意大利语版护理管理者胜任力测评工具的信效度检验

We report recent research progress in the synthesis, characterisation and bio-separation application of magnetic mesoporous materials. In our research, we used self-assembly method to prepare the composites of Fe3O4 nanocrystals and highly ordered periodic mesostructured silicas with various morphologies including nanospheres, hollow spheres and helical rods. Our studies reveal that these magnetic mesoporous materials have highly effective and selective separation features for different size bio-molecules based on the size-exclusion mechanism.

目的旨在翻译Chase护理管理者胜任力测评工具(the Chase Nurse Manager Competency Instrument,CNMCI)为意大利语,并对其进行信度和效度检验。方法对英文版CNMCI进行翻译,并通过横断面研究验证其信效度。采用预翻译(建立等效)、初始翻译、预测试、审查和管理5个步骤的问卷翻译方法,将英文版工具翻译为意大利语版。于2022年8月到2023年6月,选取意大利3个地区31所医疗机构349名护理管理者进行调查。采用内容效度、结构效度评估工具的效度;采用Cronbach'sα系数、重测信度评估工具的信度。结果意大利语版CNMCI,包括“知识理解”和“实施和/或使用能力”两个分量表,每个分量表包括53个条目。工具的条目内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.83~1.00,两个分量表的内容效度指数(S-CVI)均为0.97。经验证性因子分析显示该工具各项拟合指数表现良好。工具中“知识理解”分量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.978,“实施和/或使用能力”分量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.976。各个维度之间的相关系数为0.494~0.908重测信度为0.820,表明工具的一致性较好。结论意大利语版CNMCI在测量护理管理者胜任力方面显示出良好的信度和效度,并支持该工具的多维度结构。此外,研究结果支持了这些因素的层次性质,进一步支持了该工具的有效性。

Association between Adiponectin and Metabolic Syndrome in Older Adults from Major Cities of China

Well-mixed oxides derived from hydrotalcite-like （HTlcs） precursors prepared by co-precipitation method are successfully applied in NOx control area as NSR （NOx storage and reduction） catalysts. Our previous study showed that Co-Mg/Al-and Cu-Mg/Al-oxide catalysts perform well in capturing NOx.1-2 Moreover, Co-Mg/Al-oxide catalysts can also decompose NOx in some extent during the process of storing NOx.2 Considering that abundant research on the improvement of NSR catalysts through substitution of Mg2+ by other elements while few attention on modifying Al3+, then we focused our efforts on promoting activity of Co-Mg/Al-oxides by replacement of Al3+ with other cations （Fe3+, Mn3+, Zr4+, La3+）, and the results show that incorporation of La into the HTlcs can greatly enhance the activities of derived oxides on capturing and decomposing NOx.3 Simultaneously, for Co-Mg/La-Al-oxide catalyst, the influence of CO2 and/or H2O on NOx storage and decomposition was also investigated.3 On the other hand, both Ca and Mg are alkaline earth metal and can be used as storage component, however, to our knowledge, no reference of Ca-containing HTlcs has been reported. We successfully synthesized Ca-Co/Al HTlcs and the derived catalysts show good performance of NOx storage and decomposition, better than those of Co-Mg/Al-and Co-Mg/La-Al-oxide catalysts. On the basis of our systematic research, we further designed novel multi-functional catalysts derived from Ca-Co/La-Al HTlcs.4 The catalyst can completely capture NOx for a long time （～1200 s） and has high NOx storage amount better than some model NSR catalysts with noble metals, and can decompose part of NOx into N2 during the storage process. Moreover, various nitrites and nitrates formed on catalyst can be quickly reduced by H2 and the catalyst also has good stability and reproductivity.

Objective To investigate the association between adiponectin and metabolic syndrome （MetS） and related diseases in older adults from major cities of China. Methods A total of 2 049 adults at the age of 60-96 years from18 major cities of China were enrolled in the study. Plasma adiponectin and insulin concentrations were measured. Insulin resistance was assessed by homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance （HOMA-IR）. The definitions proposed by International Diabetes Federation （IDF） and American Heart Association/National Heart, Lung, and Blood/nstitute （AHA/NLHBI） were used to identify MetS. Results The adiponectin concentration increased with the advance of age and was higher in women than in men. The sex specific adiponectin concentration was inversely correlated with body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference, diastolic blood pressure, triglycerides, glucose and fasting blood insulin, and positively correlated with HDL-C （P〈0.001）. The adiponectin concentration decreased with increasing MetS components. Compared with the 4th sex-specific adiponectin quartile, the odds ratio （OR） for prevalent MetS-IDF and MetS-AHA/NLHBI in subjects of the 1st quartile group was 3.25 （95% CI： 2.24, 4.71） and 3.21 （95% CI： 2.26, 4.55）, respectively. The association was independent of age, sex, life-style factors, medication, family history of chronic diseases, BMI, and HOMA-IR, The OR for MetS was much higher than those of MetS components and its related diseases. Conclusion Adiponectin is strongly associated with MetS independent of insulin resistance and obesity in older adults from major cities in China. The adiponectin concentration is a useful predictor for the risk of MetS.

