Mechanical responses of anchoring structure under triaxial cyclic loading

Dynamic load on anchoring structures(AS)within deep roadways can result in cumulative damage and *** study develops an experimental device designed to test AS under triaxial *** device enables the investigation of the mechanical response,failure mode,instability assessment criteria,and anchorage effect of AS subjected to combined cyclic dynamic-static triaxial stress *** results show that the peak bearing strength is positively correlated with the anchoring matrix strength,anchorage length,and edgewise compressive *** bearing capacity decreases significantly when the anchorage direction is severely *** free face failure modes are typically transverse cracking,concave fracturing,V-shaped slipping and detachment,and spallation ***,when the anchoring matrix strength and the anchorage length decrease while the edgewise compressive strength,loading rate,and anchorage inclination angle increase,the failure intensity *** is determined by a negative tangent modulus of the displacement-strength curve or the continued deformation increase against the general downward *** cyclic loads,the driving force that breaks the rock mass along the normal vector and the rigidity of the AS are the two factors that determine roadway ***,a control measure for surrounding rock stability is proposed to reduce the internal driving force via a pressure relief method and improve the rigidity of the AS by full-length anchorage and grouting modification.

Clinical Analysis and Mental Health Survey of Hemophilia Carriers:a Cross-sectional Study

Objective:Hemophilia carriers(HCs),who are heterozygous for mutations in the clotting factor VIII/clotting factor IX gene(F8 or F9),may have a wide range of clotting factor levels,from very low,similar to afflicted males,to the upper limit of normal,and may experience mental health *** purpose of this study was to provide genetic information on mothers of hemophilia patients and to understand the clotting factor activity and phenotype of ***,we aimed to investigate the mental health status of HCs in ***:A total of 127 hemophilia mothers,including 93 hemophilia A(HA)mothers and 34 hemophilia B(HB)mothers,were enrolled in this *** distance PCR,multiplex PCR,and Sanger sequencing were used to analyze mutations in F8 or *** factor activity was detected by a one-stage clotting *** Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90,China/Mandarin version)was given to HCs at the same time to assess their mental ***:A total of 90.6%of hemophilia mothers were diagnosed genetically as carriers,with inversion in intron 22 and missense mutations being the most common mutation types in HA and HB carriers,*** median clotting factor level in carriers was 0.74 IU/mL(ranging from 0.09 to 1.74 IU/mL)compared with 1.49 IU/mL(ranging from 0.93 to 1.89 IU/mL)in noncarriers,of which 14.3%of HCs had clotting factor levels of 0.40 IU/mL or below.A total of 53.8%(7/13)of HA carriers with low clotting factor levels(less than 0.50 IU/mL)had a history of bleeding,while none of the HB carriers displayed a bleeding *** total mean score and the global severity index of the SCL-90 for surveyed HCs were 171.00(±60.37)and 1.78(±0.59),respectively.A total of 67.7%of the respondents had psychological symptoms,with obsessive-compulsive disorder being the most prevalent and *** pooled estimates of all nine factors were significantly higher than those in the general population(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection rate of gene mutations

Atomic structure and electronic band structure are fundamental properties for understanding the mechanism of superconductivity. Motivated by the discovery of pressure-induced high-temperature superconductivity at 80 K in the bilayer Ruddlesden-Popper nickelate La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7), the atomic structure and electronic band structure of the trilayer nickelate La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(10) under pressure up to 44.3 GPa are investigated. A structural transition from the monoclinic P2_(1)/a space group to the tetragonal I4/mmm around 12.6-13.4 GPa is identified, accompanied by a drop of resistance below 7 K. Density functional theory calculations suggest that the bonding state of Ni 3d_(z^(2)) orbital rises and crosses the Fermi level at high pressures, which may give rise to possible superconductivity observed in resistance under pressure in La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(10). The trilayer nickelate La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(10) shows some similarities with the bilayer La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7) and has unique properties, providing a new platform to investigate the underlying mechanism of superconductivity in nickelates.

企业破产程序是影响“高质量充分就业”的重要因素,故有必要推进企业破产程序功能向治理维度和促进可持续发展转型,在企业破产程序中树立“促就业”目标。该目标在内涵上具有“量”与“质”的双重性要求,其正当性在于对“高质量充分就业”公共政策的积极落实,对企业破产情境下职工就业权的充分保护,且具有坚实的法律支撑,其实现过程具有共治性。中国已基本形成以宪法为根基、以非破产法为一般遵循、以企业破产法为特别规定的企业破产程序中“促就业”目标法律体系,但企业破产程序中“促就业”实践仍存在认识性、协同性、制度性关键缺失。适逢企业破产法修订,应在“促就业”目标建设中坚持中国共产党的领导、人民当家作主、依法治国有机统一,在破产法中明确“促就业”目标以凝聚主体间目标共识,细化职工就业权内容以强化职工就业自主决策地位,明确“促就业”目标执行事务分工,以法院监督为主导形成协同监督机制,数字赋能主体间“促就业”目标信息沟通,实现“促就业”目标共建共治共享共赢。
