We present a study on n-type ternary InGaN layers grown by atmospheric pressure metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy （mOVPE） on GaN template/（0001） sapphire substrate. An investigation of the different growth conditions on n-type InxGa1-xN （x = 0.06 -- 0.135） alloys was done for a series of five samples. The structural, electrical and optical properties were characteriz.d by high resolution x-ray diffraction （HRXRD）, Hall effect and photolumineseence （PL）. Experimental results showed that different growth conditions, namely substrate rotation （SR） and change of total H2 flow （THF）, strongly affect the properties of InGaN layers. This case can be clearly observed from the analytical results. When the SR speed decreased, the HRXRD scan peak of the samples shifted along a higher angle. Therefore, increasing the SR speed changed important structural properties of InGaN alloys such as peak broadening, values of strain, lattice parameters and defects including tilt, twist and dislocation density. From PL results it is observed that the growth conditions can be changed to control the emission wavelength and it is possible to shift the emission wavelength towards the green. Hall effect measurement has shown that the resistivity of the samples changes dramatically when THF changes.

Portal hypertension(PH)poses significant *** paper presents an innovative study on the utiliz.tion of endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)for both the diagnosis and management of *** at *** mangunkusumo National General Hospital in Jakarta,this retrospective case series included patients diagnosed with PH through clinical examination,imaging evaluation,and *** criteria comprised a history of reduced blood consumption within the last 5 days,hepatocellular carcinoma,massive ascites,or elevated international normaliz.d ratio(>1.4).EUS-guided portal pressure gradient(PPG)measurements were performed using an innovative standard *** study involved 15 patients,with 14 having liver cirrhosis and 1 diagnosed with Budd–Chiari *** them,nine patients experienced bleeding due to gastroesophageal *** and large esophageal varices were identified in four and eight patients,*** varices type 1 were observed in two patients,and type 2 in four *** gastric fundal varices type 1 were present in one *** on EUS-PPG measurements,14 patients exhibited clinically significant portal *** patients underwent endoscopic band ligation and three underwent EUS-guided cyanoacrylate injection during the same session as the EUS-PPG measurement ***,no adverse events,such as abdominal pain,perforation,or bleeding were observed during or after the *** emerges as a promising and accurate tool for both diagnosis and management.

Jasmonates （JAs） are plant hormones with essential roles in plant defense and development. The basic- helix-loop-helix （bHLH） transcription factor （TF） mYC2 has recently emerged as a master regulator of most aspects of the jasmonate （JA） signaling pathway in Arabidopsis. mYC2 coordinates JA-mediated defense responses by antagonistically regulating two different branches of the JA signaling pathway that determine resistance to pests and pathogens, respectively. mYC2 is required for induced systemic resistance （ISR） triggered by beneficial soil microbes while mYC2 function is targeted by pathogens during effector-mediated suppression of innate immunity in roots. Another notable function of mYC2 is the regulation of crosstalk between the signaling pathways of JA and those of other phytohormones such as abscisic acid （ABA）, salicylic acid （SA）, gibberellins （GAs）, and auxin （IAA）. mYC2 also regulates interactions between JA signaling and light, phytochrome signaling, and the circadian clock, mYC2 is involved in JA-regulated plant development, lateral and adventitious root formation, flowering time, and shade avoidance syndrome. Related bHLH TFs mYC3 and mYC4 also regulate both overlapping and distinct mYC2-regulated functions in Arabidopsis while mYC2 orthologs act as ＇master switches＇ that regulate JA-mediated biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. Here, we briefly review recent studies that revealed mechanistic new insights into the mode of action of this versatile TF.

The popularity of news,which conveys newsworthy events which occur during day to people,is substantially important for the spectator or *** interact with news website and share news links or their *** study uses supervised learning based machine learning techniques in order to predict news popularity in social media *** techniques consist of basically two phrases:a)the training data is sent as input to the classifier algorithm,b)the performance of prelearned algorithm is tested on the testing *** so,a knowledge discovery from the data is *** this context,firstly,twelve datasets from a set of data are obtained within the frame of four categories:Economic,microsoft,Obama and ***,news popularity prediction in social network services is carried out by utiliz.ng Gradient Boosted Trees,multi-Layer Perceptron and Random Forest learning *** prediction performances of all algorithms are examined by considering mean Absolute Error,Root mean Squared Error and the R-squared evaluation *** results show that most of the models designed by using these algorithms are proved to be applicable for this ***,a comprehensive study for the news prediction is presented,using different techniques,drawing conclusions about the performances of algorithms in this study.

In the last two decades, it has become clear that yo T cells recogniz. a diverse array of antigens including self and foreign, large and small, and peptidic and non-peptidic molecules. In this respect, 78 antigens as a whole resemble more the antigens recogniz.d by antibodies than those recogniz.d by T cells. Because of this antigenic diversity, no single mechanism--such as the major histocompatibility complex （mHC） restriction of ap T cells--is likely to provide a basis for all observed T-cell antigen receptor （TCR）-dependent 78 T-cell responses. Furthermore, available evidence suggests that many individual 78 T cells are poly-specific, probably using different modes of ligand recognition in their responses to unrelated antigens. While posing a unique challenge in the maintenance of self-tolerance, this broad reactivity pattern might enable multiple overlapping uses of 78 T-cell populations, and thus generate a more efficient immune response.

This article contributes to a small but growing body of multi-sited and multi-scalar research on the Belt and Road *** focus on relations at the national,regional and international scales,and present original research from China and Turkey,to show how the Istanbul-Ankara high-speed railway has served as a testing ground for China's Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Its construction was initially funded by the European Investment Bank,but it is now part of the backbone of the Turkish Government's middle Corridor plan which enhances west-east connectivity and integration with the Caucasus and Central *** show that in contrast to multinational corporations from the OECD that seek to remain footloose,Chinese state-owned enterprises(SOEs)seek to adapt to,apprehend and ultimately shape local *** the case of Turkey this proved difficult given its institutional alignment with the European ***,while the railway project was completed successfully by a consortium led by a Chinese SOE,Turkey's dynamic and complex regulatory environment discourages Chinese SOEs in the infrastructure *** conclude that the Turkish and Chinese governments are currently pursuing complementary territorial visions yet their cooperation is project-based and pragmatic.
