Brg-or hBrm-associated factor (BAF) complexes,a chromatin-remodeling complex family ofmammalian cells,facilitate transcriptional activity by remodeling nucleosome ***1 is the coresubunit of Brg-associated factor *** the present study,we investigated the spatial relationshipbetween Brg1 and nuclear factor 1 (NF1/CTF) and RNA polymerase Ⅱ (RNAP Ⅱ) upon gene transcriptionalactivation in vivo by employing immuno-gold *** data showed that Brg1 was closely co-localizedwith NF1/CTF and RNAP Ⅱ in HeLa ***,the co-immunoprecipitation assay further revealedthat Brg1 can be isolated together with NF1/CTF and RNAP Ⅱ in the ConA-stimulated,but not the resting,T *** combined results suggested that BAF complexes can interact with NF1/CTF and RNAPⅡ,and this interaction is closely dependent on the activation of gene transcription.

特丁3911处理的玉米品种对氟嘧磺隆的耐性研究

试验研究了杀虫剂特丁3911处理的不同玉米品种对除草剂氟嘧磺隆的耐性差异。结果表明:氟嘧磺隆+特丁3911组合处理时抗性品种"Pioneer3751IR"表现显著抗性,但感性品种"Pioneer3751",氟嘧磺隆与特丁3911组合处理与单一氟嘧磺隆处理相比,出现药害上升效应。氟嘧磺隆处理的"Pioneer3751IR"的乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)活性高于"Pioneer3751"品种,"Pioneer3751"的ALS酶活性在氟嘧磺隆质量浓度为0.01μg L时开始被抑制,ALS酶活性不受特丁3911的影响。14C 氟嘧磺隆的吸收和转移量在特丁3911处理后48h之前明显增多,向下部叶片的转移量不再增加,大部分向上部叶片转移。"Pioneer3751IR"品种对氟嘧磺隆的代谢率高于"Pioneer3751",氟嘧磺隆单一处理的代谢率高于氟嘧磺隆+特丁3911组合处理的代谢率。

A salicylic acid (SA)-inducible VCH3 promoter was recently identified from grapevine (Vitisarnurensis) that contains two inverse SA-responsive cis-acting elements and four *** furtherdemonstrate the roles of these elements,four fragments with lengths from-1187,-892,-589,-276 to+7 bp were fused with the β-glucuronidase (GUS) reporter géne and transferred to Nicotiana tobacum,together with another four VCH3 promoter fragments with mutation in the two inverse *** functions,of each promoter fragment were-examined by analysis of GUS activity in thetransgenic tobacco root treated with *** GUS activity was shown in the roots of transgenictobaccos with the VCH3 (-1187)-GUS construct containing two SA-responsive cis-acting elements andfour ***,GUS activity directed by the VCH3 (-892)-GUS construct,containing one SA cis-acting element and four W-boxes,was reduced by up to 35% compared with that in tobaccos transformedwith the VCH3 (-1187)-GUS construct,indicating that the SA cis-acting element plays an important role inSA induction of the VCH3 *** the m2VCH3 (-1187)-GUS nor the mVCH3 (-892)-GUSconstruct,with mutation on the SA-responsive elements,abolished the expression of GUS activity,demon-strating that the W-boxes in the VCH3 promoter are also involved in SA *** arialysis ofGUS activity directed by each of the eight VCH3 promoter fragments showed that GUS was expressedspecifically in vascular *** was concluded that both the SA-responsive cis-acting elements and the W-boxes are important for the SA induction of the VCH3 *** promoter might have a potential usein plant genetic engineering.

jilin Province is one of the main grain-producing provinces of china,which has dominant position in maize production,by the view of its advantages in policy,location,breed and market. And after entering WTO,some measures have been taken to enhance maize competitive ability. But there are some difficulties in concentrating production to maize advantaged areas. This paper expounds the basis that jilin Province becomes the advantage area of maize,analyzes the problems and puts forward the supporting policy. Some strategic measures are proposed,as developing comparable advantages,carrying out the strategy of un-equilibrium development and cultivating advantaged product areas of maize to rapidly improve the international competitive ability and productivity of maize in jilin Province,cast the agricultural predicament off and promote the agricultural development into a new stage.

