Indigenous Knowledge of Natural Resource Management and Population Control for Dong Ethnic Group in Guizhou province

Dong ethnic people have rich indigenous knowledge in terms of their daily life and production, which plays an important role in the sustainable development of their village. This paper aims to understand traditional knowledge of Dong ethnic people in resource management and population control, including traditional resource management, traditional medicinal knowledge and village regulations in Zhanli Village in Southeast Guizhou province. The research methods include key informant interview, group discussion, participant observation and secondary data collect- ing. The results show that Zhanli villagers try their best to utilize indigenous knowledge to manage the natural resources and keep the stable population to make themselves live in a sustainable way. Indigenous knowledge plays an important role in managing their limited natural resources and keeping the population stable under an excellent condition. Zhanli villagers employ indigenous knowledge to manage natural resources and use local herbs to control the population. Village regulation terms significantly influence villagers’ awareness in resource management and birth control. Women play the chief role in employing indigenous knowledge in weaving as well as medicinal knowledge in birth control, and these kinds of knowledge are passed down through the female line. However, the inheritance style of traditional knowledge is decreasing. Indig- enous knowledge plays an important role in the sustainable development of this village, which gives implications for development practices to involve indigenous knowledge to achieve sustainable development.

Because of its broad spectrum and high efficiency,the microwave disinfection was used to control the airborne microbial contaminates in VAC *** microwave disinfection devices were developed combined with air filter,the design and calculation method was presented,and the disinfection effects on White staphylococcus,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus Subtilis,Escherichi coli were *** results show that the major influence factors on disinfection effect are microwave power,water-content of filter material,disinfecting *** 15 min,the kill ratio is >90%,and the log value is >*** microwave field is uniform and the kill effect of bacteria on each surface of filter is the same,without statistically significant difference.

Microstructures of an AlSi_7Mg alloy by near-liquidus casting

Semi-solid ingots of an A1SiTMg alloy were obtained using the method of near liquidus casting. Their microstructures exhibit the characteristics of free, equiaxed, and non-dendrite, which are required for semi-solid forming. The influences of casting temperature, heat preservation time, and cooling rate on the microstructure were also investigated. The results show that in the temperature region near liquidus the grain size becomes small with a decrease in casting temperature. Prolonging the heat preservation time makes grain crassitude at the same temperature. And increasing the cooling rate makes grain fine. The microstructure of the alloy cast with iron mould is freer than that with graphite mould.

Hepatic blood inflow occlusion without hemihepatic artery control in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM:To investigate the clinical significance of hepatic blood inflow occlusion without hemihepatic artery control (BIOwHAC) in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS:Fifty-nine patients with HCC were divided into 3.groups based on the technique used for achieving hepatic vascular occlusion:group 1,vascular occlusion was achieved by the Pringle maneuver (n=20);group 2,by hemihepatic vascular occlusion (HVO) (n=20);and group 3.by BIOwHAC (n=19).We compared the procedures among the three groups in term of operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative liver function,postoperative complications,and length of hospital ***:There were no statistically significant differences (P > 0.05) in age,sex,pathological diagnosis,preoperative Child's disease grade,hepatic function,and tumor size among the three *** intraoperative complications or deaths occurrred,and there were no significant intergroup differences (P > 0.05) in intraoperative bleeding,hepatic function change 3.and 7 d after operation,the incidence of complications,and length of hospital *** and Pringle maneuver required a significantly shorter operation time than HVO;the difference in the serum alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase levels before and 1 d after operation was more significant in the BIOwHAC and HVO groups than in the Pringle maneuver group (P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:BIOwHAC is convenient and safe;this technique causes slight hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury similar to HVO.

Titanite(CaTi2SiO5) is an important accessory mineral not only in magmatic and metamorphic rocks,but also commonly in hydrothermal mineral deposits. It incorporates appreciable amounts(usually 10×10-6 s to 100×10-6 s) of U and Th into its structure and has a closure temperature of Pb diffusion higher than 660～700 ℃(Scott and St-Onge,1995) ,making it an ideal U-Th-Pb geochronometer. The Daye metallogenic district is located in the west of the giant Middle-Lower Yangtze River(MLYR) Cu-Fe-Au province,eastern china and is well endowed with Fe,Cu,and polymetallic skarn deposits.

随着分子学检测技术的不断发展,血液系统疾病的诊断率持续上升。血液系统疾病尤其是恶性血液病的药物治疗也随之飞速发展,使得越来越多的患者临床获益。血液系统疾病的规范诊疗以及合理用药,尤其是新型免疫治疗和靶向治疗药物受到临床医生和患者的广泛关注。超药品说明书用药在临床实践中普遍存在。2022年3.起施行的《中华人民共和国医师法》为我国临床医生超药品说明书用药提供了法律依据。《血液系统疾病超说明书适应证用药辽宁省专家共识(2023.)》整理了血液系统疾病化疗药、靶向药和支持治疗的超说明书用药目录。根据专家组制定的循证评价方法,通过查阅文献、证据质量评价分级、专家论证等过程凝练完成,以期为临床用药提供循证支持和参考。

Avian influenza virus（AIV） nonstructural 1（NS1） gene was amplified by real-time polymerse chain reac tion（RT-PCR） and inserted into pET28a, then transformed into E. coli BL21（DE3. competent cell. With the induction of isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside（IPTG） and the purification of Ni-NTA column, we finally obtained purified NS1 protein. T7-phage display system was used to screen the proteins that interacted with NS1 from lung cell cDNA li brary. The selected positive clones were identified by DNA sequencing and analyzed by BLAST program in Gene Bank. Two proteins were obtained as NS1 binding proteins, Homo sapiens nucleolar and coiled-body phosphoprotein 1（NOLC1） and Homo sapiens similar to colon cancer-associated antigen. By co-immunoprecipitation and other me thods, Homo sapiens NOLC1 was found to interact with the NS1 protein, the results would provide the basis for fur ther studying biological function of NS1 protein.

The Vibration Controllability of 20~# Steel Pipe Excited by Unsteady Flow

An excited experiment system of 20# steel pipe was established with oil cylinder, 20# steel pipe, frequency converter, pump station and wave exciter generating unsteady flow artificially. The experimental results showed that the 20# steel pipe could vibrate with the excitation of unsteady flows, and the vibration was periodic, instead of a harmonic one. Particles on the front and rear positions of pipe vibrated synchronously, and the vibration intensity of the pipe＇s two ends was greater than in the middle. System pressure and wave exciter＇s frequency had much influence upon pipe＇s amplitude. Pipe＇s vibration frequency was little affected by system pressure, and its value was close to the wave exciter＇s. Therefore, the active control of pipe＇s vibration can be realized by setting system pressure and adjusting frequency converter＇s frequency.

The common problems on tourism of developing countries have often been researched by west researchers until now, which can be concluded into special words: "two sectors", "enclave construction", "government’s inteference", "developing scale", and "the industrial role of tourism" etc. In fact all the researches were done from the areas with the patronage of foreign visitors, how is the situation of domestic tourism was ignored in some points. In this paper, another developing model compatal with the one with foregn visitors was presented to the readers on the case studies of countryside spas in china. Through this research, one aspect of Chinese nd leisure life can be understood to some extent, and the implying that for bigger developing countries the domestic tourism can match the the effect of international tourism should not be ignored at least to china. As the developing of economy, domestic tourism will finally unile with international one together, and the common probleme will disappear step by step, there fre domestic tourism and international tourism of developing countries should be researched equally since now.
