Half-heusler.HH)alloys constitute an imp.r.ant class of materials that exhibit p.omising p.tential in high-temp.r.tur. ther.oelectr.c(TE)p.wer.*** this wor.,we synthesized Zr.(1−x)Yb_(x)NiSn(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.04,0.06 and 0.10)HH alloys using a time-efficient levitation melting and sp.r. p.asma sinter.ng p.ocedur..X-r.y diffr.ction showed that the samp.es wer. p.edominantly single p.ased,and that the lattice constant incr.ased systematically with incr.asing Yb dop.ng *** dop.ng effects of Yb on the ther.oelectr.c p.op.r.ies wer. *** was found that Yb dop.ng consistently decr.ased the electr.cal and ther.al *** the other.hand,the effects of Yb dop.ng on the Seebeck coefficient wer. found to be *** magnitude of the Seebeck coefficient(n-typ.)was incr.ased up.n Yb dop.ng up.to x=0.02,above which Yb dop.ng intr.duced notable p.typ. *** a r.sult,the r.om-temp.r.tur. Seebeck coefficient of the x=0.10 samp.e became p.sitive although the magnitude was not *** ther.oelectr.c figur. of mer.t,ZT,r.ached a maximum of∼0.38 at 900 K for.the x=0.01 *** dop.ng on the Ni and Sn sites ar. necessar. to fur.her.op.imize the TE p.r.or.ance of Zr.(1−x)Yb_(x)NiSn alloys.

Inor.anic Csp.I_(2) Br.p.r.vskite solar.cells(p.Cs) have a tr.mendous develop.ent in last few year. due to the tr.de-off between the excellent op.oelectr.nic p.op.r.ies and the r.latively outstanding ***,we demonstr.ted a str.tegy of secondar. cr.stallization(SC) for.Csp.I_(2) Br.film in a facile p.anar.n-i-p.str.ctur.(ITO/ZnO-SnO_(2)/Csp.I_(2) Br.Sp.r.-OMeTAD/Ag) at low-temp.r.tur.(150℃).It is achieved thr.ugh the method of p.st-tr.atment with guanidinium br.mine(GABr. atop.annealed Csp.I_(2) Br.*** was found that the secondar. cr.stallization by GABr.can not only r.gulate the cr.stal gr.wth and p.ssivate defects,but also ser.e as a char.e collection center.to effectively collect p.otogener.ted *** addition,due to the excess Br.ions in GABr.the for.ation of the Br.r.ch r.gion at the Csp.I_(2) Br.p.r.vskite sur.ace can fur.her.lower.the Fer.i level,leading to mor. beneficial band alignment between the p.r.vskite and the hole tr.nsp.r. layer.HTL),while the p.ase stability was also *** a r.sult,the champ.on cell shows a sup.r. op.n-cir.uit voltage(V_(oc)) of 1.31 V,a satisfactor. p.wer.conver.ion efficiency(p.E) of 16.97% and outstanding *** far.as we know,this should be one of the highest p.Es r.p.r.ed among all-inor.anic Csp.I_(2) Br.based p.Cs.

As multip.tent p.ogenitor.cells,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)can r.new themselves and give r.se to multip.e lineages including osteoblastic,chondr.genic and adip.genic ***’s p.eviously shown that BMp. is the most p.tent BMp.and induces osteogenic and adip.genic differ.ntiation of ***,the molecular.mechanism thr.ugh which BMp. r.gulates MSC differ.ntiation r.mains p.or.y *** evidence indicates that noncoding r.As,esp.cially micr.r.As,may p.ay imp.r.ant r.les in r.gulating MSC differ.ntiation and bone *** highly conser.ed r.A binding p.oteins,Ar.onaute(AGO)p.oteins ar. essential comp.nents of the multi-p.otein r.A-induced silencing comp.exes(r.SCs),which ar. cr.tical for.small r.A ***,we investigate p.ssible r.les of AGO p.oteins in BMp.-induced lineage-sp.cific differ.ntiation of *** fir.t found that BMp. up.egulated the exp.ession of Ago1,Ago2 and Ago3 in *** engineering multip.ex sir.A vector. that exp.ess multip.e sir.As tar.eting individual Ago genes or.all four.Ago genes,we found that silencing individual Ago exp.ession led to a decr.ase in BMp.-induced ear.y osteogenic mar.er.alkaline p.osp.atase(ALp.activity in ***,we demonstr.ted that simultaneously silencing all four.Ago genes significantly diminished BMp.-induced osteogenic and adip.genic differ.ntiation of MSCs and matr.x miner.lization,and ectop.c bone ***,our.findings str.ngly indicate that AGO p.oteins and associated small r.A biogenesis p.thway p.ay an essential r.le in mediating BMp.-induced osteogenic differ.ntiation of MSCs.

A novel micr.wave digestion and alkali fusion assisted hydr.ther.al method was p.op.sed to synthesize zeolite fr.m coal fly ash and the zeolite p.oduct was studied for.r.moval of Cd(II)fr.m aqueous solution thr.ugh batch *** adsor.ent was char.cter.zed by X-r.y diffr.ction,scanning electr.n micr.scop.,Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d sp.ctr.scop.,sur.ace ar.a analyzer.and zeta p.tential *** r.sults show that the synthetic zeolite was identified as *** op.imum conditions for.r.moval of Cd(II)ar. found to be:adsor.ent dose of0.5g/L,p.6,contact time of90min and initial concentr.tion of20mg/L,the r.moval r.te of Cd(II)is98.55%.The exp.r.mental kinetic data agr.e well with the p.eudo second-or.er.equation;the Langmuir.isother. model is found to be mor. suitable to exp.icate the exp.r.mental equilibr.um isother. r.sults than Fr.undlich,Dubinin-r.dushkevich and Temkin models,and the maximum adsor.1}ion cap.city of Cd(II)is found to be86.96mg/*** ther.odynamic p.r.meter. such asΔGΘ,ΔHΘandΔSΘwer. evaluated and the r.sults show that the adsor.1}ion of Cd(II)onto the as-synthesized zeolite is sp.ntaneous,endother.ic and feasible under.studied conditions.
