Precipitation of α_2 Phase in α+β Solution-Treated and Air-cooled Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si-Nd Alloys

A series of Ti-Al-Sn-Zr-Mo-Si-Nd alloys with various content of Al were solution treated in α+β phase field and air-cooled. The precipitation of a2 phase in cooling was investigated by transmission electron microscopic analysis The precipitation characteristic of α2 phase was discussed. The precipitation of α2 phase would proceed by the nucleation and growth of α2 phase dependent on the diffusion of Al atoms. And a comparison on the difference of precipitation of α2 phase was carried out under the conditions of air-cooling and quenching in water. The investigation showed that the air-cooling and even quenching could supply enough time for the precipitation and growth of α2 phase when Al content reached a certain value even though far away from the stoichiometric composition of Ti3Al.

＜正＞Magnetic resonance（MR） brain image has been accepted as the reference image in the clinical *** goal of MR brain image segmentation is to accurately identify the principal tissue structures in the image *** this paper,the segmentation algorithm based on SOM（self-organizing map） neural network with compression pre-processing by wavelet transform is *** compression idea origins from image pyramid structure theory, which can enhance the representation of later image feature extraction without affecting brain tissue structure *** with the traditional individual SOM network method,the hybrid method can improve network training quality by applying statistical intensity information of the compression image pixels as network input vectors. Simulated MR brain images with different noise levels and intensity inhomogeneities are segmented to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method compared to the traditional technique.

The article uses the method of regression statistics to obtain the regression formula of iron fluid nodule ratio Q and compacted graphite ratio R, through rare earth magnesium treatment. At the same time it has given thejudging figure of Q and R, considering oxygen activity and temperature. When using oxygen activity to judgenodule ratio and compacted graphite ratio of the ironfluid treated by rare earth magnesium alloy, its limit value changes with the change of temperature.

The Authors of this Article have done research on the cracking resistance of cold welding surfacing electrodes for blast furnace valves by adjusting the basicity of slag component, decreasing the hydrogen content and improving microstructure. The DF 2 Cold Welding Surfacing Electrodes prove to possess the following characters: 1) Excellent cracking resistance for surfacing alloys at normal temperature. 2) Excellent cracking resistance for repair welding and rewelding. 3) Excellent machinability for surfacing alloying.

IINFLUENCE OF HEAT TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY ON PROPERTY OF LOW COBALT Fe-Cr-Co PERMANENT MAGNETIC ALLOY

This paper considers the synthesize control for an SIR epidemic model with standard incidence rate, which not only isolate infective and susceptible, but also immunize susceptible. The threshold of the models system is analyzed. In order to calculate the optimal values of the isolate rate and immunize rate, it constructs a performance index that is calculated explicitly as an algebraic function of the controller parameters by solving Zubov’s partial differential equation, and standard optimization techniques are employed. The ultimate aim is to eliminate the disease. The simulation result shows the method is viable and effectively.

The research is carried out through specification measurement of magnetic property, photo analysis of electronic microscope, metallographic analysis, micro hard and so on means. The initial researches have been done about the influence on material property by solid solution treatment, heat magnetic treatment and aging treatment technology of the low cobalt Fe Cr Co alloy. Therefore, better productive technologies have been found.
