Quality Assessment of Attribute Data in GIS Based on Simple Random Sampling

On the basis of the principles of simple random sampling, the statistical model of rate of disfigurement (RD) is put forward and described in detail. According to the definition of simple random sampling for the attribute data in GIS, the mean and variance of the RD are deduced as the characteristic value of the statistical model in order to explain the feasibility of the accuracy measurement of the attribute data in GIS by using the RD. Moreover, on the basis of the mean and variance of the RD, the quality assessment method for attribute data of vector maps during the data collecting is discussed. The RD spread graph is also drawn to see whether the quality of the attribute data is under control. The RD model can synthetically judge the quality of attribute data, which is different from other measurement coefficients that only discuss accuracy of classification.

Based on GPS/GSM/Loading Sensor and internet technologies, the paper sets up an International Railway Wagon Localization Supervisory and dispatcher system. The scheme for users’ requirement analysis, definition of functional specification, system planning, technology interface design and system integration and implementation arises in this paper. The idea and method proposed in this paper will benefit the design and implementation of our country’s cross-border intelligent railway dispatcher management system in the future application.

In this paper,the wave propagation in a functionally graded piezoelectric coating on a cylinder is *** the piezoelectricity of the coating with an orthotropic symmetry,the wave equations and system matrices for state vector are obtained for SH and P-SV waves propagating along both the axial and circumferential *** is found that the wave propagation of the SH wave along the axial direction and the P-SV wave along the circumferential direction is not coupled to the electric field,i.e.,their corresponding dispersion patterns are same as that for a functionally graded coating without ***,the wave propagation of the P-SV wave along the axial direction and the SH wave along the circumferential direction is coupled to the electric field,i.e.,their corresponding dispersion patterns depend on the applied electric field,their dispersion curves are different under the open or close electric boundary conditions.

In this paper Xintai Alcohol Plant of Taicang, Jiangsu province, was selected for a case study on the production model of recycling economy because it successfully set up a recycling production model to solve the serious pollution of wastewater, which was waste mellow wine with dreg, coming out from the bottom of a stripping tower with the amount of ca. 450,000 t/a, and occupied 70% of the total amounts in Taicang. In the recycling process the amounts of COD, BOD, and SS were reduced 99.4%, 99.2%, 99.6%, respectively;at the same time all of side products were full of use, wastes were greatly reduced and used as much as possibly, and energy was used step by step according to thermodynamics. For example, CH4, a side product produced from wastewater treatment, was used as energy source to produce high-pressure vapor. After generating electricity, the high-pressure vapor became low-pressure vapor, then it was used as thermal energy source in processes of cooking starch, stripping and distillation. By this way the plant not only protected the local environment, but also made a great deal of benefit. At the same time they found a good place in the production chains of the world in virtue of importing raw materials and exporting their products. This case study showed us how successful were the 3R principles applied to a common enterprise which was hardly closed because of its terrible pollution, and proved that the sustainable development was not only necessary but also feasible, and strengthened our conviction that we could realize our aim of "well-off all over the country" in peaceful-rise and contribute for the peace and development of the world if only we would insist on practising the idea of recycling economy.

In the paper, the basic principles of EFGM are introduced firstly. After simplified the asphalt pavement structure under dual loads, the EFGM is preliminary applied to the mechanical analysis for asphalt pavement structure. The validation of EFGM in mechanical analysis of asphalt pavement is proved by the more accurate computation results and the convenience of post-process compared with the results of FEM. Furthermore, some features about EFGM in asphalt pavement mechanical analysis are also discussed and explained in this paper.