Present Status and Future Prospects of the Mushroom Industry in china

The present status and operation of the mushroom industry in china are summarized in terms of environmental and economic cycles, variety diversity, breeding of high quality varieties, features associated with developing mushroom industry models, evolving cultivation techniques, health functions and environmental protection. The advantages enjoyed by china′s mushroom industry such as strain resources, raw material and labor resources, and varied climatic conditions are also explored. Problems relating to resource protection, new germplasm preservation and breeding, variety protection and associated policies and laws, the need to manufacture finished and highly processed mushroom products, industrialization, industrial clustering, optimization of industry structure, mycology training, lack of multi-skilled teams with different experience levels, and the need to foster reserves of talent are discussed. Projections are also made for the future development of china′s mushroom industry.

In this paper, we investigate the persistence of invariant tori for the nearly in-tegrable Hamiltonian system H(x,y) = h(y) + εp(x,y) + ε2Q(x,y), where h(y) and εp(x,y) satisfy the Russmann non-degenerate condition. Mainly we overcome the difficulties that the order of the parameter E in the perturbation ε2Q(x,y) is not enough and that the measure estimate involves in parts of frequencies with small parameter.

Functions and call relations are extracted into nodes and edges,respectively,by which a novel topological model is *** directional edges and the corresponding weight values express the call relations and tightness *** introducing two concepts of function fault-tolerant capability and software fault intensity and by designing a allocation rule on fault-tolerant capability,a cascading fault model is built to explore fault propagation *** on practical software networks show that a weak fault intensity,a small number of initial faults,and a strong fault-tolerant capability can slow down the spreading *** functions with more call relations and more closer tightness contribute more to the stability of the whole system.

Through rigorous natural selection, biological organisms have evolved exceptional functions highly adaptable to their living environments. Biological organisms can achieve a variety of biological functions efficiently by using the synergic actions of two or more different parts of the body, or the coupling effects of multiple factors, and demonstrate optimal adaptations to the living environment. In this paper, the function, characteristics and types of biological couplings are analyzed, the implementation mechanism and mode of biological coupling functions are revealed from the bionic viewpoint. Finally, the technological prospects of the bionic implementation of biological coupling function are predicted.

Mitochondrial DNA analysis of ancient Sampula population in Xinjiang

The archaeological site of Sampula cemetery was located about 14 km to the southwest of the Luo County in Xinjiang Khotan,china,belonging to the ancient Yutian kingdom.14C analysis showed that this cemetery was used from 217 *** 283 A.D. Ancient DNA was analyzed by 364 bp of the mitochondrial DNA hypervariable region I （mtDNA HVR-I）,and by six restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP） sites of mtDNA coding *** successfully extracted and sequenced intact stretches of maternally inher- ited mtDNA from 13 out of 16 ancient Sampula *** analysis of mtDNA haplogroup distribution showed that the ancient Sampula was a complex population with both European and Asian *** joining network of U3 sub-haplogroup and multi-dimen- sional scaling analysis all showed that the ancient Sampula had maternal relationship with Ossetian and Iranian.

Nanoparticle (NP) is the matter between molecule and bulk material. It has attracted much attention in catalysis, optoelectronics and biology due to its unique physical and chemical properties. Incorporation of these NPs into the polymer matrix is one of the best methods to display their special functions, which not only stabilize the NPs but also realize the functional assembly of NPs and polymers. However, reali- zation of this idea depends largely on the compatibility of NPs and polymers as well as the interaction between them. Therefore, many methods have been developed to prepare the composites of NPs and polymers in order to obtain the function ex- pected. In this review, we mainly focus on the combination of in situ method with other methods to synthesize different functional one-dimension, two-dimension as well as bulk composites, which has been recently developed by our group. The most striking character of our method is the excellent compatibility between NPs and polymers which ensures a homogeneous distribution of NPs in the polymer matrix. The existence of the polymer network makes the NPs more stable, and is significant for displaying their functions.
