International Transferring Trend in Manufacturing Industry

This paper addressed the international transferring t endency of manufacturing industry one by one as follows: (1) The developed count ries realize manufacturing industry structure upgrade reling on worldwide tr ansference not only domestic transference. On one hand, the TNCs make cross-inv estments, transnational merger & acquisition so as to achieve the optimum colloc ation of R&D resources, and obtain innovation in knowledge and technology. On th e other hand, the developed countries transfer labor and resource intensive indu stry as well as the labor-intensive link of the production chain in highly tech nology industry to the developing countries, to make their industrial structure escalation. (2. The adjustment and upgrade of manufacturing industry presents "m ulti-step type". First, the object of international transference substitutes th e capital-intensive industry and maturing industry with complicate technique fo r the industry with labor-intensive, simple technique or higher pollution, or s ubstitutes non-core complex technological procedure and parts and components fo r assembly in manufacturing process. Secondly, technology transference forms "br ain-hand and foot" pattern, i.e. the developed countries are increasingly p aying more and more attention to the research and control of core technology, th us transferring simple technique and labor-intensive procedure in higher scienc e and technology. Thirdly, the developed countries begins to transfer both capit al and technology intensive production, as well as transfer certain procedures i n higher technology production process to a few developing countries, even t o transfer parts of R & D to developing countries. (3) TNCs promote the global m anufacturing network (GMN) by recombination and transfer. TNCs organize producti on, trade, technological research and transference through foreign direct invest ment (FDI) all over the world, as a result, GMN makes the national competence no longer depend on absolu

Uniform circinate aggregates of sheet ZnO nanoparticles with a specific surface area of 2. m^2.g^-1 were prepared by the direct precipitation *** circinate aggregates were hexagonal ZnO,with the wall thickness ranging from 0.5 to 1 μm and the diameter ranging from 5 to 10 μ*** backs of the circinate aggregates were regularly arranged by numerous sheet ZnO nanoparticles with a thickness of 30-80 nm and a diameter of 300-400 *** precursors were aggregates of sheet Zn5（CO3）2.OH）6 nanoparticles,which were decomposed into ZnO by calcining in air in the range of 2.0-2.5°C,and the ZnO retained the similar special *** C2.5OH content had a significant effect on the formation of sheet *** centripetal force,the Van der Waals force,and the hydrogen bond were deduced as the driving forces of the formation of circinate.

Numerical Simulations of the Performance of Steel Guardrails Under Vehicle Impact

Road side barriers are constructed to protect passengers and contain vehicles when a vehicle crashes into a barrier. In general, full-scale crash testing needs to be carried out if a geometrically and structurally equivalent barrier has not previously been proven to meet the requirements of containing the vehicle and dissipating sufficient impact energy for passenger protection. As full-scale crash testing is very expensive, the number of data that can be measured in a test is usually limited, and it may not always be possible to obtain good quality measurements in such a test, a reliable and efficient numerical simulation of crash testing is therefore very useful. This paper presents finite element simulations of a 3-rail steel road traffic barrier under vehicle impact. The performance levels defined in Australian Standards AS5100 Clause 10.5 for these barriers are checked. The numerical simulations show that the barrier is able to meet low performance levels. However, the maximum deceleration is higher than the acceptable limit for passenger protection. If present, a kerb launches the vehicles into the barrier, allowing for the possibility of overriding the barrier under certain circumstances, but it redirects the vehicle and reduces the incident angle, which reduces impact force on the barrier. Further investigation into all common kerb profiles on roads should be carried out, as only one kerb profile is investigated in this study.

Inter-basin water transfer-supply model and risk analysis with consideration of rainfall forecast information

This paper develops a new inter-basin water transfer-supply and risk assessment model with consideration of rainfall forecast information. Firstly, based on the current state of reservoir and rainfall forecast information from the global forecast system (GFS), the actual diversion amount can be determined according to the inter-basin water transfer rules with the decision tree method; secondly, the reservoir supply operation system is used to distribute water resource of the inter-basin water transfer reservoir; finally, the integrated risk assessment model is built by selecting the reliability of water transfer, the reliability (water shortage risk), the resiliency and the vulnerability of water supply as risk analysis indexes. The case study shows that the inter-basin water transfer-supply model with rainfall forecast information considered can reduce the comprehensive risk and improve the utilization efficiency of water resource, as compared with conventional and optimal water distribution models.

