Social Robot Detection Method with Improved Graph Neural Networks

Social robot accounts controlled by artificial intelligence or humans are active in social networks,bringing negative impacts to network security and social *** social robot detection methods based on graph neural networks suffer from the problem of many social network nodes and complex relationships,which makes it difficult to accurately describe the difference between the topological relations of nodes,resulting in low detection accuracy of social *** paper proposes a social robot detection method with the use of an improved neural ***,social relationship subgraphs are constructed by leveraging the user’s social network to disentangle intricate social relationships ***,a linear modulated graph attention residual network model is devised to extract the node and network topology features of the social relation subgraph,thereby generating comprehensive social relation subgraph features,and the feature-wise linear modulation module of the model can better learn the differences between the ***,user text content and behavioral gene sequences are extracted to construct social behavioral features combined with the social relationship subgraph ***,social robots can be more accurately identified by combining user behavioral and relationship *** carrying out experimental studies based on the publicly available datasets TwiBot-2. and Cresci-15,the suggested method’s detection accuracies can achieve 86.73%and 97.86%,*** with the existing mainstream approaches,the accuracy of the proposed method is 2.2.and 1.35%higher on the two *** results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively detect social robots and maintain a healthy ecological environment of social networks.

Quasi-2. weak lensing cosmological constraints using the PDF-SYM method

Cosmic shear statistics,such as the two-point correlation function(2.CF),can be evaluated with the PDF-SYM method instead of the traditional weighted-sum *** makes use of the full PDF information of the shear estimators,and does not require weightings on the shear estimators,which can in principle introduce additional systematic *** work presents our constraints on S8and?mfrom the shear-shear correlations using the PDF-SYM *** data we use is from the z-band images of the Dark Energy Camera Legacy Survey(DECa LS),which covers about 10000 deg2.ith more than 100 million *** shear catalog is produced by the Fourier Quad method,and well tested on the real data itself with the field-distortion *** main approach is called quasi-2. as we do use the photo-z information of each individual galaxy,but without dividing the galaxies into redshift *** mainly use galaxy pairs within the redshift interval between 0.2.and 1.3,and the angular range from 4.7 to 180 *** analysis yields S8=0.762.0.02. and?m=0.2.4±0.075,with the baryon effects and the intrinsic alignments *** results are robust against redshift *** check the consistency of our results by deriving the cosmological constraints from auto-correlations ofγ1andγ2.eparately,and find that they are consistent with each other,but the constraints from theγ1component are much weaker than that fromγ*** implies a much worse data quality ofγ1,which is likely due to additional shear uncertainties caused by CCD electronics(according to the survey strategy of DECa LS).We also perform a pure 2. analysis,which gives S8=0.81_(-0.04)^(+0.03)and?m=0.2._(-0.05)^(+0.06).Our findings demonstrate the potential of the PDF-SYM method for precision cosmology.

Deterministic learning-based neural output-feedback control for a class of nonlinear sampled-data systems

This study investigates the deterministic learning(DL)-based output-feedback neural control for a class of nonlinear sampled-data systems with prescribed performance(PP). Specifically, first, a sampleddata observer is employed to estimate the unavailable system states for the Euler discretization model of the transformed system dynamics. Then, based on the observations and backstepping method, a discrete neural network(NN) controller is constructed to ensure system stability and achieve the desired tracking performance. The noncausal problem encountered during the controller deduction process is resolved using a command filter. Moreover, the regression characteristics of the NN input signals are demonstrated with the observed states. This ensures that the radial basis function NN, based on DL theory, meets the partial persistent excitation condition. Subsequently, a class of discrete linear time-varying systems is proven to be exponentially stable, achieving partial convergence of neural weights to their optimal/actual values. Consequently, accurate modeling of unknown closed-loop dynamics is achieved along the system trajectory from the output-feedback control. Finally, a knowledge-based controller is developed using the modeling *** controller not only enhances the control performance but also ensures the PP of the tracking error. The effectiveness of the scheme is illustrated through simulation results.

