Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and slow convergence speed of current intrusion detection models,SpiralConvolution is combined with Long Short-Term Memory Network to construct a new intrusion detection *** dataset is first preprocessed using solo thermal encoding and normalization *** the spiral convolution-Long Short-Term Memory Network model is constructed,which consists of spiral convolution,a two-layer long short-term memory network,and a *** is shown through experiments that the model is characterized by high accuracy,small model computation,and fast convergence speed relative to previous deep learning *** model uses a new neural network to achieve fast and accurate network traffic intrusion *** model in this paper achieves 0.9706 and 0.8432.accuracy rates on the NSL-KDD dataset and the UNSWNB-15 dataset under five classifications and ten classes,respectively.

On the Optimal Initial Inner-Core Size for Tropical Cyclone Intensification: An Idealized Numerical Study

Recent observational and numerical studies have revealed the dependence of the intensification rate on the inner-core size of tropical cyclones(TCs). In this study, with the initial inner-core size(i.e., the radius of maximum wind—RMW)varied from 2.–180 km in idealized simulations using two different numerical models, we found a nonmonotonic dependence of the lifetime maximum intensification rate(LMIR) on the inner-core size. Namely, there is an optimal innercore size for the LMIR of a TC. Tangential wind budget analysis shows that, compared to large TCs, small TCs have large inward flux of absolute vorticity due to large absolute vorticity inside the RMW. However, small TCs also suffer from strong lateral diffusion across the eyewall, which partly offsets the positive contribution from large inward flux of absolute vorticity. These two competing processes ultimately lead to the TC with an intermediate initial inner-core size having the largest LMIR. Results from sensitivity experiments show that the optimal size varies in the range of 40–12. km and increases with higher sea surface temperature, lower latitude, larger horizontal mixing length, and weaker initial TC intensity. The 40–12. km RMW corresponds to the inner-core size most commonly found for intensifying TCs in observations, suggesting the natural selection of initial TC size for intensification. This study highlights the importance of accurate representation of TC inner-core size to TC intensity forecasts by numerical weather prediction models.

In the realm of decision-making for defense and security applications,it is paramount to swiftly and accurately identify the intentions of incoming *** identification methods predominantly focus on single-target applications and overlook the perturbations introduced by measurement *** this study,we propose a novel concept:the Dynamic Distribution Probability(DDP)image,which is constructed using the estimated state and its covariance *** grayscale pixel value within the image signifies the probability of the presence of the agent within the *** proposed identification scheme integrates the use of Extended Kalman Filter(EKF),Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),Back Propagation(BP)network,and Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)***,the DDP image is processed through a CNN to distill the formation characteristics,and the estimated swarm state from EKF is inputted into a BP network to deduce the kinematic *** outputs from both networks are summed and subsequently channeled into a GRU network to capture temporal *** numerical simulations and flight experiments are presented to demonstrate the robust anti-noise capability of the proposed scheme compared with conventional methods,as well as its superior training efficiency.

In this paper,we introduce and analyze an augmented mixed discontinuous Galerkin(MDG)method for a class of quasi-Newtonian Stokes *** the mixed formulation,the unknowns are strain rate,stress and velocity,which are approximated by a discontinuous piecewise polynomial triplet ■for k≥***,the discontinuous piecewise polynomial function spaces for the field of strain rate and the stress field are designed to be *** addition,the pressure is easily recovered through simple *** the benefit of the analysis,we enrich the MDG scheme with the constitutive equation relating the stress and the strain rate,so that the well-posedness of the augmented formulation is obtained by a nonlinear functional *** k≥0,we get the optimal convergence order for the stress in broken ■(div)-norm and velocity in L^(2.-***,the error estimates of the strain rate and the stress in-norm,and the pressure in L^(2.-norm are optimal under certain ***,several numerical examples are given to show the performance of the augmented MDG method and verify the theoretical *** evidence is provided to show that the orders of convergence are sharp.
