MYH9在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展

消化道肿瘤是我国常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率逐年上升。长期以来,消化道肿瘤的发病率和病死率未表现出明显下降的态势,寻找并确定有效的诊断和治疗靶点刻不容缓。MYH9又称肌球蛋白ⅡA或非肌肉肌球蛋白重链9,是Ⅱ类常规肌球蛋白的一个226 kDa的亚基,以六聚酶的形式存在,由两条重链和两对轻链组成,MYH9与细胞质中的肌动蛋白相互作用,参与不同的细胞过程,如细胞运动、细胞迁移和细胞粘附。近来有研究发现,MYH9在食管鳞状细胞癌、胃癌、结直肠癌等恶性肿瘤中高度表达并促进其侵袭进展。然而,MYH9在消化道肿瘤中的具体发生机制尚不明确,本文对近年相关研究进行综述,旨在探讨MYH9在消化道肿瘤中未来的研究及临床价值。

In this work, polyester polyols with high weight average molecular weight （Mw）（Mw= 10000-15000） were prepared from epoxidized palm olein （EPOo） and a series of dicarboxylic acids （C6-C12） at elevated temperature under non-catalyzed condition. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as 180 ℃ for 4 h. Longer carbon chain length of dicarboxylic acids was more reactive when reacted with EPOo. The physical appearance of the product was observed as liquid at room temperature. This palm oil-based polyester polyol is proposed as starting material for flexible polyurethane. For reaction monitoring purposes, FTIR was used while 1H NMR analysis was carried out to characterize the important functional groups of the products. The effects of reaction time and temperature on the Mw of the reaction mixture were also studied by GPC.

气顶边底水油藏在注水开发后期,由于气窜、边底水、注入水、套损等多重因素的影响,造成的高含水关停井不断增加,本次研究中主要对油藏天然能量重新评价、对关停井原因分类分析、剩余潜力分布再认识,通过注水开发井网调整、注水参数优化、关停井治理等方面研究,制定出不同见水类型针对性治理对策,提高了注水波及体积,见到了一定的增油降水效果。在研究过程中首次对优势通道类型甄别及治理对策进行了总结归纳,为今后同类型油藏调驱堵水及综合治理提供了技术参考。

Balance solubility products and enthalpy of for- mation for NbC0.75, NbC0.85, NbC0.88, NbC and NbN in oriented silicon steels were calculated and compared quali- tatively. Meanwhile, the mixing enthalpies of these five Nb compounds were calculated based on Miedema Model. The results show that the solubility products of Nb compounds in ferrite and austenite meet the following relationship, NbC0.75 〉 NbC0.85 〉 NbC0.88 〉 NbC 〉 NbN and NbN has the minimum enthalpy of formation. It indicates that NbN easily precipitate out, but it is more difficult for NbC0.75.

Cloud computing emerges as a new computing pattern that can provide elastic services for any users around the world. It provides good chances to solve large scale scientific problems with fewer efforts. Application deployment remains an important issue in clouds. Appropriate scheduling mechanisms can shorten the total completion time of an application and therefore improve the quality of service（QoS） for cloud users. Unlike current scheduling algorithms which mostly focus on single task allocation, we propose a deadline based scheduling approach for data-intensive applications in clouds. It does not simply consider the total completion time of an application as the sum of all its subtasks＇ completion time. Not only the computation capacity of virtual machine（VM） is considered, but also the communication delay and data access latencies are taken into account. Simulations show that our proposed approach has a decided advantage over the two other algorithms.
