A vague-set-based fuzzy.multi-objective decision making model is developed for evaluating bidding plans in a bid- ding purchase process. A group of decision-makers (DMs) first independently.assess bidding plans according to their experience and preferences, and these assessments may.be expressed as linguistic terms, which are then converted to fuzzy.numbers. The resulting decision matrices are then transformed to objective membership grade matrices. The lower bound of satisfaction and upper bound of dissatisfaction are used to determine each bidding plan’s supporting, opposing, and neutral objective sets, which together determine the vague value of a bidding plan. Finally. a score function is employ.d to rank all bidding plans. A new score function based on vague sets is introduced in the model and a novel method is presented for calculating the lower bound of sat- isfaction and upper bound of dissatisfaction. In a vague-set-based fuzzy.multi-objective decision making model, different valua- tions for upper and lower bounds of satisfaction usually.lead to distinct ranking results. Therefore, it is crucial to effectively.contain DMs’ arbitrariness and subjectivity.when these values are determined.

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on the blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure is presented to enhance the performance parameters, i.e., sensitivity. detection accuracy. and quality.*** blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure works as an interacting lay.r with the analy.e for the enhancement of the sensitivity.of the sensor. It is observed that the sensitivity.of blue phosphorene/MoS2 based sensor (i.e., structure-Ⅱ) is improved by.5.75%, from the conventional sensor (i.e., structure-Ⅲ). Further, an additional silicon nanolay.r is introduced between the metal lay.r and blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure. The sensitivity.of the proposed blue phosphorene/MoS2 hetero-structure with a silicon lay.r SPR sensor, i.e., structure-Ⅰ, is enhanced by.44.76% from structure-Ⅱ and 55.75% from structure-Ⅲ due to an enhancement in the evanescent field near the metal-analy.e interface. Finally. it is observed that at the optimum thickness of silicon between the gold lay.r and blue phosphorene/MoS2, performance parameters of the sensor are enhanced.

Arterial bifurcations are places where blood flow may.be disturbed and slow recirculation flow may.occur. To reveal the correlation between local oxy.en transfer and atherogenesis, a finite element method was employ.d to simulate the blood flow and the oxy.en transfer in the human carotid artery.bifurcation. Under steady.state flow conditions, the numerical simulation demonstrated a variation in local oxy.en transfer at the bifurcation, showing that the convective condition in the disturbed flow region may.produce uneven local oxy.en transfer at the blood/wall interface. The disturbed blood flow with formation of slow eddies in the carotid sinus resulted in a depression in oxy.en supply.to the arterial wall at the entry.of the sinus, which in turn may.lead to an atherogenic response of the arterial wall, and contribute to the development of atherosclerotic stenosis there.

Based on the published focal mechanisms we have built the fault model of the main shocks of the 1976 Songpan earthquake sequence and calculated the coseismic Coulomb stress changes in the region. The results show that most of the aftershocks had occurred in the region where the Coulomb stresses had been increased, indicating a triggering relationship between the main shocks and the aftershocks. We also show that the first main shock (Ms = 7.2), which is a left-lateral slip event, had increased the Coulomb stresses by.5×105 Pa at the second main shock (a thrust event with Ms = 6.7). Therefore, we conclude that the first main shock had triggered the second main shock. The third main shock is also a left-lateral event, however, the triggering relationship between the third main shock and the previous two events is less obvious. General model calculations show that there is a good triggering relation- ship between adjacent left-lateral slip fault and thrust fault, but triggering between parallel slip faults is rather weak.

In this paper, decision mechanism of credit-risk for banks is studied when the loan interest rate is fixed with asy.metry.information in credit market. We give out the designs of rationing and non-rationing on credit risky.decision mechanism when collateral value provided by.an entrepreneur is not less than the minimum demands of the bank. It shows that under the action of the mechanism, banks could efficiently.identify.the risk size of the project. Finally. the condition of the project investigation of bank is given over again.

Particle shape play. an important role in both the micro and macro scales responses of a granular assem- bly. This paper presents a sy.tematic way.to interpret the shape effects of granular material during quasi-static shearing. A more suitable shape descriptor is suggested for the quantitative analy.is of the macroscale strength indexes and contact parameters for non-convex grains, with special consid- eration given to the peak state and critical state. Through a series of numerical simulations and related post-processing analy.is, particle shape is found to directly.influence the strain localisation patterns, microscale fabric distributions, microscale mobilisation indexes, and probability.distribution of the nor- malised contact normal force. Additionally. the accuracy.of the stress-force-fabric relationship can be influenced by.the average normal force and the distribution of contact vectors. Moreover, particle shape play. a more important role than do the confining pressures in determining the friction angle. Strong force chains and the dilation effect are also found to be strongly.influenced by.the high confinin~ oressure.

Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive magmatism in western Guangdong and its geological significance

Sy.tematic zircon LA-ICPMS U-Pb dating reveals that Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive activities developed in western Guangdong. Representative volcanic rocks, i.e. Maanshan and Zhougongding rhy.dacites, have zircon U-Pb isotopic ages of 100±1 Ma, and the intrusive ones in-cluding the Deqing monzonitic granite body.and the Xinghua granodiorite body.in the Shidong com-plex, as well as the Tiaocun granodiorite body.in the Guangping complex y.eld ages of 99±2 Ma, ca. 100 Ma, and 104±3 Ma respectively. The biotite-granites of the Shidong complex main body.(461±35 Ma) and that of the Guangping complex (444±6 Ma) are Caledonian. In spite of the big time interval between Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive magmatisms and Caledonian intrusive ones, both of them are characterized by.enrichment in Rb, Th, Ce, Zr, Hf, Sm, depletion in Ba, Nb, Ta, P, Ti, Eu, and weakly.REE tetrad effect. Eu negative anomalies are: Cretaceous volcanic rocks (Eu/Eu*=0.74), Cretaceous intrusive rocks (Eu/Eu*=0.35―0.58), Caledonian biotite granites (Eu/Eu*=0.31―0.34). Studies of Sr-Nd isotope data show that all these igneous rocks have high initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7105―0.7518), and low εNd(t) values (?7.23―?11.39) with their Nd two-stage model ages ranging from 1.6―2.0 Ga, which suggest that they.all derived from the Proterozoic crustal basement of southeast China. The occurrence of Cretaceous volcanic-intrusive magmatisms in western Guangdong is related with the important lithospheric extension event in southeast China (including Nanling region) at ca. 100 Ma. The “volcanic line” defined by.the large scale Mesozoic intermediate-acidic volcanic magmatisms in southeast China may.further extend to the southwest margin of Nanling region.

Corrosion monitoring techniques were performed on X7O steel in saline solution saturated with CO2 with and without thiourea additives within the concentration range 5-25 mg/L. It was found that when the concentration of the inhibitors were increased, the inhibitor efficiencies（IE） of thiourea varied with solution temperature and immersion time. The results indicated that thiourea had the highest inhibition efficiency. The potentiondy.amic polarization studies revealed that thiourea are mixed-ty.e inhibitor that mainly.restrains the anodic process.
