Based on high-resolution 3D seismic data acquired in the Pearl(Zhujiang)River Mouth Basin of the northern South China Sea,this study investigated the geometry,spatial extension,and throw distribution of the post-rift normal fault through detailed seismic interpretation and fault modeling.A total of 289 post-rift normal faults were identified in the study area and can be classified into four types:(1)isolated normal faults above the carbonate platform;(2)isolated normal faults cutting through the carbonate platform;(3)conjugate normal faults,and(4.connecting normal *** distribution analysis on the fault planes show that the vertical throw profiles of most normal fault exhibit flat-topped *** normal faults above the carbonate platform exhibit roughly concentric ellipses with maximum throw zones in the central section whereas the normal faults cutting through the carbonate platform miss the lowermost section due to the chaotic seismic reflections in the interior of the carbonate *** vertical throws of conjugate normal faults anomalously decrease toward their intersection region on the fault plane whereas the connecting normal faults present two maximum throw zones in the central section of the fault *** to the symmetric elliptical distribution model of fault throw,an estimation was made indicating that normal faults cutting through the carbonate platform extended downward between-1308 s and-1780 s(two-way travel time)in depth and may not penetrate the entire Liuhua carbonate ***,it is observed that the distribution of karst caves on the top of the carbonate platform disaccord with those of hydrocarbon reservoirs and the post-rift normal faults cutting through the carbonate platform in the study *** propose that these karst caves formed most probably by corrosive fluids derived from magmatic activities during the Dongsha event,rather than pore waters or hydrocarbons.

Identification of Lubricating Oil Additives Using XGBoost and Ant Colony Optimization Algorithms

To address the problem of identifying multiple types of additives in lubricating oil,a method based on midinfrared spectral band selection using the eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)algorithm combined with the ant colony optimization(ACO)algorithm is *** XGBoost algorithm was used to train and test three additives,T534.alkyl diphenylamine),T308(isooctyl acid thiophospholipid octadecylamine),and T306(trimethylphenol phosphate),separately,in order to screen for the optimal combination of spectral bands for each *** ACO algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the XGBoost algorithm to improve the identification *** this process,the support vector machine(SVM)and hybrid bat algorithms(HBA)were included as a comparison,generating four models:ACO-XGBoost,ACO-SVM,HBA-XGboost,and *** results showed that all four models could identify the three additives efficiently,with the ACO-XGBoost model achieving 100%recognition of all three *** addition,the generalizability of the ACO-XGBoost model was further demonstrated by predicting a lubricating oil containing the three additives prepared in our laboratory and a collected sample of commercial oil currently in use。

Lightweight Steganography Detection Method Based on Multiple Residual Structures and Transformer

Existing deep learning-based steganography detection methods utilize convolution to automatically capture and learn steganographic features, yielding higher detection efficiency compared to manually designed steganography detection methods. Detection methods based on convolutional neural network frameworks can extract global features by increasing the network's depth and width. These frameworks are not highly sensitive to global features and can lead to significant resource consumption. This manuscript proposes a lightweight steganography detection method based on multiple residual structures and Transformer(Res Former). A multi-residuals block based on channel rearrangement is designed in the preprocessing layer. Multiple residuals are used to enrich the residual features and channel shuffle is used to enhance the feature representation capability. A lightweight convolutional and Transformer feature extraction backbone is constructed, which reduces the computational and parameter complexity of the network by employing depth-wise separable convolutions. This backbone integrates local and global image features through the fusion of convolutional layers and Transformer, enhancing the network's ability to learn global features and effectively enriching feature diversity. An effective weighted loss function is introduced for learning both local and global features, Bias Loss loss function is used to give full play to the role of feature diversity in classification, and cross-entropy loss function and contrast loss function are organically combined to enhance the expression ability of features. Based on Boss Base-1.01, BOWS2 and ALASKA#2, extensive experiments are conducted on the stego images generated by spatial and JPEG domain adaptive steganographic algorithms, employing both classical and state-of-theart steganalysis techniques. The low-cost and easy large-scale fabrication advantages of printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells(p-MPSCs)are overshadowed by their limited photovoltaic conversion efficiency(PCE).Here,we introduce the hydrazide derivative of 4.Hydroxybenzoylhydrazine(4.HBH)to improve the PCE of p-MPSCs by inducing enhanced defect *** carbonyl and hydrazine groups in hydrazide groups present strong interaction with *** hydroxyl group,as an electron donor group,increases the electron cloud density of the hydrazide group in 4.HBH under the conjugation of the benzene ring,and thus enhances its interaction with ***,the hydroxy group itself interacts with perovskite and passivates defects *** hydrazine agents can also reduce I2and suppress the loss of iodine in perovskite films,which inhibits the formation of iodine-related ***,p-MPSCs with 4.HBH achieve a high PCE of 19.21%,and present well improved stability.
