Thousands of community-developed(meta)data guidelines,models,ontologies,schemas and formats have been created and implemented by several thousand data repositories and knowledge-bases,across all *** resources are necessary to meet government,funder and publisher expectations of greater transparency and access to and preservation of data related to research *** obligates researchers to ensure their data is FAir,share their data using the appropriate standards,store their data in sustainable and community-adopted repositories,and to conform to funder and publisher data *** data sharing also plays a key role in enabling researchers to evaluate,re-analyse and reproduce each other’s *** can map the landscape of relationships between community-adopted standards and repositories,and the journal publisher and funder data policies that recommend their *** this paper,we show how the work of the GO-FAir FAir Standards,Repositories and Policies(StRePo)Implementation Network serves as a central integration and cross-fertilisation point for the reuse of FAir standards,repositories and data policies in *** to this effort,the FAirsharing,an endorsed flagship resource of the Research Data Alliance that maps the landscape of relationships between community-adopted standards and repositories,and the journal publisher and funder data policies that recommend their ***,we highlight a number of activities around FAir tools,services and educational efforts to raise awareness and encourage participation.

＜正＞The Sham Tseng Development feasibility study was prepared in I983 and further additional studies were prepared in *** was recommended among other things that reclamation between San Miguel Brewery Site and Anglers’Beach be carried *** mid 1994 Government decided that in order to increase residential fiat supply the reclamation site in Sham Tseng should be developed for residential use if found *** duly 1996 the Territorial Development Statement Review identified that the housing supply of currently approved plans and programmes would not be adequate to meet the estimated housing demand after 2000/*** order to boost the housing supply and to achieve G/IC facilities and more open space it was decided to investigate the planning and engineering feasibility of enlarging the size of the original reclamation of 6ha up to 25ha. With this in mind consultants were appointed to look at a variety of further reclamation *** that basis new options were evaluated over a two-day value management workshop. The value management workshop objectives were formulated as a result of a strategic diagnosis meeting carried out preceding the value management study. At the conclusion of the value management workshop the objectives were both achieved and exceeded through adopting the Value Managemenf Approach. The value management process will be discussed from the perspective of the client,consultant and the facilitator.

2D Images of Astrocytes in the Human Principal Olivary Nucleus: Monofractal Analysis of the Morphology

Introduction: Current knowledge postulated glia as active participants in various metabolic processes within nervous tissue. The most numerous glial cells were astrocytes, and qualitative analysis divided them into two types based on their anatomical locations: fibrous and protoplasmic. The main goal of this research was to examine the morphological difference between types, analyzing four features of the image. The secondary objective of this research was to explore their morphology through maturation and aging. Materials and Methods: The material originated from bilateral sections of the human principal olivary nucleus, without disorders in the central nervous system. The brains were taken from 30 human cadavers (35 - 90 years) and cut into samples corresponding to dimensions of the principal olivary nucleus. A light microscope digitized the histological preparations. The selection of 294 images was analyzed by monofractal parameters derived from the box-counting. These parameters quantified four image properties (size, shape, complexity and homogeneity) of the glial body or whole glial cell. Results: The first results showed that images of two types of astrocytes were significantly different (p Conclusions: The main limitation of this study lies in the fact that the quantification was performed only by fractal analysis techniques. Nevertheless, a detailed monofractal analysis of astrocytes was performed for the first time. Thus, although this study can be seen as an improvement of the previous qualitative results, future research will provide the complete procedure of the image analysis.

Introduction: Fallopian diseases are often implicated in female infertility. Several radiological and surgical explorations have been proposed in order to evaluate the severity of lesions found in utero-adnexal pathology. Among tools that are used to investigate such pathologies, we have ultrasound, hysterosalpingography and endoscopy. But, in many developing countries like Cameroon, the usage of endoscopy in gynecology is not yet known by many practicians. The objective of our study was to show the interest of endoscopy in the diagnosis of fallopian tube pathologies. Methodology: We conducted a cross-sectional and descriptive study from March 1st, 2017 to May 31st, 2017 at the Gyneco-Obstetrics and Pediatric department of our Hospital. We included all women who presented infertility and underwent ultrasound, hysterosalpingography (HSG) and endoscopy at the Yaoundé Gyneco-obstetrics Hospital. We analyzed epidemiological parameters, clinics, ultrasound, hysterosalpingography and endoscopic finding. We used Cohen’s Kappa test to determine the correlation between HSG/endoscopy and ultrasound/endoscopy in the diagnosis of fallopian tube pathologies. The threshold was significant for a K-value > 0.20. Results: We got a sample of 156 women;the mean age was 32.6 ± 4.5 years. The Secondary infertility dominated in 66.7% of cases;31.1% of women presented a past medical history of sexually transmitted infections and 41.7% did abortions before. Endoscopic lesions were dominated by a fallopian obstruction in 54.5% of cases, 8.3% of adhesions, 33.9% of women presented uterine myomas, 37.8% of ovarian cysts and 1.3% of pelvic endometriosis. The K-values between HSG and endoscopy for distal and proximal tube obstructions were significant with respective thresholds of 0.25 and 0.30. The K-value between ultrasound and endoscopy was not significant with a threshold of 0.015 for the tubal hydrosalpinx. Conclusion: Endoscopy assessment appears as the most efficien
