Our feet are often subjected to moist and warm environments,which can promote the growth of harmful bacteria and the development of severe infection in wounds located in the *** a result,there is a need for new and innovative strategies to safely sterilize feet,when shoes are worn,to prevent any potential foot-related *** this paper,we have produced a non-destructive,biocompatible and convenient-to-use insole by embedding a BaTiO3(BT)ferroelectric material into a conventional polydimethylsilane(PDMS)insole material to exploit a ferroelectric catalytic effect to promote the antibacterial and healing of infected wounds via the ferroelectric charges generated during *** formation of reactive oxygen species generated through a ferroelectric catalytic effect in the PDMS-BT composite is shown to increase the oxidative stress on bacteria and decrease both the activity of bacteria and the rate of formation of bacterial *** addition,the ferroelectric field generated by the PDMS-BT insole can enhance the level of transforming growth factor-beta and CD31 by influencing the endogenous electric field of a wound,thereby promoting the proliferation,differentiation of fibroblasts and *** work therefore provides a new route for antimicrobial and tissue reconstruction by integrating a ferroelectric biomaterial into a shoe insole,with significant potential for health-related applications.

Bitter melon fruit is susceptible to yellowing,softening,and rotting under room-temperature storage conditions,resulting in reduced commercial *** oxide(NO)is an important signaling molecule and plays a crucial role in regulating the fruit postharvest *** this study,we investigated the effects of NO treatment on changes in sensory and firmness of bitter melon fruit during postharvest ***,transcriptomic,metabolomic,and proteomic analyses were performed to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms through which No treatment delays the ripening and senescence of bitter melon *** results show that differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were involved in fruit texture(CSLE,β-Gal,and PME),plant hormone signal transduction(ACS,JAR4,and AUX2.),and fruit flavor and aroma(SUS2.LOX,and GDH2..In addition,proteins differentially abundant were associated with fruit texture(PLY,PME,and PGA)and plant hormone signal transduction(PBL15,JAR1,and PYL9).Moreover,No significantly increased the abundance of key enzymes involved in the phenylpropanoid biosynthetic pathway,thus enhancing the disease resistance and alleviating softening of bitter melon ***,differential metabolites mainly included phenolic acids,terpenoids,and *** results provide a theoretical basis for further studies on the physiological changes associated with postharvest ripening and senescence of bitter melon fruit.

Our knowledge on permafrost carbon(C)cycle is crucial for understanding its feedback to climate warming and developing nature-based solutions for mitigating climate *** understand the characteristics of permafrost C cycle on the Tibetan Plateau,the largest alpine permafrost region around the world,we summarized recent advances including the stocks and fluxes of permafrost C and their responses to thawing,and depicted permafrost C dynamics within this *** find that this alpine permafrost region stores approximately 14.1 Pg(1 Pg=1015g)of soil organic C(SOC)in the top 3 *** substantial gaseous emissions and lateral C transport occur across this permafrost ***,the mobilization of frozen C is expedited by permafrost thaw,especially by the formation of thermokarst landscapes,which could release significant amounts of C into the atmosphere and surrounding water *** alpine permafrost region nevertheless remains an important C sink,and its capacity to sequester C will continue to increase by *** future perspectives,we would suggest developing long-term in situ observation networks of C stocks and fluxes with improved temporal and spatial coverage,and exploring the mechanisms underlying the response of ecosystem C cycle to permafrost *** addition,it is essential to improve the projection of permafrost C dynamics through in-depth model-data fusion on the Tibetan Plateau.

This research aimed to examine the diagnostic accuracy and clinical significance of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)in the context of small rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs).A total of 108 patients with rectal subepithelial lesions(SELs)with a diameter of2. mm were included in the *** diagnosis and depth assessment of EUS was compared to the histology *** prevalence of NENs in rectal SELs was 78.7%(85/108).The sensitivity of EUS in detecting rectal NENs was 98.9%(84/85),while the specificity was 52.2.(12.2.).Overall,the diagnostic accuracy of EUS in identifying rectal NENs was 88.9%(96/108).The overall accuracy rate for EUS in assessing the depth of invasion in rectal NENs was 92.9%(78/84).Therefore,EUS demonstrates reasonable diagnostic accuracy in detecting small rectal NENs,with good sensitivity but inferior *** may also assist physicians in assessing the depth of invasion in small rectal NENs before endoscopic excision.

基于动力测试的古塔结构状态评估是其预防性保护工作的重要一环。该文结合动力测试方法,提出了一种基于线性结构模型进行古塔刚度中心识别的方法。基于偏心结构动力学理论凝练了非同轴刚度偏心的古塔计算模型与特征方程;基于Bayesian理论线性结构识别模型的推导及Gibbs抽样开展了结构物理参数识别,并结合经典算例对识别结果进行了验证;将该方法应用到我国重点保护文物开元寺塔的刚度中心识别中。
