This paper concerns ultimately bounded output-feedback control problems for networked systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics. Sensor-to-observer signal transmission is facilitated over networks that has communication *** transmissions are carried out over an unreliable communication channel. In order to enhance the utilization rate of measurement data, a buffer-aided strategy is novelly employed to store historical measurements when communication networks are inaccessible. Using the neural network technique, a novel observer-based controller is introduced to address effects of signal transmission behaviors and unknown nonlinear *** the application of stochastic analysis and Lyapunov stability, a joint framework is constructed for analyzing resultant system performance under the introduced controller. Subsequently, existence conditions for the desired output-feedback controller are delineated. The required parameters for the observerbased controller are then determined by resolving some specific matrix inequalities. Finally, a simulation example is showcased to confirm method efficacy.

Two-layer Lagrange-based relay network topology and trajectory design for solar system explorations

Exploration targeting outer planets and even the edge of the solar system is an emerging direction for the deep-space exploration in the next decades. To address this challenge, a novel two-layer Lagrangebased relay network topology is proposed in this study. Specifically, we utilize the Sun-Mars and Sun-Saturn Lagrange points(LPs) L4 and L5 to build a two-layer backbone relay network, which ensures continuous and high-efficiency communication capability for the exploration of the solar system. Furthermore, we utilize the planetary gravity assist and design the transfer trajectory of backbone relays with the help of planetary celestial body motion equations and Kepler's laws. Moreover, we conduct link budget analysis for multihop relay transmission under Gamma-Gamma distribution, shadowed Rician fading, and additive white Gaussian noise channels in several typical exploration scenarios and validate that the LP relays can effectively support future deep-space exploration missions.

Modified Sadowski formula-based model for the slope shape amplification effect under multistage slope blasting vibration

A novel adaptive coordinated tracking control scheme for a morphing aircraft with telescopic wings

Early non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is ***,it is challenging to achieve accurate CHD diagnosis via detecting *** this work,heterostructured complexes of black phosphorus(BP)and two-dimensional carbide and nitride(MXene)with high gas sensitivity and photo responsiveness were formulated using a self-assembly strategy.A light-activated virtual sensor array(LAVSA)based on BP/Ti_(3.C_(2)Tx was prepared under photomodulation and further assembled into an instant gas sensing platform(IGSP).In addition,a machine learning(ML)algorithm was introduced to help the IGSP detect and recognize the signals of breath samples to diagnose *** to the synergistic effect of BP and Ti_(3.C_(2)Tx as well as photo excitation,the synthesized heterostructured complexes exhibited higher performance than pristine Ti_(3.C_(2)Tx,with a response value 26%higher than that of pristine Ti_(3.C_(2)*** addition,with the help of a pattern recognition algorithm,LAVSA successfully detected and identified 15 odor molecules affiliated with alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,and ***,with the assistance of ML,the IGSP achieved 69.2%accuracy in detecting the breath odor of 45 volunteers from healthy people and CHD *** conclusion,an immediate,low-cost,and accurate prototype was designed and fabricated for the noninvasive diagnosis of CHD,which provided a generalized solution for diagnosing other diseases and other more complex application scenarios.

Electrochemical synthesis of trimetallic nickel-iron-copper nanoparticles via potential-cycling for high current density anion exchange membrane water-splitting applications

Hydrogen is known for its elevated energy density and environmental compatibility and is a promising alternative to fossil *** water electrolysis utilizing renewable energy sources has emerged as a means to obtain high-purity ***,electrocatalysts used in the process are fabricated using conventional wet chemical synthesis methods,such as sol-gel,hydrothermal,or surfactantassisted approaches,which often necessitate intricate pretreatment procedures and are vulnerable to post-treatment ***,this study introduces a streamlined and environmentally conscious one-step potential-cycling approach to generate a highly efficient trimetallic nickel-iron-copper electrocatalyst in situ on nickel *** synthesized material exhibited remarkable performance,requiring a mere 476 mV to drive electrochemical water splitting at 100 mA cm^(-2)current density in alkaline ***,this material was integrated into an anion exchange membrane watersplitting device and achieved an exceptionally high current density of 1 A cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of2.13.V,outperforming the noble-metal benchmark(2.51 V).Additionally,ex situ characterizations were employed to detect transformations in the active sites during the catalytic process,revealing the structural transformations and providing inspiration for further design of electrocatalysts.

STGNN-LMR:A Spatial–Temporal Graph Neural Network Approach Based on sEMG Lower Limb Motion Recognition

Lower limb motion recognition techniques commonly employ Surface Electromyographic Signal(sEMG)as input and apply a machine learning classifier or Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)for ***,this artificial feature engineering technique is not generalizable to similar tasks and is heavily reliant on the researcher’s subject *** contrast,neural networks such as Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and Long Short-term Memory Neural Network(LSTM)can automatically extract features,providing a more generalized and adaptable approach to lower limb motion *** this approach overcomes the limitations of human feature engineering,it may ignore the potential correlation among the sEMG *** paper proposes a spatial–temporal graph neural network model,STGNN-LMR,designed to address the problem of recognizing lower limb motion from multi-channel ***-LMR transforms multi-channel sEMG into a graph structure and uses graph learning to model spatial–temporal *** 8-channel sEMG dataset is constructed for the experimental stage,and the results show that the STGNN-LMR model achieves a recognition accuracy of 99.71%.Moreover,this paper simulates two unexpected scenarios,including sEMG sensors affected by sweat noise and sudden failure,and evaluates the testing results using hypothesis *** to the experimental results,the STGNN-LMR model exhibits a significant advantage over the control models in noise scenarios and failure *** experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the STGNN-LMR model for addressing the challenges associated with sEMG-based lower limb motion recognition in practical scenarios.
