Using a Tree ring δ^(13.C Annual Series to reconstruct Atmospheric CO_2.Concentration over the Past 3.0 Years

The annual series of δ13. were measured in tree rings of three Cryptomeria fortunei disks （OF-1, OF-2. and OF- 3. collected from West Tianmu Mountain, zhejiang Province, China, according to cross-dating tree ring ages. There was no obvious decreasing trend of the δ13. annual time series of CF-2.before 183.. However, from 183. to 1982.the three tree ring δ13. annual series exhibited similar decreasing trends that were significantly （P ≤ 0.001） correlated. The distribution characteristics of a scatter diagram between estimated δ13. series of CF-2.from modeling and the atmospheric CO2.concentration extracted from the Law Dome ice core from 1840 to 1978 were analyzed and a curvilinear regression equation for reconstructing atmospheric CO2.concentration was established with r2.= 0.98. also, a test of independent samples indicated that between 1685 and 183. the reconstructed atmospheric CO2.concentration .using the δ13. series of CF-2.had a close relationship with the Law Dome and Siple ice cores, with a standard deviation of 1.98. The general increasing trend of the reconstructed atmospheric CO2.concentration closely reflected the 10ng-term variation of atmospheric CO2.concentration recorded both before and after the Industrial revolution. Between 1685 and 1840 the evaluated atmospheric CO2.concentration was stable, but after 1840 it exhibited a rapid increase. Given a longer δ13. annual time series of tree rings, it was feasible to rebuild a representative time series to describe the atmospheric CO2.concentration for an earlier period and for years that were not in the ice core record.

UI layers merger: merging UI layers via visual learning and boundary prior

With the fast-growing graphical user interface(GUI)development workload in the Internet industry,some work attempted to generate maintainable front-end code from GUI *** can be more suitable for using user interface(UI)design drafts that contain UI ***,fragmented layers inevitably appear in the UI design drafts,which greatly reduces the quality of the generated *** of the existing automated GUI techniques detects and merges the fragmented layers to improve the accessibility of generated *** this paper,we propose UI layers merger(UILM),a vision-based method that can automatically detect and merge fragmented layers into UI *** UILM contains the merging area detector(MAD)and a layer merging *** MAD incorporates the boundary prior knowledge to accurately detect the boundaries of UI ***,the layer merging algorithm can search for the associated layers within the components’boundaries and merge them into a *** present a dynamic data augmentation approach to boost the performance of *** also construct a large-scale UI dataset for training the MAD and testing the performance of *** results show that the proposed method outperforms the best baseline regarding merging area detection and achieves decent layer merging accuracy.A user study on a real application also confirms the effectiveness of our UILM.

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans in flue gas emissions from municipal solid waste incinerators in China

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans （PCDD/Fs） emissions in flue gas from two types of municipal solid waste incinerators （MSWIs） most commonly used in China were investigated in this study. The selected incinerators include two grate-type MSWIs： MSWI-A （3.0 t/d） and MSWI-B 050 t/d）, and two fluidized bed MSWIs： MSWI-C （400 t/d） and MSWI-D （400 t/d）, which are all equipped with semi-dry lime scrubber and bag filter except MSWI-D equipped with cyclone and wet scrubber （WS） as air pollutant control device （APCD）. results indicated that the emission concentration and the international toxic equivalents （I-TEQs） of the PCDD/Fs from the stacks were in the range of 1.2.0-10.2.3.ng/Nm^3.and 0.019-0.2.1 ng I-TEQ/Nm^3. respectively. They were greatly lower than the emission regulation standard of PCDD/Fs in China （1.0 ng I-TEQ/Nm^3.. However, only the PCDD/Fs emission level from MSWI-C was below 0.1 ng I-TEQ/Nm^3. Although the homologue profiles were distinct, the contributions of the 2.3.7,8-subsituted congeners to the total I-TEQ were similar among all the investigated MSWIs. Two major 2.3.7,8-substituted congeners, 2.3.4,7,8-PeCDF and 1,2.3.7,8-PeCDD, account for 47% and 9% （average values） of the total I-TEQ values, respectively. The correlation between PCDD/Fs levels and composition of flue gas was also discussed.

T-2.toxin-induced apoptosis involving Fas,p53.Bcl-xL,Bcl-2.Bax and caspase-3.signaling pathways in human chondrocytes

Objective:To investigate the effects of T-2.toxin on expressions of Fas,p53.Bcl-xL,Bcl-2.Bax and caspase-3.on human ***:Human chondrocytes were treated with T-2.toxin(1～2. ng/ml)for 5 ***,p53.and other apoptosis-related proteins such as Bax,Bcl-2.Bcl-xL,caspase-3.were determined by Western blot analysis and their mrNA expressions were determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(rT-PCr).results:Increases in Fas,p53.and the pro-apoptotic factor Bax protein and mrNA expressions and a decrease of the anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-xL were observed in a dose-dependent manner after exposures to 1～2. ng/ml T-2.toxin,while the expression of the anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-2.was ***,T-2.toxin could also up-regulate the expressions of both pro-caspase-3.and caspase-3.in a dose-dependent ***:These data suggest a possible underlying molecular mechanism for T-2.toxin to induce the apoptosis sig- naling pathway in human chondrocytes by regulation of apoptosis-related proteins.

Effects of Electroacupuncture on rat Model of Chronic Stress-induced depression

The influence of tirofiban on the troponin, brain natriuretic peptide, heart function in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

Objective:To observe the influence of tirofiban on the troponin, brain natriuretic peptide, heart function in patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI and provide scientific basis for treatment of acute myocardial ***:A total of 100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2.groups: the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases). The conventional treatment of PCI was performed on both groups. Tirofiban injection was given to the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment. cTnI, BNP and echocardiography parameters (LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD) were detected before and after ***:The comparison of cTnI in the two groups before operation was not statistically significant. cTnI in the 2.groups increased 12.h and 2. h after operation. But the cTnI in observation group (0.10±0.2.) ng/mL decreased more significantly than that in control group (0.2.±0.3.) ng/mL, the difference was considered to be statistically significant. The comparison of BNP in the two groups before operation was not statistically significant. BNP in the 2.groups decreased obviously 7 d and 3. d after operation. BNP in observation group decreased more significantly than that in control group and the difference was considered to be statistically significant LVEF in the observation group increased significantly compared with that in control group 7 d after operation. The comparison of LVEDD, LVESD were not considered to be statistically significant. LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than that in control group obviously 3. d after operation. While the LVEF in the observation group was still higher than that in the control group.
