BACKGROUND Dysphagia,or swallowing disorder,is a common complication following stroke,significantly impacting patients'quality of *** biofeedback(EMGBF)therapy has emerged as a potential rehabilitation technique to improve swallowing function,but its efficacy in comparison with conventional treatments remains to be further *** To investigate the effects of different treatment intensities of EMGBF on swallowing function and motor speed after *** The participants were divided into three groups,all of which received routine neurological drug therapy and motor function rehabilitation *** the basis of routine swallowing disorder training,the EMGBF group received additional EMGBF training,while the enhanced EMGBF group received two additional training *** weeks before and after treatment,the degree of swallowing disorder was evaluated using the degree of swallowing disorder score(VGF)and the Rosenbek penetration-aspiration scale(PAS).RESULTS Initially,there was no significant difference in VGF and PAS scores among the groups(P>0.05).After four weeks,all groups showed significant improvement in both VGF scores and PAS ***,the standardized swallowing assessment and videofluoroscopic dysphagia scale scores also improved significantly post-treatment,indicating enhanced swallowing function and motor function of the hyoid-bone laryngeal complex,particularly in the intensive EMGBF *** EMGBF training is more effective than traditional swallowing training in improving swallowing function and the movement rate of the hyoid laryngeal complex in patients with post-stroke dysphagia.

With the theoretical and technological developments related to cratonic strike-slip faults,the Shuntuoguole Low Uplift in the Tarim Basin has attracted considerable attention *** by multi-stage tectonic movements,the strike-slip faults have controlled the distribution of hydrocarbon resources owing to the special fault characteristics and fault-related *** contrast,the kinematics and formation mechanism of strike-slip faults in buried sedimentary basins are difficult to investigate,limiting the discussion of these faults and hydrocarbon *** this study,we identified the characteristics of massive sigmoidal tension gashes(STGs)that formed in the Shunnan area of the Tarim ***-resolution three-dimensional seismic data and attribute analyses were used to investigate their geometric and kinematic ***,the stress state of each point of the STGs was calculated using seismic curvature ***,the formation mechanism of the STGs and their roles in controlling hydrocarbon migration and accumulation were *** results suggest that:(1)the STGs developed in the Shunnan area have a wide distribution,with a tensile fault arranged in an enéchelon pattern,showing an S-shaped *** STGs formed in multiple stages,and differential rotation occurred along the direction of strike-slip stress during formation.(2)Near the principal displacement zone of the strike-slip faults,the stress value of the STGs was higher,gradually decreasing at both *** shallow layer deformation was greater than the deep layer deformation.(3)STGs are critical for connecting source rocks,migrating oil and gas,sealing horizontally,and developing efficient *** study not only provides seismic evidence for the formation and evolution of super large STGs,but also provides certain guidance for oil and gas exploration in this area.

Distribution, burial fluxes and carbon sink effect of sedimentary organic carbon in the eastern China seas

The ocean is the largest active carbon reservoir on Earth. Organic carbon(OC), as the primary species of carbon sequestration in the ocean, plays an important role in the global carbon cycle through its deposition and burial. In this study,sedimentary OC data from 5796 stations, together with relevant geochemical and sedimentological parameters in the Bohai Sea,Yellow Sea, and east China Sea(BYES) were used to summarize and elucidate the distribution and burial patterns of sedimentary OC, and assess carbon sink effect of sedimentary OC burial. The results show that the OC content in the sediments of the BYES ranges from 0.00% to 2.12%, with an average content of 0.47%±0.26%. OC content is significantly correlated with finegrained sediments, with an average OC content in mud areas being 39% higher than that in non-mud areas. Modern OC buried in the BYES are mainly deposited in 7 major mud areas, with a total sedimentary OC burial flux of approximately 8.20 Mt C yr^(–1).Among them, the burial flux of biospheric OC is 6.92 Mt C yr^(–1), equivalent to the OC consumption amount of silicate weathering of the 9 major river basins in the eastern China. In its natural state, the annually sequestered OC in the sediments of the eastern China seas is equivalent to 25.37 Mt of atmospheric CO_(2), indicating a significant carbon sink effect. The distribution and burial of terrigenous OC in the BYES are mainly influenced by the large river inputs and complex marine hydrodynamic environment,while human activities such as dam construction have significantly altered the OC burial in these coastal mud areas.