One approach for evolutionary algorithms (EAs) to address dynamic optimization problems (DOPs) is to maintain diversity of the population via introducing *** far all immigrant schemes developed for EAs have used fixed replacement *** paper examines the impact of the replacement rate on the performance of EAs with immigrant schemes in dynamic environments,and proposes a self-adaptive mechanism for EAs with immigrant schemes to address *** experimental study showed that the new approach could avoid the tedious work of fine-tuning the parameter and outperformed other immigrant schemes using a fixed replacement rate with traditionally suggested values in most cases.

The Kohistan Terrane in N. Pakistan occupies the suture zone between the collided Indian and Asian plates [1] . It formed primarily as an intra\|oceanic island\|arc crust between 125 and 90Ma prior to its accretion with the Asian plate along the Shyok suture. The final obduction of Kohistan onto the Indian plate in Early Eocene ensued the principal phase of the Himalayan orogeny.A two\|fold subdivision of the rocks forming the Kohistan crust is now well established [2] . Much of the ultramafic\|mafic component of the arc crust developed in the intraoceanic setting prior to collision with Asia. Mafic\|ultramafic plutonic complexes (Jijal and Sapat), together with gabbroic\|basaltic amphibolites (Kamila belt), at the base of the arc crust, and basaltic\|boninitic volcanics (the Chalt Formation) and Jaglot\|Yasin metasediments, in the upper arc crust are representative lithologies of this tectonic setting. Post Shyok suture lithologies include ca.80～45Ma Kohistan Batholith, Early Eocene Utror\|Shamaran volcanics and sedimentary rocks deposited in Early Eocene Dir and Drosh basins in Andean\|type setting. The Chilas gabbronorite\|ultramafic complex was magmatically emplaced in the waning stages of the intraoceanic phase but preceded the onset of the Andean\|type magmatism.

The Kohistan Terrane in N. Pakistan straddles the suture zone between the collided Indian and Eurasian plates in the NW Himalayas of N. Pakistan. Initiated as an intra\|oceanic island\|arc crust in Neotethys, the terrane accreted with the southern margin of the Karakoram Plate in the Late Cretaceous (about 90Ma). Continued subduction at its southern margin resulted in Andean\|type magmatism and tectonics, until collision with the Indian Plat in the Early *** much of the central and eastern Kohistan expose Cretaceous volcanic and sedimentary rocks of intra\|oceanic island arc setting, the western Kohistan in Swat, Dir, Chitral and upper Ghizer valleys preserves remnants of the Late Paleocene—Early Eocene volcanism and sedimentation of Andean\|type setting. These volcano\|sedimentary lithologies in western Kohistan are geographically divisible into two, separated by the Lowari Pluton; (1) Dir\|Swat Belt, (2) Drosh\|Shamran Belt. Late Paleocene\|Early Eocene siliceous volcanics termed Utror Volcanics and Shamran Volcanics are common in the two belts and so are the plutons intrusive into these volcanics (Late stage\|II of the Kohistan Batholith). The difference is in the sedimentary successions presented in the two belts. Whereas in the Dir\|Swat belt, the sedimentary succession comprises Baraul Banda Slate Formation, deposited in deep\|water fore\|arc setting and contemporaneous in age with that of the nearby Utror Volcanic Formation (about 55～60Ma), the sediments in the Drosh\|Shamran belt are distinctly red beds of fluvial origin (the Purit Formation) those overlie unconformably on top of the Shamran Volcanics and their equivalents.

菌根(真菌根系)存在于大约90%的植物中,在促进土壤结构、植物养分与生长、元素生物地球化学循环和陆地生态系统结构与功能等方面具有重要作用.过去60年尤其是近30年,中国菌根研究成果举世瞩目,如共鉴定出20种新种与120余种新记录种丛枝菌根真菌、30种新种与800余种新记录种外生菌根真菌以及10种新种与100余种新记录种兰花菌根真菌.同时,在菌根真菌菌种丰富度与遗传结构、菌种生态分布与植物种群,植物养分摄取与生长、植物修复与土地复垦、植物抗病性和与其他土壤微生物相互作用、菌根植物酶学性质及大气CO2和O3浓度升高对丛枝菌根多样性的影响等方面也取得重大进展.本文选介中国菌根主要研究成就,进行研究前景展望,以促进我国菌根研究的深入开展.
