The present study focuses on investigating the microstructural evolutions and mechanical properties of energetic Al_(1)(TiZrNbTaMoCr)_(15) refractory high-entropy alloys with the different heat treatments at low Al content state. It is found that even with a reduction in the Al content, the strength of these alloys remains unaffected at room temperature and high temperature, while the plasticity improves significantly. In particular, the coherent bCC/b_(2) microstructure with needle-like b_(2) nanoprecipitates dispersed into the bCC matrix is formed in 873 K-aged Al_(1)Ti_(6)Zr_(2)Nb_(3)Ta_(3)Mo_(0.5)Cr_(0.5) alloy. Therefore, this alloy exhibits the highest compression yield strength (σ_(YS) = 1333 and 717 MPa) at room temperature and 1073 K, respectively. After 973 K-aged, the coherent bCC/b_(2) microstructure underwent destabilization, and the b_(2) phase transforms into the brittle Zr5Al3 phase which then coarsens and dominates the microstructure of S3-AlTa_(3) alloy after 1073 K-aged. Moreover, these current alloys exhibit exceptionally high theoretical exothermic enthalpy (ΔH), surpassing 11606 J·g^(−1), which highlights their significant potential as innovative high-performance energetic structural materials.

We examine electron kinetic effects in broadband-laser-driven back-stimulated Raman scattering(bSRS)bursts using particle-in-cell *** bursts occur during the nonlinear stage,causing reflectivity spikes and generating large numbers of hot ***-duration simulations are performed to observe burst events,and a simplified model is developed to eliminate the interference of the broadband laser’s random intensity *** the simplified model,we isolate and characterize the spectrum of electron plasma *** spectrum changes from a sideband structure to a turbulence-like structure during the burst.A significant asymmetry in the spectrum is *** asymmetry is amplified and transferred to electron phase space by high-intensity broadband laser pulses,leading to violent vortex-merging and generation of hot *** proportion of hot electrons increases from 6.76%to 14.7%during a single violent burst *** demonstrate that kinetic effects profoundly influence the bSRS evolution driven by broadband lasers.

Against the backdrop of increasingly serious climate change, researchers are attempting to extend macroscale carbon reduction research to smaller scales. With the rapid development and widespread application of electric vehicles(EVs), an effective approach for carbon reduction based on EVs has the potential to be developed. To coordinate and manage the EV platform in diverse application scenarios, the concept of an on-board nanogrid(ObNG), in which a nanogrid is combined with the EV, is proposed and defined, and the characteristics summarized. A configuration that includes a physical layer with the on-board hardware system;an information layer for logical control, energy management, and communication coordination;and an application layer that can cope with different working environments is proposed. A detailed introduction to the basic architecture and management mode of each layer is provided along with information concerning the relevant technologies for coordinated operation. New ideas and approaches to improve the existing performance are proposed, and finally, combined with a background of smart and low-carbon cities, major application scenarios are envisioned.

Experimental investigation for temperature and emissivity by flame emission spectrum in a cavity of rocket based combined cycle combustor chamber

Flame temperature and spectral emissivity were the important parameters characterizing the sufficient degree of fuel combustion and the particle radiative characteristics in the Rocket based Combined Cycle(RbCC)*** investigate the combustion characteristics of the complex supersonic flame in the RbCC combustor,a new radiation thermometry combined with Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)algorithm and the least squares method was proposed to measure the temperature,emissivity and spectral radiative properties based on the flame emission ***-situ measurements of the flame temperature,emissivity and spectral radiative properties were carried out in the RbCC direct-connected test bench with laser-induced plasma combustion enhancement(LIPCE)and without *** flame average temperatures at fuel global equivalence ratio(a)of 1.0b and 0.6 with LIPCE were 4.51%and 2.08%higher than those without *** flame combustion oscillation of kerosene tended to be stable in the recirculation zone of cavity with the thermal and chemical effects of laser induced *** differences of flame temperature at a=1.0b and 0.6 were 503 K and 523 K with LIPCE,which were 20.07%and42.64%lower than those without *** flame emissivity with methane assisted ignition was 80.46%lower than that without methane assisted ignition,due to the carbon-hydrogen ratio of kerosene was higher than that of *** spectral emissivities at 600 nm with LIPCE were 1.25%,22.2%,and 4.22%lower than those without LIPCE at a=1.0a(with methane assisted ignition),1.0b(without methane assisted ignition)and *** effect of concentration in the emissivity was removed by normalization to analyze the flame radiative properties in the RbCC combustor *** maximum differences of flame normalized emissivity were 50.91%without LIPCE and 27.53%with *** flame radiative properties were stabilized under the thermal and chemical effects of laser induced plasma at a=0.6.

Acarbose is a potent glycosidase inhibitor widely used in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Various acarbose analogs have been identified while exploring compounds with improved pharmacological *** this study,we found that AcbE from Actinoplanes ***50/110 catalyzes the production of acarbose analogs that exhibit significantly improved inhibitory activity towardsα-amylase than *** AcbE mainly catalyzed the formation of two new compounds,namely acarstatins A and b,using acarbose as *** high-resolution mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance,and glycosidase hydrolysis,we elucidated their chemical structures as O-α-d-maltosyl-(1→4)-acarbose and O-α-d-maltotriosyl-(1→4)-acarbose,*** A and b exhibited 1584-and 1478-fold greater inhibitory activity towards human salivaryα-amylase than ***,both acarstatins A and b exhibited complete resistance to microbiome-derived acarbose kinase 1-mediated phosphorylation and partial resistance to acarbose-preferred glucosidase-mediated ***,acarstatins A and b have great potential as candidate therapeutic agents for T2DM.

Waldenström macroglobulinemia(WM)is characterized by lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma associated with large amounts of monoclonal immunoglobulin M(IgM)protein(Owen et al.,2003).Common signs and symptoms include fatigue due to anemia,lymph node enlargement,hepatosplenomegaly,thrombocytopenia,symptoms related to high viscosity,and peripheral neuropathy,among *** significant advances in WM treatment,this type of indolent lymphoma remains incurable,with a wide array of patient outcomes(Ruan et al.,2020).In recent years,chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cell therapy targeting cluster of differentiation 19(CD19)has shown unprecedented response rates and durability in the treatment of b-cell *** this report,we describe a challenging case of WM that involved multiple extramedullary sites,relapsed,and was refractory to chemotherapy,immunotherapy,and targeted *** anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy,the tumor burden significantly decreased and the patient’s condition remained stable at the writing of this report.

In this paper,we consider using Schur complements to design preconditioners for twofold and block tridiagonal saddle point *** type of the preconditioners are based on the nested(or recursive)Schur complement,the other is based on an additive type Schur complement after permuting the original saddle point *** analyze different preconditioners incorporating the exact Schur *** show that some of them will lead to positively stable preconditioned systems if proper signs are selected in front of the Schur *** positive-stable preconditioners outperform other preconditioners if the Schur complements are further approximated *** experiments for a 3-field formulation of the biot model are provided to verify our predictions.
