Lasers from^(1)I_(6)to^(3)F_(4)transitions were first demonstrated in a Pr^(3+):YLF crystal by inserting a birefringent *** powers up to 2.44 W,2.10 W,2.01 W,and 2.42.W were obtained at 691.7 nm,701.4 nm,705.0 nm,and 708.7 nm,*** slope efficiencies were 19.8%,16.5%,15.8%,and 19.4%,*** M_(x)^(2.and M_(y)^(2.factors were measured to be 2.2.and 2.03 at 691.7 nm,2.2. and 1.86 at 701.4 nm,2.31 and 2.08 at 705.0 nm,and 2.41 and 2.04 at 708.7 nm,with corresponding power fluctuations of less than 5.3%,5.6%,5.8%,and 2.9%.

The objective of this study is to investigate themethods for soil liquefaction discrimination. Typically, predicting soilliquefaction potential involves conducting the standard penetration test (SPT), which requires field testing and canbe time-consuming and labor-intensive. In contrast, the cone penetration test (CPT) provides a more convenientmethod and offers detailed and continuous information about soil layers. In this study, the feature matrix based onCPT data is proposed to predict the standard penetration test blow count N. The featurematrix comprises the CPTcharacteristic parameters at specific depths, such as tip resistance qc, sleeve resistance f s, and depth H. To fuse thefeatures on the matrix, the convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed for feature extraction. Additionally,Genetic Algorithm (GA) is utilized to obtain the best combination of convolutional kernels and the number ofneurons. The study evaluated the robustness of the proposed model using multiple engineering field data *** demonstrated that the proposed model outperformed conventional methods in predicting N values forvarious soil categories, including sandy silt, silty sand, and clayey silt. Finally, the proposed model was employedfor liquefaction discrimination. The liquefaction discrimination based on the predicted N values was comparedwith the measured N values, and the results showed that the discrimination results were in 75% agreement. Thestudy has important practical application value for foundation liquefaction engineering. Also, the novel methodadopted in this research provides new ideas and methods for research in related fields, which is of great academicsignificance.

SMAD4 deficiency in colorectal cancer(CRC)is highly correlated with liver metastasis and high mortality,yet there are few effective precision therapies ***,we show that CCR1^(+)-granulocytic myeloid-derived suppressor cells(G-MDSCs)are highly infiltrated in SMAD4-deficient CRC via CCL15/CCR1 and CCL9/CCR1 axis in clinical specimens and mouse models,*** excessive TGF-β,secreted by tumor-infiltrated CCR1^(+)-G-MDSCs,suppresses the immune response of cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs),thus facilitating ***,we develop engineered nanovesicles displaying CCR1 and TGFBR2.molecules(C/T-NVs)to chemotactically target the tumor driven by CCL9/CCR1 axis and trap TGF-βthrough TGF-β-TGFBR2.specific *** C/T-NVs counteract CCR1^(+)-G-MDSC infiltration through competitive responding CCL9/CCR1 axis.C/T-NVs-induced intratumoral TGF-βexhaustion alleviates the TGF-β-suppressed immune response of ***,C/T-NVs attenuate liver metastasis of SMAD4-deficient *** further exploration,high expression of programmed cell death ligand-1(PD-L1)is observed in clinical specimens of SMAD4-deficient *** C/T-NVs with anti-PD-L1 antibody(aPD-L1)induces tertiary lymphoid structure formation with sustained activation of CTLs,CXCL13^(+)-CD4^(+)T,CXCR5^(+)-CD2.^(+)B cells,and enhanced secretion of cytotoxic cytokine interleukin-2. and IFN-γaround tumors,thus eradicating metastatic *** strategy elicits pleiotropic antimetastatic immunity,paving the way for nanovesicle-mediated precision immunotherapy in SMAD4-deficient CRC.

Energy transition towards clean,efficient energy supply has been a common sense of the government and public in ***,lacking reasonable planning will lead to undisciplined development,resource waste,and excessive *** this context,this paper investigates potential pathways of Beijing energy transition towards a high-level low-carbon,clean and efficient energy system in 2.35 with an extended energysocpe ***,based on available data,future energy demands are predicted by a newly proposed hybrid forecasting method,which combines the traditional regression model,grey model,and support vector machine model with an entropy-based weighted ***,the superstructure-based optimization model is employed to investigate the system configuration and operation strategy of the future Beijing energy ***,the uncertainty impact of electricity price,natural gas price,hydrogen price,and the capital expenditures of electrolyzer and steam methane reforming for hydrogen applications are *** forecasting results show that all walks of life will witness a continuously increasing energy demand in multiple sectors of Beijing towards *** planning results suggest that the imported electricity and natural gas will dominate the energy supply of Beijing in 2.35 with a contribution of 86%of the energy resources consumption of 384 ***,the energy system presents a high end-use electrification level of 65%and high penetration of efficient technologies,which supply 119 TWh via combined heat and power,2. Nitrogen deposition mediates more stochastic processes in structuring plant community than soil microbial community in the Eurasian steppe

Anthropogenic environmental changes may affect community assembly through mediating both deterministic(e.g.,competitive exclusion and environmental filtering)and stochastic processes(e.g.,birth/death and dispersal/colonization).It is traditionally thought that environmental changes have a larger mediation effect on stochastic processes in structuring soil microbial community than aboveground plant community;however,this hypothesis remains largely *** we report an unexpected pattern that nitrogen(N)deposition has a larger mediation effect on stochastic processes in structuring plant community than soil microbial community(those2.mm in diameter,including archaea,bacteria,fungi,and protists)in the Eurasian *** performed a ten-year nitrogen deposition experiment in a semiarid grassland ecosystem in Inner Mongolia,manipulating nine rates(0–50 g N m^(-2.per year)at two frequencies(nitrogen added twice or 12.times per year)under two grassland management strategies(fencing or mowing).We separated the compositional variation of plant and soil microbial communities caused by each treatment into the deterministic and stochastic components with a recently-developed *** nitrogen addition rate increased,the relative importance of stochastic component of plant community first increased and then decreased,while that of soil microbial community first decreased and then *** the whole,the relative importance of stochastic component was significantly larger in plant community(0.552.0.035;mean±standard error)than in microbial community(0.42.±0.035).Consistently,the proportion of compositional variation explained by the deterministic soil and community indices was smaller for plant community(0.172.0.186)than microbial community(0.2.0–0.767).Meanwhile,as nitrogen addition rate increased,the linkage between plant and microbial community composition first became weaker and then became *** larger stochasticity in plant community relative to microbial
