Artificial Intelligence and Network Pharmacology Reveal the Medication Rules of Professor Wang Yu-ying in the Treatment of Climacteric Syndrome

Objective: The objective of this study was to explore the medication rules and academic ideas of Professor Wang Yu-ying in the treatment of climacteric syndrome(CLS) and to predict new prescriptions. Materials and Methods: The characteristics of frequency, clustering, four properties, and five flavors were analyzed, and new prescriptions were predicted through an artificial intelligence(AI)-based method. The potential pathways of new prescriptions were explored through network pharmacology-based analysis. Results: The top 16 medicinals used by Professor Wang Yu-ying in the treatment of CLS included Danggui, Longgu, Muli, Fuling, Chuanxiong, Gancao, Xiangfu, and Tusizi. The AI method was applied to predict the basic prescription for treating CLS: Danggui 15 g, Duanlonggu 30 g, Duanmuli 30 g, Fuling 28 g, Chuanxiong 10 g, Gancao 6 g, Xiangfu 12.g, Tusizi 14 g, etc., Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses showed that the pathogenesis of CLS might be related to the estrogen pathway, involving typical steroid responses. Conclusions: This study summarized Professor Wang's medication experience in the treatment of CLS based on the data mining of clinical diagnoses and treatment cases. The AI method was used to predict the new prescription of CLS treatment, which was found to be reasonable by network pharmacology studies on its multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms.

BACKGROUND Within the normal range,elevated alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels are associated with an increased risk of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).AIM To investigate the associations between repeated high-normal ALT measurements and the risk of new-onset MAFLD *** A cohort of 3553 participants followed for four consecutive health examinations over 4 years was *** incidence rate,cumulative times,and equally and unequally weighted cumulative effects of excess high-normal ALT levels(ehALT)were *** proportional hazards regression was used to analyse the association between the cumulative effects of ehALT and the risk of new-onset *** A total of 83.13%of participants with MAFLD had normal ALT *** incidence rate of MAFLD showed a linear increasing trend in the cumulative ehALT *** with those in the low-normal ALT group,the multivariate adjusted hazard ratios of the equally and unequally weighted cumulative effects of ehALT were 1.651[95%confidence interval(CI):1.199-2.273]and 1.535(95%CI:1.119-2.106)in the third quartile and 1.616(95%CI:1.162-2.246)and 1.580(95%CI:1.155-2.162)in the fourth quartile,*** Most participants with MAFLD had normal ALT ***-term high-normal ALT levels were associated with a cumulative increased risk of new-onset MAFLD.

In vitro simulated colonic fermentation studies have shown the prebiotic potential of exopolysaccharides from Lactiplantibacillus plantarum YY-112.(YEPS). Its immunomodulatory effects and related mechanisms were systematically investigated in this study. We observed that YEPS intervene in immune responses and improve intestinal microbial structure in normal mice， including significantly increasing the relative abundance of Enterorhabdus and norank＿f＿＿norank＿o＿＿Clostridia UCG-014 as well as decreasing that of unclassified＿c＿＿Bacilli (P < 0.05). In the immunocompromised mouse model， YEPS decreased IL-6 levels (P < 0.05) and protected the spleen by regulating lymphocyte levels. YEPS preserved the intestinal barrier by improving Mucin 2， Zonula occludens protein 1， and Occludin expression. Moreover， YEPS significantly reduced the relative abundance of Bacillus， unclassified＿c＿＿Bacilli， Lachnoclostridium， Eubacterium＿xylanophilum＿group， and Desulfovibrio (P < 0.05)， potentially enhancing mice immunity by improving the intestinal microbiota associated with immune function. In conclusion， YEPS can be used as a natural functional extract with prebiotic effects that may improve host immunity. This provided the basis for the application of YEPS as a novel potential food additive.