Importance:Postzygotic mutations in the GNAQ/GNA11 genes,which encode the G-protein nucleotide binding protein alpha subunits,have been identified in patients with phakomatosis pigmentovascularis(PPV).However,little is known about the Chinese ***:To identify pathogenic mutations in pediatric patients with PPV within the Chinese ***:We performed whole-exome sequencing(WES)using skin lesion tissues from pediatric patients diagnosed with ***,ultradeep-targeted sequencing was conducted to validate the somatic mutations.A genotype-phenotype correlation was analyzed by integrating data from previous reports with the findings of the present ***:Thirteen patients were enrolled,all diagnosed with the cesioflammea type of PPV,except for one patient with an unclassifiable *** identified somatic GNA11 c.547C>T(p.R183C)variant in seven patients and GNAQ c.548G>A(p.R183Q)in four patients,with low allelic fractions ranging from 2.1%to 8.6%through ultradeep ***,a GNAQ c.548G>A(p.R183Q)variant was detected through targeted sequencing in one of two patients who did not exhibit detectable variants via *** genotype-phenotype correlation analysis,involving 15 patients with a GNA11 variant and 10 with a GNAQ variant,revealed that facial capillary malformation(87%vs.50%,P=0.075)and ocular melanocytosis(80%vs.40%,P=0.087)appeared to be more frequent in patients with GNA11 mutation compared to those with GNAQ *** four patients diagnosed with cesiomarmorata type or overlapping cesioflammea and cesiomarmorata type PPV carried the GNA11 ***:Our study demonstrated that the majority of PPV patients in the Chinese population carried a postzygotic variant of GNAQ/GNA11,thus further confirming the pathogenic role of GNAQ/GNA11 mosaicism in the development of PPV cesioflammea type.

基于特征选择的Lasso方法分别确定影响中国出口贸易隐含碳排放(CO_(2))总量和强度的核心指标,并由此构建BO-BiLSTM模型对总量变动和强度演进的趋势展开预测,同时采用Markov链进一步探讨中国出口贸易隐含碳排放的结构转移现象。结果表明:(1) 2021—2035年间中国出口贸易隐含碳排放总量呈现阶梯式减少的趋向,预计2030年达到1.98 Gt,在2035年降为1.83 Gt,出口贸易规模扩大和国际经贸形势改善是关键影响因素。(2) 2021—2035年间中国出口贸易隐含碳排放强度保持稳中有降的态势,预计2030年减至0.91 t/万元,相较于2005年减少67%,出口贸易结构变迁和环境规制强度提高是重要驱动因素。(3) 2021—2035年间中国出口贸易隐含碳排放结构仍偏重知识密集型制造业,其存在较大减排潜力,而资本密集型服务业和资本密集型制造业具有减排周期较长的特点。

New insights into the pre-lithiation kinetics of single-crystalline Ni-rich cathodes for long-life Li-ion batteries

Developing single-crystalline Ni-rich cathodes is an effective strategy to improve the safety and cycle life of Li-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the easy-to-loss of Li and O in high-temperature lithiation results in unsatisfactory ordered layered structure and ***,we demonstrate the synthesis of highly-ordered and fully-stoichiometric single-crystalline LiNi_(0.83)Co_(0.12)Mn_(0.05)O_(2)(SC-NCM83)cathodes by the regulation of pre-lithiation *** well-balanced pre-lithiation kinetics have been proved to greatly improve the proportion of layered phase in the intermediate by inhibiting the formation of metastable spinel phase,which promoted the rapid transformation of the intermediate into highly-ordered layered SC-NCM83 in the subsequent lithiation *** coating a layer of Li_(2)O–B_(2)O_(3),the resultant cathodes deliver superior cycling stability with 90.9%capacity retention at 1C after 300 cycles in pouch-type full *** enhancement mechanism has also been *** findings exhibit fundamental insights into the pre-lithiation kinetics process for guiding the synthesis of high-quality singlecrystalline Ni-rich cathodes.
