Due to ferroalloy submerged arc furnace smelting is an extremely complicated chemistry and physics reaction process,the exact forecast of energy consumption related to the stable and efficient operation of submerged arc furnace,introducing a multi-scale energy consumption prediction model based on least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM),first of all,by conducting the wavelet decomposition to the energy consumption sequence;we can get the approximation coefficient and wavelet coefficient according to the specific scale and related ***,we conduct the multi-scale combined forecast by using the coefficient of predictive ***,through the wavelet reconstruction,we can calculate the corresponding predictive value of submerged arc furnace energy *** conduct the simulation test combined with the demand data of submerged arc furnace energy consumption in Sinosteel Jilin Ferroalloys Co.,*** results indicate that the method introduced in this paper has a considerable forecast accuracy and practical value.

Study on mapping Quantitative Trait Loci for animal complex binary traits using Bayesian-Markov chain Monte Carlo approach

It is a challenging issue to map Quantitative Trait Loci (QTL) underlying complex discrete traits, which usually show discontinuous distribution; less information, using conventional statistical methods. Bayesian-Markov chain Monte Carlo (Bayesian-MCMC) approach is the key procedure in mapping QTL for complex binary traits, which provides a complete posterior distribution for QTL parameters using all prior information. As a consequence, Bayesian estimates of all interested variables can be obtained straightforwardly basing on their posterior samples simulated by the MCMC algorithm. In our study, utilities of Bayesian-MCMC are demonstrated using simulated several animal outbred full-sib families with different family structures for a complex binary trait underlied by both a QTL; polygene. Under the Identity-by-Descent-Based variance component random model, three samplers basing on MCMC, including Gibbs sampling, Metropolis algorithm; reversible jump MCMC, were implemented to generate the joint posterior distribution of all unknowns so that the QTL parameters were obtained by Bayesian statistical inferring. The results showed that Bayesian-MCMC approach could work well; robust under different family structures; QTL effects. As family size increases; the number of family decreases, the accuracy of the parameter estimates will be improved. When the true QTL has a small effect, using outbred population experiment design with large family size is the optimal mapping strategy.

This paper researches the approach of observer design for linear discrete systems with delayed measurements and disturbances.A functional-based delay-free transform is given,which transforms the system with delayed measurements and disturbances into a delay-free one ***,a novel reduced-order state observer is presented for the original systems with the delayed measurements and *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the delay-free transform and observer design approach.

This paper focuses on the problem of further relaxing stabilization conditions for the Roesser type discretetime 2-D T-S fuzzy system.A novel kind of non-PDC control scheme is proposed to stabilize the closed-loop 2-D T-S fuzzy system,and then less conservative stabilization conditions are developed by using a new non-quadratic Lyapunov function for the underlying 2-D T-S fuzzy *** one fixed degree of the homogeneous polynomially parameter-dependent matrix,the conservatism could be further reduced by exploiting the algebraic property of fuzzy membership functions and the obtained stabilization conditions may asymptotically approach to exactness in a convergent ***,there are no slack matrix variables introduced in the control synthesis,and hence the computational burden is less than the existing ones while the same or less conservative results could be obtained.A numerical example is also provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

为提高软件质量,缩短软件开发周期,利用CMM二级模型与缺陷生命周期管理相结合设计了缺陷管理系统。该管理系统通过灵活的缺陷生命周期定义,采用电子邮件触发机制完成软件测试过程管理,并结合CMM各个职能部门,定义各部门职责,提供大量统计报表,弥补了多数缺陷管理工具的不足。通过在移动通信公司营运服务支撑系统中的实际应用,可看出此系统能够提高测试效率,监控测试进度,提升项目管理水平,加强软件质量管理。

Studies on electrical Activation of Porcine Oocytes Matured in vitro and Embryo Culture Systems

Conditions for electrical parthenogenetic activation of porcine oocytes matured in vitro and in vitro culture systems of porcine embryo were studied. The best results were achieved under the conditions of electrical field strength and the pulse duration at 130Vmm-1/80 us, with a blastocyst development rate of (20.12 ± 8.18) % (P > 0.05). No significant difference was found between treatments of multiple pulses and a single pulse (P > 0.05). Parthenogenetic embryos were cultured with different methods and air conditions for 7 days in vitro, blastocyst development rate of embryos with changed culture media [ (26.44 ± 8.35) % ] or changed media with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) [ (17.68 ± 5.39)% ] on the fifth day showing no significant difference from that of embryos without change of culture media [ (25.30 ± 7.55) % , P > 0.05 ], while cell numbers of blastocysts from embryos with changed culture media (15.78 + 5.46 and 14.55 ± 4.81) were significantly lower than number of blastocysts from embryos without change of culture media (18.01 ± 6.79, P2(5%CO2: 7%O2:88%N2) also showed no significant difference from those in high O2(5%CO2 in air) [(20.78 ± 8. 80)% and 17.0016.12 vs. (25.30 ± 7.55)% and 18.0116.79, P>0.05]. It is concluded that change of culture media with the same new one or changing over to media with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) on the fifth day and low O2 environment are not necessary for porcine embryos development.