Non-point source pollution is an important factor that affects the water quality of the Weihe *** study the effect of the pollution on the water quality of the Weihe River,five flood events and three normal discharge events during non-flood period were monitored from July to December in 2.06,at the Lin-tong *** order to identify how sediment influenced the water quality of the river,raw and supernatant samples taken from the monitored events were *** samples were siphoned from 5 cm below the water surface of the raw samples at the lab afterwards the raw samples were shaken up and laid for 30 minutes in the *** results indicated that:1) The concentrations of SS,COD,TP and TN in the raw samples from flood events were higher than those from normal discharge *** higher values of the COD,TP and TN in the raw samples resulted from natural humic matters in surface soil.2. The load transport rate of analyzed water quality indexes increased gradually to its maximum and then drop down,matching that in the discharge *** concentrations of SS,NH-N,NO-N,NO-N,COD,and TP in the raw samples increased initially and then decreased,while the concentration of dissolved orthophosphate and TN in the raw samples decreased gradually and then *** peak time of concentration and load transport rate of SS as well as COD,TP and TN in the raw samples were close to or lagged behind the time of peak flow. Generally,the peak time of concentration and load transport rate of dissolved orthophosphate, dissolved total-phosphate,NH-N,NO-N,and NO-N occurred prior to the time of peak flow.3) The mean concentration method was used to calculate the NPS pollution load at Lin-tong section,and the results are *** 2.06,the proportions of the NPS pollution load to the total load for COD,TP, TN and inorganic nitrogen were more than 30%.

＜正＞Cracking significantly affects the behaviors of reinforced concrete structures and periodically distributed fracture spacing phenomenon exist in the failure mode of the reinforced concrete structure,In this paper,a three dimension numerical test code named Realistic Failure Process Analysis was used to study the mechanisms of the fracture nucleation,formation,infill and saturation of the reinforced concrete structure. The numerical test results agree well with the experimental result not only on failure mode but also on the stress-strain distribution *** stress field distribution is gained by five numerical tests results for the samples with different crack spacing,and in which it can be indicated the form mechanisms of fracture spacing phenomenon,and the numerical tests give the stress distribution rules by the ratio of fracture spacing to concrete protection thickness of the reinforced concrete samples.

Accelerating column leaching trial on copper sulfide ore

The main measures to accelerate leaching sulfide ore are large spraying intensity,manual oxygen supply,temperature control,and acclimated *** indoor experiment accelerating sulfide ore leaching detected the temperature during leaching process,dissolvability of oxygen,bacterial concentration,Cu concentration and slag *** the same time,this paper also analyzed the effect of four factors,which are bacterial diversity cultivation stage,spraying intensity,air supply,and whether to control temperature,on the leaching efficiency of *** results indicate that the oxygen content of leach solution has a close relationship with temperature but it is rarely affected by air *** bacterial concentration preserves from 106 to 107 mL^-1,and temperature has a great effect on the bacterial activity under the condition of proper temperature and oxygen supply,and the lack of nutrition prevents the bacterial concentration from rising in the late *** relationships of the copper leaching efficiency to temperature,air feed,and spraying intensity are directly *** leaching efficiencies of the cultivated bacteria and acclimation bacteria are 1.2.and 1.4 times as large as that of the original bacteria.

Tunnel engineering Construction Schedule Analysis and Management Based on Visual Simulation

The methodology of visual simulation for a tunnel engineering construction schedule is presented. Visualization of simulation model, calculation and result of construction schedule simulation is realized, and the construction simulation and the resource optimization of tunnel engineering are made. A risk analysis and a decision-making method of tunnel engineering construction schedule based on visual simulation are presented. Furthermore, using S curve theory and schedule management method, the real-time management and control method of tunnel engineering construction based on visual simulation is presented. The application to the tunnel engineering construction schedule analysis and management shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method presented in this paper.

WATER WAVE SIMULATION IN CURVILINEAR COORDINATES USING A TIME-DEPENDENT MILD SLOPE EQUATION

The purpose of this article is to model the detailed progress of wave propagation in curvilinear coordinates with an effective time-dependent mild slope equation. This was achieved in the following approach, firstly deriving the numerical model of the equation, i.e., Copeland＇s hyperbolic mild-slope equation, in orthogonal curvilinear coordinates based on principal of coordinate transformation, and then finding the numerical solution of the transformed model by use of the Alternative Directions Implicit （ADI） method with a space-staggered grid. To test the curvilinear model, two cases of a channel with varying cross section and a semi-circular channel were studied with corresponding analytical solutions. The model was further investigated through a numerical simulation in Ponce de Leon Inlet, USA. Good agreement is reached and therefore, the use of the present model is valid to calculate the progress of wave propagation in areas with curved shorelines, nearshore breakwaters and other complicated geometries.

Velocity Distribution of Slurry in Horizontal Pipe WhenSolid Particles Sliding

Based on the laws of momentum conservation and impulse in accelerating process, the distribution on speed of ununiform slurry flow in a horizontal pipe was studied. According to the momentum change of solid particles and conveying liquid of slurry flow during accelerating, and some effect factors, the relationship between the speed of solid particles and the speed of conveying liquid was obtained. When dealing with the friction between sliding solid particles and pipe, it is pivotal to reasonably distribute component of friction to each solid particle. The friction coefficient between solid particles was obtained by forces analysis and theoretic calculation, and can be used to calculate the friction force on every solid particle. The effect of friction on speed of every solid particle was investigated through the impulse law. The result is more accurate than that by using uniform friction on solid particles. It is completely new method to use above theory to get solid particles speed distribution, conveying liquid speed distribution and slurry speed distribution.
