In China, t.e est.mat.d number of HIV infect.d cases is approaching one million. Alt.ough public educat.on has been init.at.d for awareness and behavioral modificat.on for t.is devast.t.ng infect.on, bet.er diagnost.c met.ods are needed t. ident.fy infect.d persons and manage infect.on. Simple and more accurat. diagnost.c t.ols have become available, part.cularly for early det.ct.on and t. monit.r t.eat.ent.in t.ose who receive ant.-ret.oviral t.eat.ent. In t.is short.review, we summarize some of t.e common and new met.odologies t.at.can be used in clinical laborat.ries, in t.e field, or in privat. laborat.ries. t.ese range from simple ant.body t.st. t. more sophist.cal met.ods t.at.are used t. monit.r disease progression and ident.fy drug resist.nce. t.ese t.ols can assist.physicians, medical pract.t.oners, and laborat.ry personnel t. select.suit.ble diagnost.c t.ols for t.e diagnosis, blood screening, monit.ring of disease progression, and for det.ct.on of drug resist.nce t. ant.-ret.oviral t.erapies.

Core needle biopsy or post.ast.ct.my specimens from t.mors involving a known percent.of breast.volume were evaluat.d for:(1)pat.ological grades and lympho-vascular invasion(LVI);(2) hormone recept.r(ER/PR) expression > 0; and(3)epidermoid growt. fact.r 2(her2) over-expression(3+)by immune-hist.chemical st.ining or fluorescent.in sit. ***: t.e dat. base included 98 pat.ent. wit. t.N> 0 M0 and 120 wit. t.a-c, any N disease, M0 disease. t. t.mor masses involved 50% or more of t.e breast.in 23/98(24%), and t.a-c t.mors 65/120(54%)(P t. t.mors and 23% of t.a-c t.mors present.d wit. t.t.l breast.replacement. t.ere were no significant.differences bet.een t.e pat.ological at.ribut.s and marker expression of t.e t. and t.a-c ***: t.ese dat. suggest.t.at.erosion of t.e overlying skin or underlying chest.wall by some BC may be due t. neglect.and delay, rat.er t.an inherent.biological aggressiveness.

Pract.cal simulat.ons of t.rbulent.processes are generally cut.ff, wit. a grid resolut.on t.at.st.ps wit.in t.e inert.al range, meaning t.at.mult.ple act.ve regions and lengt. scales occur below t.e grid level and are not.resolved. t.is is t.e regime of large eddy simulat.ons （LES）, in which t.e larger but.not.t.e smaller of t.e t.rbulent.lengt. scales are resolved. Solut.ons of t.e fluid Navier-St.kes equat.ons, when considered in t.e inert.al regime, are convent.onally regarded as solut.ons of t.e Euler equat.ons. In ot.er words, t.e viscous and diffusive t.ansport.t.rms in t.e Navier-St.kes equat.ons can be neglect.d in t.e inert.al regime and in LES simulat.ons, while t.e Euler equat.on becomes fundament.l. For such simulat.ons, significant.new solut.on det.ils emerge as t.e grid is refined. It.follows t.at.convent.onal not.ons of grid convergence are at.risk of failure, and t.at.a new, and weaker not.on of convergence may be appropriat.. It.is generally underst.od t.at.t.e LES or inert.al regime is inherent.y fluct.at.ng and it. descript.on must.be st.t.st.cal in nat.re. Here we develop such a point.of view syst.mat.cally, based on Young measures, which are measures depending on or indexed by space t.me point.. A search for t.e doubly charmed baryon ■^+cc is performed t.rough it. decay t. t.eΛ^+c K^-π^+ final st.t.,using prot.n-prot.n collision dat. collect.d wit. t.e LHCb det.ct.r at.cent.e-of-mass energies of 7,8 and 13 *** dat. correspond t. a t.t.l int.grat.d luminosit. of 9 fb^-*** significant.signal is observed in t.e mass range from 3.4 t. 3.8 GeV/c^*** limit. are set.at.95%credibilit. level on t.e rat.o of t.e ■^+cc product.on cross-sect.on t.mes t.e branching fract.on t. t.at.ofΛ^+c and ■^++cc *** limit. are det.rmined as funct.ons of t.e ■^+cc mass for different.lifet.me hypot.eses,in t.e rapidit. range from 2.0 t. 4.5 and t.e t.ansverse moment.m range from 4 t. 15 GeV/c.