Ferrite features in the simulated transition zone welded with CaF_(2.-SiO_(2.-MnO fluxes containing various MnO contents have been *** laser scanning microscopy has been applied to simulate the thermal cycling of the transition zone and the phase transformations during cooling have been in-situ *** has been found that the appearance temperature for ferrite side plate decreases with increasing Mn content in the weld metals caused by MnO content ***,growth rates for both ferrite side plate and acicular ferrite are significantly enhanced with a higher Mn content of weld ***,from the statistical fractions of salient microstructures,for all samples,the acicular ferrite,grain boundary ferrite,and polygonal ferrite take over more than 90%.It has also been demonstrated that with the increase in Mn content,the ferrite side plate fraction increases slightly from 5%to 10%and the acicular ferrite fraction shows a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing,which experiences the maximum with the flux containing 30 wt.%*** phenomenon is believed to be controlled by the O and Mn contents in weld metals synergistically.

Designing highly transparent cerium doped Y_(2.O_(3) ceramics with high mechanical and thermal properties for UV-shielding in extreme conditions

Ultraviolet(UV)radiation poses risks to both human health and *** response to the urgent demand for UV-shielding across various applications,extensive endeavors have been dedicated to developing UV-shielding materials spanning from wide-bandgap semiconductors to organo-inorganic composite ***,existing UV shielding materials,though suitable for daily use,cannot meet the demands of extreme *** this work,we incorporated CeO_(2.as a UV absorber into Y_(2.O_(3)transparent ceramics for *** effect of CeO_(2.concentration on the optical,mechanical,and thermal properties of Y_(2.O_(3)ceramics was systematically *** findings indicate that CeO_(2.serves not only as a UV absorber but also as an effective sintering aid for Y_(2.O_(3)transparent *** 5 at%Ce-doped Y_(2.O_(3)transparent ceramics exhibit the optimal optical quality,with in-line transmittance of~77%at 800 *** introduction of Ce shifted the UV cutoff edge of Y_(2.O_(3)transparent ceramics from 2.0 to 375 nm,which was attributed to the visible band absorption of Ce^(4+).This shift grants UV shielding capabilities to Y_(2.O_(3)transparent ceramics,resulting in 100%shielding for ultraviolet C(UVC,100-2.0 nm)and ultraviolet B(UVB,2.0-32. nm)and~95%shielding for ultraviolet A(UVA,32.-400 nm).The service stability(optical properties)under various corrosive conditions(acid,alkali,UV irradiation,and high temperature)was investigated,confirming the excellent stability of this transparent ceramic UV-shielding material.A comparison of the performance parameters of transparent ceramics with those of traditional UV shielding materials such as glasses,films,and coatings was *** work provides innovative design concepts and an effective solution for UVshielding materials for extreme conditions.

In this study,the characteristics and preliminary causes of tropical cyclone remote precipitation(TRP)over China during the period from 1979 to 2.2. are *** indicated that approximately 72.42.of tropical cyclones(TCs)in the Western Pacific produce TRP over *** peak months for TRP are July and *** four key regions of TRP are the adjacent areas between the Sichuan and Shaanxi Provinces,the northern coast of the Bohai Sea,the coast of the Yellow Sea,and the southern coast *** typical distance between the station with TRP and the TC center ranges from 1500 to 2.00 *** of these stations are situated north to 60°west of north of the *** south–west water vapor transportation on the west side of the TC is crucial to *** has a decreasing trend because of the decrease in the number of TCs that generate *** the perspective of large-scale environmental conditions,a decrease in the integrated horizontal water vapor transport in China' Mainland,the weakening of upward motion at approximately 2.°–35°N,which is inconducive to convection,and an increase in low-level vertical wind shear,which is unfavorable for the development of TC in areas with high frequencies of TRP-related TCs,are the factors that result in the decreasing trend of TRP.
