Customer segmentation according to load-shape profiles using smart meter data is an increasingly important application to vital the planning and operation of energy systems and to enable citizens’participation in the energy *** study proposes an innovative multi-step clustering procedure to segment customers based on load-shape patterns at the daily and intra-daily time *** meter data is split between daily and hourly normalized time series to assess monthly,weekly,daily,and hourly seasonality patterns *** dimensionality reduction implicit in the splitting allows a direct approach to clustering raw daily energy time series *** intraday clustering procedure sequentially identifies representative hourly day-unit profiles for each customer and the entire *** the first time,a step function approach is applied to reduce time series *** attributes embedded in surveys are employed to build external clustering validation metrics using Cramer’s V correlation factors and to identify statistically significant determinants of load-shape in energy *** addition,a time series features engineering approach is used to extract 16 relevant demand flexibility indicators that characterize customers and corresponding clusters along four different axes:available Energy(E),Temporal patterns(T),Consistency(C),and Variability(V).The methodology is implemented on a real-world electricity consumption dataset of 325 Small and Medium-sized Enterprise(SME)customers,identifying 4 daily and 6 hourly easy-to-interpret,well-defined *** application of the methodology includes selecting key parameters via grid search and a thorough comparison of clustering distances and methods to ensure the robustness of the *** research can test the scalability of the methodology to larger datasets from various customer segments(households and large commercial)and locations with different weather and socioeconomic conditio

Recently, the space bvp of real or complex numbers consisting of all sequences whose differences are in the space lp has been studied by basar, Altay [Ukrainian Math. J. 55（1）（2003）, 136-147], where 1 ≤ p ≤ ∞. The main purpose of the present paper is to introduce the space bvp（F） of sequences of p-bounded variation of fuzzy numbers. Moreover, it is proved that the space bvp（F） includes the space lp（F） and also shown that the spaces bvp（F） and lp（F） axe isomorphic for 1 ≤ p ≤∞. Furthermore, some inclusion relations have been given.

This is an overview paper on the relationship between risk-averse designs based on exponential loss functions with or without an additional unknown(adversarial)term and some classes of stochastic *** particular,the paper discusses the equivalences between risk-averse controller and filter designs and saddle-point solutions of some corresponding risk-neutral stochastic differential games with different information structures for the *** of the by-products of these analyses is that risk-averse controllers and filters(or estimators)for control and signal-measurement models are robust,through stochastic dissipation inequalities,to unmodeled perturbations in controlled system dynamics as well as signal and the measurement *** paper also discusses equivalences between risk-sensitive stochastic zero-sum differential games and some corresponding risk-neutral three-player stochastic zero-sum differential games,as well as robustness issues in stochastic nonzero-sum differential games with finite and infinite populations of players,with the latter belonging to the domain of mean-field games.

Let the triangle matrix A^(ru)be a generalization of the Cesàro matrix and U∈{c_(0),c,l_(∞)}.In this study,we essentially deal with the space U(A^(ru))defined by the domain of A^(ru)in the space U and give the bases,and determine the Kothe-Toeplitz,generalized K?theToeplitz and bounded-duals of the space U(A^(ru)).We characterize the classes(l_(∞)(A^(ru)):l_(∞)),(l_(∞)(A^(ru)):c),(c(A^(ru)):c),and(U:V(A^(ru)))of infinite matrices,where V denotes any given sequence ***,we also present a Steinhaus type *** an another result of this study,we investigate the l_(p)-norm of the matrix A^(ru)and as a result obtaining a generalized version of Hardy's inequality,and some inclusion ***,we compute the norm of well-known operators on the matrix domain l_(p)(A^(ru)).

Multi-agent reinforcement learning(MarL) has long been a significant research topic in both machine learning and control systems. Recent development of(single-agent) deep reinforcement learning has created a resurgence of interest in developing new MarL algorithms, especially those founded on theoretical analysis. In this paper, we review recent advances on a sub-area of this topic: decentralized MarL with networked *** this scenario, multiple agents perform sequential decision-making in a common environment, and without the coordination of any central controller, while being allowed to exchange information with their neighbors over a communication network. Such a setting finds broad applications in the control and operation of robots, unmanned vehicles, mobile sensor networks, and the smart grid. This review covers several of our research endeavors in this direction, as well as progress made by other researchers along the line. We hope that this review promotes additional research efforts in this exciting yet challenging area.

AIM To compare the results of midazolam-ketaminepropofol sedation performed by an endoscopy nurse and anaesthetist during colonoscopy in terms of patient satisfaction and *** American Statistical Association(ASA) Ⅰ-Ⅱ 60 patients who underwent colonoscopy under sedation were randomly divided into two groups: sedation under the supervision of an anaesthetist(SSA) and sedation under the supervision of an endoscopy nurse(SSEN). Both groups were initially administered 1 mg midazolam, 50 mg ketamine and 30-50 mg propofol. Continuation of sedation was performed by the anaesthetist in the SSAgroup and the nurse with a patient-controlled analgesia(PCA) pump in the SSEN group. The total propofol consumption, procedure duration, recovery times, pain using the visual analogue scale(VAS) and satisfaction score of the patients, and side effects were recorded. In addition, the patients were asked whether they remembered the procedure and whether they would prefer the same method in the case of *** Total propofol consumption in the SSEN group was significantly higher(P ared in terms of VAS score, recovery time, patient satisfaction, recall of the procedure, re-preference for the same method in case of re-endoscopy, and side effects, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05) between the two groups. No long-term required intervention side effects were observed in either *** Colonoscopy sedation in ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients can be safely performed by an endoscopy nurse using PCA pump with the incidence of side effects and patient satisfaction levels similar to sedation under anaesthetist supervision.

A recent study published in Nature by Radko-Juettner and colleagues reports an unexpected mutant-specific synthetic lethality in which the E3 protein ubiquitin ligase DCAF5 specifically degrades mutant but not wild-type SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complexes.1 DCAF5 contains a likely druggable WDR domain,providing a new avenue for the development of novel therapeutics for aggressive cancers with SMarCB1 loss of function mutations.
