Virtual time Ethemet is a multiple access protocol proposed to provide FCFS transmission service over the predominant Ethemet bus. It incorporates a novel message-rescheduling algorithm based on the virtual clock mechanism. By manipulating virtual clocks back up over a common virtual time axis and performing timely collision resolution, the algorithm guarantees the system＇s queuing strictness. The protocol is particularly modeled as a finite state machine and implemented using OPNET tools. Simulation studies prove its correctness and effectiveness.

针对多类分类问题,研究支持向量机集成中的分类器组合架构与方法.分析已有的多类级和两类级支持向量机集成架构的不足后,提出两层的集成架构.在此基础上,研究基于证据理论的支持向量机度量层输出信息融合方法,针对一对多与一对一两种多类扩展策略,分别定义基本概率分配函数,并根据证据冲突程度采用不同的证据组合规则.在一对多策略下,采用经典的Dempster规则;在一对一策略下则提出一条新的规则,以组合冲突严重的证据.实验表明,两层架构优于多类级架构,证据理论方法能有效地利用两类支持向量机的度量层输出信息,取得了满意的结果.

A hybrid distributed virtual environment （DVE） architecture is presented by importing a peer-to-peer （P2P） idea into the traditional client/server （C/S） architecture to improve the DVE system＇s scalability. The mathematical model of the overload of the center server was built and a series of simulation experiments were performed to validate the conclusions. When the client number increases to a certain value, the hybrid architecture can reduce server overload with some special clients （temp servers） selected with a certain heuristic strategy. With this architecture, the DVE system can support more system clients with the same server hardware than the C/S architecture can. The server overload ＂pulse＂ phenomena causing by the exiting of the temp server can be resolved by adopting a more optimized temp server selecting strategy and by reducing the child client capability of the temp server. By combining the advantages of the C/S architecture and the P2P architecture, the hybrid DVE architecture can effectively improve the scalability of the DVE system. This is validated by theoretical analysis and simulation experiments.

化工产品成分的在线分析对于实施有效的过程控制非常重要,但是传统的方法都存在明显的缺陷,软测量技术为解决这一问题提供了新的途径。采用支持向量机对萃取精馏塔工艺过程中产品成分进行估计,给出了建模过程以及参数选取的原则与方法。与神经网络和多元回归方法相比,支持向量机能更好地克服噪声数据对建模的影响,泛化性能好。支持向量机在软测量系统中的深入发展应用,为化工过程的先进控制与优化运行提供了良好的基础。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

＜正＞In this paper,a novel subspace learning method called Manifold Regularized Orthogonal Discriminant Analysis（MRODA） is first *** on within-class local geometry preservation and Least Square regression framework for LDA,MRODA can encode both the local geometry and discriminant structures of face data manifolds, and can address the small sample size problem through pseudo-inverse *** transform vectors are orthogonalized to improve their discriminatory *** on the selected Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet Transform features,an approach for face recognition based on the fusion of spatial and frequency features is developed. Experimental results on ORL,Yale and AR face databases show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

＜正＞The aim of this study is to provide a practical paradigm to ascertain the complete characterization of stability intervals for neutral time-delay systems with multiple commensurate ***,the matrix pencil test is used to determine the complete set of imaginary characteristic *** at these frequencies points may the stability switching *** compute the principle delay valueτfor each zero-crossing frequencyωwithin[0,2π]and their infinite extension with the period 2π/ω.Sort all critical delays by size,then the exact intervals can be obtained exhaustively. Lastly,a boundary criterion is used to check the stability for any given delay point value in an *** to the continuity of stability exponent,the interval has identical stability with any delay point ***,the stability property of all intervals is *** examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.
