Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station is located in a high in-situ stress region in Southwest china. During the excavations of the transportation and drainage tunnels, more than 460 rockburst events were reco.ded in the transportation tunnel and 110 in the drainage tunnel, which has a serious and negative influence on the tunnels’ co.struction and the safety of staff and equipment. In the paper, the characters of rockburst patterns are analyzed for the transportation and drainage tunnels. The results are illustrated as follow: (1) Most of intensive rockbursts occur in the layer T2b, and co.tinuous occurrences of rockbursts are more frequently observed than those in other layers. (2) The critical overburden depth of rockburst in the transportation tunnel is 600 m, and the length of the co.tinuous occurrence section of rockburst is smaller than 25 m. The damaged depth of the rockburst has the tendency to increase with the increasing overburden depth, and the maximum damaged depth is over 3.5 m. (3) From east to west (west to east) in Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station, the rockburst usually takes place in the right (left) side of tunnel working face, and then the left (right) or roof of the tunnel. The total length of the co.tinuous occurrence section of rockburst is 57.4%–62.2% of the overall rockburst length, followed by the rockbursts of flake-splitting type and other types. (4) co.pared with the transportation tunnel, the intensity of rockburst in the drainage tunnel is higher while the length of the co.tinuous occurrence section of rockburst is smaller. The rockburst section with length less than 10 m and depth of 1 m mainly occurs in the layer at a depth of 1 800–2 000 m. The influences of opening geometry and excavation method on the characteristics of the adjacent zone are great, but the influence of the stress among the tunnel group induced by excavation is relatively low.

The high strength,radiation hardness and co.t-effectiveness make Germanium the substrate of choice for high-efficiency multi-junction solar cells for space *** modeling and large-scale simulation are important and indispensable tools in the analysis and development of crystal growth *** this study,germanium single crystals with low dislocation density were produced by Czochralski method by applying the necking *** etching pits method was used to measure the dislocation density,and a professional modeling software CrysVUn was used to obtain the thermal-stress *** results show that the thermal-stress of the sample with diameter of 15 mm is nearly equal to that of other samples,so the thermal-stress does not influence the dislocation *** on the result,the dislocation density must be strangely increased caused by gravity.

An important trend in the development of GIS and RS is their permeation and integration. So, we integrated and developed a GIS/RS information co.prehensive analysis and process system and made a co.prehensive study on the architecture of distributed multiprocessor, data handling procedure and the design of fast data path from the point of promptness of co.prehensive information process. We also approached the method and mechanism of the GIS/RS information co.prehensive analysis and Process system through technological practices in GIS-aid RS image co.rection, RS automatically generating DEM as GIS information source, and GIS data generating co.posed maps.

In this paper, a new reco.nition algorithm based on curvelet moment and support vector machine(SVM) is proposed for chip defect reco.nition. The proposed reco.nition method is implemented through a reference co.parison method. First the defect regions of chips are extracted through preprocessing, and then the curvelet moment feature of the defect region is co.puted as the input of SVM classifier, the output of the trained SVM classifier is the result of defect reco.nition. The algorithm co.bines the good properties of curvelet moment and SVM classifier, the former can provide multi-scale, local details and orientation information of the defect region, and the latter is suitable to solve the small samples, nonlinear and high dimensions pattern reco.nition problem. Experimental results show that the algorithm has higher reco.nition rate co.pared with PCA based method and can solve the co.plex defects reco.nition problem effectively.
