Cellular metabolism is an intricate network satisfying bioenergetic and biosynthesis requirements of *** studies have been constantly making inroads in our understanding of pathophysiology,and inspiring development of *** a crucial component of epigenetics at post-transcription level,RnA modification significantly determines RnA fates,further affecting various biological processes and cellular *** be noted,immunometabolism defines the metabolic alterations occur on immune cells in different stages and immunological *** this review,we characterize the distribution features,modifying mechanisms and biological functions of 8 RnA modifications,including n6-methyladenosine(m6A),n6,2'-O-dimethyladenosine(m6Am),n1-methyladenosine(m1A),5-methylcytosine(m5C),n4-acetylcytosine(ac4C),n7-methylguanosine(m7G),Pseudouridine(V),adenosine-to-inosine(A-to-l)editing,which are relatively the most studied *** regulatory roles of these RnA modification on metabolism in diverse health and disease contexts are comprehensively described,categorized as glucose,lipid,amino acid,and mitochondrial *** we highlight the regulation of RnA modifications on immunometabolism,further influencing immune *** all,we provide a thorough discussion about clinical implications of RnA modification in metabolism-targeted therapy and immunotherapy,progression of RnA modification-targeted agents,and its potential in RnAtargeted ***,we give legitimate perspectives for future researches in this field from methodological requirements,mechanistic insights,to therapeutic applications.

In this paper,we consider the following perturbed fractional Hamiltonian systems{tD_(∞)^(α)(_(-∞)D_(t)^(α)u(t))+L(t)u(t)=■_(u)W(t,u(t))+■(u)G(t,u(t)),t∈R,u∈H^(α)(R,R^(n)),whereα∈(1/2,1],L∈C(R,R^(n×n))is symmetric and not necessarily required to be positive definite,W∈C1(R×R^(n,R))is locally subquadratic and locally even near the origin,and perturbed term G∈C1(R×R^(n,R))maybe has no parity in *** the perturbed method improved by the authors,a sequence of nontrivial homo clinic solutions is obtained,which generalizes previous results.

The common ways to activate a chemical reaction are by heat,electric current,or ***,mechanochemistry,where the chemical reaction is activated by applied mechanical force,is less common and only poorly understood at the atomic *** we report a tip-induced activation of chemical reaction of carbon monoxide to dioxide on oxidized rutile TiO_(2)(110)*** activation is studied by atomic force microscopy,Kelvin probe force microscopy under ultrahigh-vacuum and liquid nitrogen temperature conditions,and density functional theory(DFT)*** reaction is inferred from hysteretic behavior of frequency shift signal further supported by vector force mapping of vertical and lateral forces needed to trigger the chemical reaction with torque motion of carbon monoxide towards an oxygen *** reaction is found to proceed stochastically at very small tip-sample ***,the local contact potential difference reveals the atomic-scale charge redistribution in the reactants required to unlock the *** results open up new insights into the mechanochemistry on metal oxide surfaces at the atomic scale.

In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping *** introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEP in the system of completely integral mapping *** we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping *** we prove that C is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this *** also show that C is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈nin this *** corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEP conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false.

Insights into the provenance implication of leaf wax n-alkanes along the lower Yellow River

Serving as one of the largest rivers in terms of both sediment and organic carbon transport fluxes in the world,the Yellow River plays a crucial role in regional biogeochemical process as well as in the global carbon ***,although a large number of studies have been carried out on the flux,composition,source and seasonal variation of total particulate organic carbon in the Yellow River so far,studies on molecular biomarkers at different spatial and temporal scales are still *** this study,we focus on the molecular and hydrogen isotopic properties of leaf wax n-alkanes among different types of samples which obtained from different seasons(flood ***-flood)along the lower Yellow *** molecular distribution of n-alkanes show that the riparian topsoils are subject to inputs from the overlying vegetation,while the suspended sediments from the flood season are characterized by the mixing of soil materials which originate from various stratigraphy with different ages on the Chinese Loess *** to the contrasting hydrodynamic conditions,the n-alkanes in suspended sediments also show distinct molecular composition between flood and non-flood ***,considering the effect of climatic factors,the proportion of monocots in flood-season suspended sediments is calculated from a semi-quantitative perspective using δ^(2)H_(wax).Our findings may bring to light new considerations for the interpretation of leaf wax proxies in studies of organic matter sources of Yellow River.

