UAV swarm air combat maneuver decision-making method based on multi-agent reinforcement learning and transferring

During short-range air combat involving unmanned aircraft vehicle(UAV) swarms, UAVs must make accurate maneuver decisions based on information from both enemy and friendly UAVs. This dual requirement of competition and cooperation presents a significant challenge in the field of unmanned air combat. In this paper, a method based on multi-agent reinforcement learning(MARL) is proposed to address this issue. An actor network containing three subnetworks that can handle different types of situational information is designed. Hence, the results from simpler one-on-one scenarios are leveraged to enhance the complex swarm air combat training process. Separate state spaces for local and global information are designed for the actor and critic networks. A detailed reward function is proposed to encourage *** prevent lazy participants in air combat, a reward assignment operation is applied to distribute these dense rewards. Simulation testing and ablation experiments demonstrate that both the transfer operation and reward assignment operation can effectively deal with the swarm air combat scenario, and reflect the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Quantifying freeze-melt dynamics of lakes on the Tibetan Plateau using Sentinel-1 synthetic aperture radar imagery

The ice phenology of alpine lakes on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)is a rapid and direct responder to climate changes,and the variations in lake ice exhibit high temporal frequency *** and passive microwave data are widely used to monitor lake ice changes with high temporal ***,the low spatial resolutions make it difficult to effectively quantify the freeze-melt dynamics of *** work used Sentinel-1 synthetic aperture radar(SAR)data to derive high-resolution ice maps(about 6 days),then with the aid of Sentinel-2 optical images to quantify freeze-melt processes in three typical lakes on the TP(*** Co,Ayakekumu Lake,and Nam Co).The results showed that three lakes had an average annual ice period of 125-157 days and a complete ice cover period of 72-115 days,from 2018 to *** exhibit different ice phenology *** Co is characterized by repeated episodes of freezing,melting,and refreezing,resulting in a prolonged freeze-up ***,the break-up period of Nam Co lasts for a longer duration(about 19 days),and the break-up exhibits a smooth ***,Ayakekumu Lake showed more significant inter-annual fluctuations in the freeze-up period,with deviations of up to 28 days observed among different *** to the other two lakes,Selin Co experienced a relatively short freeze-up and break-up *** short,Sentinel-1 SAR data can effectively monitor the weekly and seasonal variations in lake ice on the ***,this data facilitates quantification of the freeze-melt dynamics.

Industrial CO_(2)electroreduction has received tremendous attentions for resolution of the current energy and environmental crisis,but its performance is greatly limited by mass transport at high current *** this work,an ion‐polymer‐modified gas‐diffusion electrode is used to tackle this proton *** is found that gas diffusion electrode‐Nafion shows an impressive performance of 75.2%Faradaic efficiency in multicarbon products at an industrial current density of 1.16 A/cm^(2).Significantly,in‐depth electrochemical characterizations combined with in situ Raman have been used to determine the full workflow of protons,and it is found that HCO_(3.^(−)acts as a proton pool near the reaction environment,and HCO_(3.^(−)and H_(3.O^(+)are local proton donors that interact with the proton shuttle−SO_(3.^(−)from *** rich proton hopping sites that decrease the activation energy,a“Grotthuss”mechanism for proton transport in the above system has been identified rather than the“Vehicle”mechanism with a higher energy ***,this work could be very useful in terms of the achievement of industrial CO_(2)reduction fundamentally and practically.

We previously demonstrated that lipopolysaccharide(LPS)injection-induced immune stress could impair muscle growth in weaned piglets,but the precise mechanisms behind this remain ***,we found that chronic immune stress induced by LPS resulted in a significant reduction of 3..86%in the total muscle mass of piglets at 5 d post-treatment compared with the control *** 1 d,prior to muscle mass loss,multiple alterations were noted in response to LPS *** included a reduction in the abundance of Bacteroidetes,an increase in serum concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines,compromised mitochondrial morphology,and an upregulation in the expression of dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1),a critical protein involved in mitochondrial *** highlight a strong negative correlation between Bacteroidetes abundance and the levels of serum pro-inflammatory cytokines,corroborated by in vivo intervention strategies in the musculature of both pig and mouse ***,the effects of Bacteroidetes on inflammation and muscle mass loss may involve the signaling pathway of the tauro-β-muricholic acid-fibroblast growth factor ***,the induction of overexpression of inflammatory cytokines,achieved without LPS treatment through oral administration of recombinant human IL-6(rh IL-6),led to increased levels of circulating cytokines,subsequently causing a decrease in muscle ***,pre-treatment with Mdivi-1,an inhibitor of Drp-1,markedly attenuated the LPS-induced elevation in reactive oxygen species levels and rescued the associated decline in muscle ***,these data indicate that LPS-induced muscle mass loss was linked to the reduction of Bacteroidetes abundance,increased inflammation,and the disruption of mitochondrial *** insights offer promising avenues for the identification of potential therapeutic targets aimed at mitigating muscle mass loss.

During criminal case investigations,blood evidence tracing is critical for criminal ***,the blood stains are often cleaned or covered up after the crime,resulting in trace residue and difficult ***,a highly sensitive and specific method for the rapid detection of human blood stains remains *** solve this problem,we established a nanozyme-based strip for rapid detection of blood evidence with high sensitivity and *** construct reliable nanozyme strips,we synthesized CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozymes with high peroxidase-like activity by scaling up to gram level,which can be supplied for six million tests,and conjugated antibody as a detection probe in nanozyme *** developed CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip can detect human hemoglobin(HGB)at a concentration as low as 1 ng/mL,which is 100 times lower than the commercially available colloidal gold strips(100 ng/mL).Moreover,this CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip showed high generality on 12 substrates and high specificity to human HGB among 13.animal blood ***,we applied the developed CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip to successfully detect blood stains in three real cases,where the current commercial colloidal gold strip failed to *** results suggest that the CoFe_(2)O_(4) nanozyme strip can be used as an effective on-scene detection method for human blood stains,and can further be used as a long-term preserved material evidence for traceability inquiry.

