微波照射对小白鼠睾丸发育和精子发生过程损伤效应的研究

40只小白鼠分4组,3组小白鼠受到波长为12.2毫米、频率为21～22GHz的微波照射,照射时间分别为30分钟、60分钟和110分钟,在照射后1、5、14、21、30、45、60天处死取材,称取睾丸重量,并制备石腊切片做光学显微镜观察,制备超薄切片和冷冻蚀... 详细信息

40只小白鼠分4组,3组小白鼠受到波长为12.2毫米、频率为21～22GHz的微波照射,照射时间分别为30分钟、60分钟和110分钟,在照射后1、5、14、21、30、45、60天处死取材,称取睾丸重量,并制备石腊切片做光学显微镜观察,制备超薄切片和冷冻蚀刻复型膜进行电子显微镜观察.结果表明功率密度为30～40 毫瓦/平方厘米的微波照射对睾丸生精细胞有明显的破坏作用,睾丸发育迟缓,曲细精管的细胞层次减少,精子发生过程障碍,精母细胞和精子细胞的膜结构,特别是核膜更为敏感.膜结构的破坏是细胞功能障碍和死亡的重要原因.波长为12.2毫米的照射穿透深度低于波长为12厘米的情况,但照射后损伤效应与厘米波相似,这表明生物机体对微波的反应是个复杂的过程.另外,在实验中观察到睾丸受照射后升温2℃左右,热作用研究结果表明不会产生细胞结构损伤,我们认为本实验中观察到的细胞结构破坏是非热效应引起的.

Self-incompatibility(SI) is an intra-specific reproductive barrier to prevent self-fertilization and to promote cross-fertilization found in flowering *** the SI response,self or genetically related pollen is rejected by the pistil and non-self(cross) pollen accepted for *** outcomes are referred to as self-pollen incompatibility(SPI) and cross-pollen compatibility(CPC),*** studies show that a single polymorphic S-locus,encoding at least two components from both the pollen and pistil sides,controls the discrimination of self and cross *** studies have revealed that plants use several distinct molecular mechanisms to accomplish the SI *** them,the Solanaceae,Plantaginaceae and Rosaceae appear to share a similar molecular *** these families,the SI specificity is determined by a ribonuclease protein (S-RNase) expressed in the pistil and a cluster of S-Locus F-box protein(SLF/SFB) in *** is widely accepted that S-RNases are secreted by the pistil and taken up by growing pollen tubes and function as cytotoxins to arrest self-pollen tube ***, the biochemical and cellular mechanisms remain largely *** this talk,I will present our recent data showing where and how S-RNase and SLF interact with each other to control CPC and SPI responses in Petunia hybrid,a solanaceous species.

Variations in plant water sources and water uptake patterns were important to responses of terrestrial ecosystems to changes of precipitation *** identification of plant water sources is essential for our understanding vegetation responses to spatial and temporal changes in precipitation and assessing accurately the future vegetation distribution in senti-arid and arid *** water sources were estimated by two or three compartment linear mixing models using δD and δO values of different components such as plant xylem water,precipitation and river water as well as soil water in Tibetan Plateau in the summer of *** dominant species （Quercus aquifolioides,Pinus tabulaeformis,Salix rehderiana and Nitraria tangutorum）in three ecosystem types（forest,shrub and desert ecosystems）were investigated in this *** isotope ratios of the summer precipitations and the soil water presented variations in spatial and temporal scales.δO values of *** xylem water were constant in the whole growth season and very similar to those of deep soil *** sources for all the plants came from both precipitations and soil *** switched rapidly among different water sources when environmental water conditions changed. Rainwater had different contributions to the plants,which was influenced by amounts of *** percentage of plant xylem water derived from rainwater raised with an increase of precipitation. 目的 :大鼠尾静脉注射油酸造成急性肺损伤模型 ,观察氧自由基清除剂对肺组织脂质过氧化物和花生四烯酸代谢产物血栓素A2 (TXA2 )、前列环素 (PGI2 )的变化。方法 :放射免疫分析方法及紫外分光光度仪分别测定TXB2 、PGI2 及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)。结果 :模型组肺组织、LPO和花生四烯酸代谢产物TXB2 、 6 -K -PGFLα显著升高 ,P <0 0 1;肺组织内大量PMN扣押 ,血管内皮、基底膜受损及肺泡水肿等。氧自由基清除剂可显著降低LPO产生 ,纠正PGI/ TXA2 失衡 ,P <0 0 1,减轻肺部病理学病变。结论 :氧自由基清除剂通过抑制氧自由基反应和改善PGI2 /TXA2