Effects of strengthening prospective nursing practice on sleep quality,anxiety,and depression of awake patients in intensive care unit

A DFT study on Pt single atom loaded COF for efficient photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction

Photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction provides a promising strategy for the alleviation of greenhouse effect and energy shortage *** single atom modification is an effective method to improve the CO_(2)reduction performance of covalent organic framework(COF)photocatalysts,while the intrinsic mechanism is not revealed in ***,a Pt-COF photocatalytic system was constructed by embedding Pt single atom in TFPT-TMT-COF(TFPT:1,3,5-tris(4-formylphenyl)-triazine,TMT:2,4,6-trimethyl-1,3,5-triazine).Based on density functional theory(DFT)calculation,the geometric structure and electronic property of Pt-COF were investigated,and the CO_(2)adsorption and reduction reaction process on Pt-COF were *** results show that the Pt atom can be steadily anchored in COF via the formation of Pt-n and Pt-C ***,there is strong electronic interaction between Pt and *** incorporation of Pt atom benefits the CO_(2)reduction activity of COF from multiple aspects:(ⅰ)reducing the band gap and improving light absorption;(ⅱ)enhancing CO_(2)adsorption and activating the CO_(2)molecule;(ⅲ)decreasing the energy barrier in the hydrogenation step of CO_(2)→COOH,thus facilitating CO_(2)conversion to CO;(ⅳ)inhibiting the hydrogenation of CO,thereby increasing the selectivity of *** work brings a novel insight into the excellent CO_(2)reduction performance of Pt modified COF,and provides useful references for the design of single atom photocatalysts.

Sources, enrichment mechanisms, and resource effects of rare metal elements-enriched geothermal springs in Xizang, China

Rare metals such as lithium(Li), rubidium(Rb), and cesium(Cs) are strategically crucial mineral resources for the development of emerging industries in China. Ensuring a stable long-term supply of these resources is essential. The geothermal systems in Xizang, China are well-developed, with a wide distribution of various types. Most high-temperature geothermal systems in Xizang are exceptionally enriched in rare metal elements(RMEs) and have the potential to become a new source of rare metals to secure China's strategic mineral resource supply in the future. A close relationship also exists between the geothermal system and the special salt lake resources on the Tibetan Plateau. Geothermal springs thus play a key role in the migration and enrichment of RMEs from deep to shallow parts of the crust, in the transition between endogenous and exogenous mineralization, and source-to-sink processes. However, the mechanisms of element enrichment and evolution in these springs have not been systematically discussed, and many theoretical issues remain to be investigated. Based on summarizing and analyzing previous research, this study employs hydrochemical and isotopic geochemistry methods to investigate typical geothermal springs across Xizang and explore the anomalous enrichment mechanism of RMEs, and the resource effects of geothermal springs. Comprehensive analysis shows that the total dissolved solids(TDS) and hydrochemical types of geothermal springs are similar to those of major geothermal fields worldwide, but the Tibetan springs are abnormally rich in Li(averaging5.48 mg/L), Rb(averaging 0.75 mg/L), and Cs(averaging 3.58 mg/L), which are hundreds to thousands of times more concentrated than natural waters. The distribution of these enriched geothermal springs is controlled by the Yarlung Zangbo suture zone and the extended n-S trending rifts, especially in the intersection zone of the two, where the geothermal springs are the most enriched. Point Cloud Classification Using Content-Based Transformer via Clustering in Feature Space

Recently, there have been some attempts of Transformer in 3D point cloud classification. In order to reduce computations, most existing methods focus on local spatial attention,but ignore their content and fail to establish relationships between distant but relevant points. To overcome the limitation of local spatial attention, we propose a point content-based Transformer architecture, called PointConT for short. It exploits the locality of points in the feature space(content-based), which clusters the sampled points with similar features into the same class and computes the self-attention within each class, thus enabling an effective trade-off between capturing long-range dependencies and computational complexity. We further introduce an inception feature aggregator for point cloud classification, which uses parallel structures to aggregate high-frequency and low-frequency information in each branch separately. Extensive experiments show that our PointConT model achieves a remarkable performance on point cloud shape classification. Especially, our method exhibits 90.3% Top-1 accuracy on the hardest setting of ScanObjectn n. Source code of this paper is available at https://***/yahuiliu99/PointC onT.
