The research progress of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the treatment of sequelae of stroke is an important topic. Stroke is among the diseases with the highest mortality and disability rates among the elderly in china. BDNF plays an important role in the development and functional maintenance of the nervous system. In recent years, the application value of BDNF in rehabilitation therapy has gradually received attention. This study has adopted a systematic literature review method, searched Chinese and English databases, screened relevant studies, and conducted data extraction and quality evaluation. This review systematically introduced the research progress of BDNF in the correlation with post-stroke sequelae, with special attention to its application in post-stroke depression, motor dysfunction, and cognitive dysfunction. The results showed that a decrease in BDNF levels is closely related to the exacerbation of depressive symptoms, limited recovery of motor dysfunction, and the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction. BDNF, as a key neurobiological factor, has shown significant potential in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke. By exploring the potential of BDNF as a therapeutic target to prevent and treat sequelae of ischemic stroke, the current research bottlenecks, and the development trends of future treatment strategies.

Samples of black rock series collected from the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation, northwestern Hunan Province, china, were analyzed for trace elements. The trace element geochemical characteristics of the ore layer (high enrichments of Ni, Mo, V, U, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Tl and Ba; high U/Th ratios and LREE enriched patterns with positive Eu and Y anomalies) support the assumption that the Ni Mo polymetallic layer is of submarine hydrothermal origin. High field strength elements (HFSE) and lithophile elements such as Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, Li, Be, Rb, Cs, Th and Sc are remarkably higher in the upper unit than those in the lower unit of the Niutitang Formation. These features may reflect that hydrothermal contributions were diminished, and terrigenous constituents were increased in the sediments of the upper unit of the Niutitang Formation.

The catalysis of olefin polymerization through the chain-walking process is a subject of great interest. In this contribution, the successful synthesis of a Brookhart-type unsymmetrical α-diimine nickel catalyst Ni, which contains both dibenzhydryl and phenyl groups, was determined by X-ray crystallography. The compound has a pseudo-tetrahedral geometry at the Ni center, showing pseudo-C2.symmetry. Upon activation with modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO), Ni1 exhibits high catalytic activity up to 1.02.× 107 g PE (mol Ni h)−1 toward ethylene polymerization, enabling the synthesis of high molecular weight branched polyethylene. The molecular weights and branching densities could be tuned over a very wide range. The polymerization results indicated the possibility of precise microstructure control, depending on the polymerization temperature. The branching densities were decreased with increasing the polymerization temperature.

In this paper,a distribution map of gravelly soil liquefaction that was caused by the Wenchuan M8.0 earthquake in china is proposed based on a detailed field investigation and an analysis of geological soil profiles. The geological background of the earthquake disaster region is summarized by compiling geological cross sections and borehole logs. Meanwhile,four typical liquefied sites were selected to conduct sample drillings,dynamic penetration tests (DPT),and shear wave velocity tests,to understand the features of liquefied gravelly soil. One hundred and eighteen (118) liquefied sites were investigated shortly after the earthquake. The field investigation showed:(1) sandboils and waterspouts occurred extensively,involving thousands of miles of farmland,12. villages,eight schools and five factories,which caused damage to some rural houses,schools,manufacturing facilities and wells,etc.; (2. the Chengdu plain is covered by a gravelly soil layer with a thickness of 0 m to 541 m according to the geological cross sections; (3) there were 80 gravelly soil liquefied sites in the Chengdu plain,shaped as five belt areas that varied from 2. km to 40 km in length,and about ten gravelly soil liquefied sites distributed within Mianyang area; and (4) the grain sizes of the sampled soil were relative larger than the ejected soil on the ground,thus the type of liquefied soil cannot be determined by the ejected soil. The gravelly soil liquefied sites are helpful in enriching the global database of gravelly soil liquefaction and developing a corresponding evaluation method in further research efforts.

The fuzhou basin and its vicinities are located at the northern end of the southeastern coastal seismic zone of the mainland of china. By the joint explorations of high-resolution seismic refraction and wide-angle reflection/refraction as well as deep seismic reflection in the region, which is the first synthetic profile in china, its fine velocity structure and geometric structure from the ground to Moho discontinuity is obtained. The result shows that the crust is obviously layered with a thickness of about 32.km. Basically, it consists of two parts: upper crust and lower crust. The velocity of the upper crust is 5.9-6.2.km/s in which there is a 3-4-km-thick weak low-velocity layer between the depths of 10-15 km, while the velocity of the lower crust in the range of 6.3-7.2.km/s. There exists a strong velocity gradient layer about 3 km thick above the Moho discontinuity whose velocity increases from 6.5 to 7.2. km/s. There exist high-angle normal faults that are small in size and extend only in the shallow crust. These faults are the secondary developed on the hanging wall of westward dipping low-angle normal faults. Thus, their seismogenic ability is limited, however, there exists a high-angle deep fault in the crust from Changle-Zaoan fault zone to seashore fault zone. This deep fault has cut the interface between the upper and lower crusts and Moho discontinuity, and may be the deep structure to trigger destructive earthquake source in future to affect fuzhou City. These results have advanced the detecting precision of the deep structure in the southeastern coastal seismic zone of the mainland of china. In the aspect of the combined feature of the deep and shallow extensional structures that consist of the westward dipping low-angle normal faults and secondary normal faults on their hanging walls in the upper crust, it is firstly obtained that a united structural interpretation has deepened the knowledge about the deep dynamic process in the southeastern coasta

α-Diimide catalysts have attracted widespread attention due to their unique chain walking characteristics.A series ofα-diimide nickel/palladium catalysts with different electronic effects and steric hindrances were designed and synthesized for olefin *** this work,we synthesized a series of asymmetricα-diimide nickel complexes with different steric hindrances and used them for ethylene *** nickel catalysts have high ethylene polymerization activity,up to 6.51×10^(6)g·mol^(−1)·h^(−1),and the prepared polyethylene has a moderate melting point and high molecular weight(up to 38.2.10^(4)g·mol^(−1)),with a branching density distribution between 7 and 94 branches per 1000 *** importantly,the polyethylene prepared by these catalysts exhibits excellent tensile properties,with strain and stress reaching 800%and 30 MPa,respectively.

The aim of this work is to study the effect of Sr substitution on the redox properties and catalytic ac- tivity of La2.xSrxNiO4(x=0.0-1.2.for NO *** suggest that the x=0.6 sample shows the highest *** characterization(TPD,TPR,etc.)of samples indicates that the x=0.6 sample possesses suitable abilities in both oxidation and reduction,which facilitates the proceeding of oxygen desorption and NO *** temperature below 700℃,the oxygen desorption is difficult, and is the rate-determining step of NO *** the increase of reaction temperature(T> 700℃),the oxygen desorption is favorable and,the active adsorption of NO on the active site(NO+Vo+ Ni2.→NO^--Ni3+)turns out to be the rate-determining *** existence of oxygen vacancy is the prerequisite condition for NO decomposition,but its quantity does not relate much to the activity.