Interdecadal variation of drought patterns and associated influencing factors in the north-south transitional zone of China

In the context of global warming,escalating water cycles have led to a surge in drought frequency and ***,multidecadal fluctuations in drought and their multifaceted influencing factors remain inadequately *** study examined the multidecadal changes in drought characteristics(frequency,duration,and severity)and their geographical focal points within China's north-south transitional zone,the Qinling-Daba Mountains(QDM),from 1960 to 2017 using the Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index(SPEI).In addition,a suite of eight scenarios,correlation analysis,and wavelet coherence were used to identify the meteorological and circulation factors that influenced drought *** results indicate the following:(1)From 1960 to 2017,the QDM experienced significant interdecadal variations in drought frequency,duration,and severity,the climate was relatively humid before the 1990s,but drought intensified ***,the 1990s marked the period of the longest drought duration and greatest severity,while the years spanning 2010 to 2017 experienced the highest frequency of drought events.(2)Spatially,the Qinling Mountains,particularly the western Qinling Mountain,exhibited higher drought frequency,duration,and severity than the Daba *** disparity can be attributed to higher rates of temperature increase and precipitation decrease in the western Qinling Mountain.(3.Interdecadal variations in droughts in the QDM were directly influenced by the synergistic effects of interdecadal fluctuations in air temperature and *** factors modulate temperature and precipitation through phase transitions,thereby affecting drought dynamics in the *** Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation emerges as the primary circulation factors influencing temperature changes,with a mid-1990s shift to a positive phase favoring *** East Asian Summer Monsoon and El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation are the main circulation factors a

The receiver is a signal receiving device placed at the focus of the *** order to improve the observation efficiency,the concept of phased array receiver has been proposed in recent years,which places a small phased array at the focal plane of the reflector,and flexible pattern and beam scanning functions can be achieved through a beamforming *** combined with the element multiplexing,all beams within the entire field of view can be observed simultaneously to achieve continuous sky *** article focuses on the front-end array of phased array receiver at 0.7-1.8 GHz for QiTai Telescope,and designs a Vivaldi antenna array of PCB structure with dual line *** polarization antenna is designed to arrange in a rectangle manner by 11×*** on the simulation results of the focal field,3.,18,and eight elements were selected to form one beam at 0.7,1.25,and1.8 *** analog beamforming network was constructed,and the measured gains of axial beam under uniform weighting were 19.3.,13.72,and 15.22 *** the beam scanning method of reflector antenna,the pattern test of different position element sets required for PAF beam scanning was carried out under independent *** pattern optimization at 1.25 GHz was carried out by weighting method of conjugate field *** with uniform weighting,the gain,sidelobe level,and main beam direction under conjugate field matching have been *** the above test and simulation results are slightly different,which is related to the passive array and laboratory testing condition,the relevant work has accumulated experience in the development of the front-end array for the phased array receiver,and has good guiding significance for future performance verification after the array is installed on the telescope.

In_(2)O_(3.has been found a promising application in CO_(2)hydrogenation to methanol,which is beneficial to the utilization of CO_(2).The oxygen vacancy(O_(v))site is identified as the catalytic active center of this ***,there remains a great challenge to understand the relations between the state of oxygen species in In_(2)O_(3.and the catalytic performance for CO_(2)hydrogenation to *** the present work,we compare the properties of multiple In_(2)O_(3.and Ir-promoted In_(2)O_(3.(Ir-In_(2)O_(3.)catalysts with different Ir loadings and after being pretreated under different reduction *** CO_(2)conversion rate of Ir-In_(2)O_(3.is more promoted than that of pure In_(2)O_(3..With only a small amount of Ir loading,the highly dispersed Ir species on In_(2)O_(3.increase the concentration of O_(v)sites and enhance the *** finely tuning the catalyst structure,Ir-In_(2)O_(3.with an Ir loading of 0.16 wt.%and pre-reduction treatment under 3.0℃exhibits the highest methanol yield of 146 mgCH_(3.OH/(gcat·hr).Characterizations of Raman,electron paramagnetic resonance,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,CO_(2)-temperature programmed desorption and CO_(2)-pulse adsorption for the catalysts confirm that more O_(v)sites can be generated under higher reduction temperature,which will induce a facile CO_(2)adsorption and desorption *** performance for methanol production requires an adequate dynamic balance among the surface oxygen atoms and vacancies,which guides us to find more suitable conditions for catalyst pretreatment and reaction.

Lake level,area and volume are sensitive indicators of climate *** present,many studies have focused on the interannual water balance of lakes,but lake level and area can change remarkably with seasons,especially for lakes with seasonal ice *** Namco,a seasonal frozen lake,was selected as an example to investigate its seasonal water ***-source altimetry and Landsat data were used to obtain the seasonal lake level and area from 1992 to 2019,and seasonal lake volume variations were also *** results indicated the average lake level,area and volume in autumn were the *** lake level,area,and volume experienced three turning points approximately in 2000,2010,and 2016,and showed an overall increasing trend from 1992 to 2019,with slopes of 0.15 m/year,2.17 km^(2)/year,and 0.14 km^(3./year,*** lake area expanded significantly in autumn,which was related to the abundant *** time of land surface runoff,increased temperature,and evaporation may be the reason for the low lake level and volume in *** precipitation was the dominant factor of water balance,which explained 62.09%,62.43.,and 62.10%of the variations in lake level,area,and volume,respectively.
