** study demonstrates that DS monitors cell biomass facilitating observation of the toxic effects of metal ions.