Solar active regions(ARs)are formed by the emergence of current-carrying magnetic flux tubes from below the *** for an isolated flux tube the direct and return currents flowing along the tube should balance with each other,it remains controversial whether such a neutralization of currents is also maintained during the emergence *** we present a systematic survey of the degrees of the current neutralization in a large sample of flux-emerging ARs which appeared on the solar disk around the central meridian from 2010 to *** vector magnetograms taken by Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager onboard Solar Dynamic Observatory are employed to calculate the distributions of the vertical current density at the *** on the main phase of flux emergence,i.e.,the phase in which the total unsigned magnetic flux is continuously increased,we statistically examined the ratios of direct to return currents in all the *** a large-sample statistical study suggests that most of the ARs were born with currents close to *** degree of current neutralization seems to be not affected by the active-region size,the active-region growing rate,and the total unsigned *** only correlation of significance as found is that the stronger the magnetic field nonpotentiality is,the further the AR deviates from current neutrality,which supports previous event studies that eruption-productive ARs often have non-neutralized currents.

Simultaneous source technology,which reduces seismic survey time and improves the quality of seismic data by firing more than one source with a narrow time interval,is compromised by the massive blended ***,deblending algorithms have been developed to separate this ***,deep learning(DL)has been proved its great potential in suppressing the *** most popular DL method employs neural network as a filter to attenuate the blended noise in an iterative estimation and subtraction framework(IESF).However,there are still amplitude distortion and blended noise residual problems,especially when dealing with weak signal submerged in strong *** address these problems,we propose a hybrid WUDT-NAFnet,which contains two *** first network is a wavelet based U-shape deblending transformer network(WUDTnet),incorporated into IESF as a robust regularization term to iteratively separate the blended *** second network is a nonlinear activate free network(NAFnet)designed to recover the event amplitude and further suppress the weak noise residual in *** the hybrid network,the blended noise can be separated purposefully and *** using synthetic and field seismic data demonstrate that the WUDTNAFnet outperforms traditional curvelet transform(CT)based method and the deblending transformer(DT)model in terms of ***,for field applications,the data augmentation method of bicubic interpolation is applied to mitigate the feature difference between synthetic and field ***,the trained network exhibits strong signal preservation ability in numerical field example without requiring additional training.

As a core part of battlefield situational awareness,air target intention recognition plays an important role in modern air *** at the problems of insufficient feature extraction and misclassification in intention recognition,this paper designs an air target intention recognition method(KGTLIR)based on Knowledge Graph and Deep ***,the intention recognition model based on Deep Learning is constructed to mine the temporal relationship of intention features using dilated causal convolution and the spatial relationship of intention features using a graph attention ***,the accuracy,recall,and F1-score after iteration are introduced to dynamically adjust the sample weights to reduce the probability of *** that,an intention recognition model based on Knowledge Graph is constructed to predict the probability of the occurrence of different intentions of the ***,the results of the two models are fused by evidence theory to obtain the target’s operational *** show that the intention recognition accuracy of the KGTLIRmodel can reach 98.48%,which is not only better than most of the air target intention recognition methods,but also demonstrates better interpretability and trustworthiness.

Mercury(Hg)enrichments in ancient sediments have been used as a proxy of volcanism,especially large igneous province(LIP)***,considering the existence of other potential Hg sources besides volcanoes and the diverse factors(e.g.,organic matters,clay minerals,sulfide minerals and Fe oxides)that can affect Hg sequestration,there are considerable uncertainties to simply regard sedimentary Hg anomalies as signatures of volcanic *** stable isotopes,a promising tool for tracing the origins and transformations of Hg,have been increasingly used for determining the causes of Hg spikes and understanding the geochemical behavior of Hg in the geologic *** date,lots of researches have applied Hg concentrations and Hg isotopes to identify LIP volcanisms linking with significant geological events such as mass extinctions,ocean anoxic events and other environmental perturbations that mainly occurred in the ***,the results in previous studies clearly show that not all Hg enrichments are derived from volcanic inputs,which emphasize the need for more caution in using Hg as a fingerprint of *** a better understanding of Hg isotopes in the future,there will be important implications for Hg isotopes to reconstruct volcanic activities in the rock records and their impacts on biological evolution.

Aromatic hydrocarbons generally refer to compounds containing benzene *** types of isomers can be formed by replacing hydrogen atoms on the benzene *** this paper,an aromatic-hydrocarbon-inspired modular robot(AHIMR)is *** robot can be reassembled into different configurations suitable for various task requirements.A vision-based docking system is designed for the *** system primarily consists of two stages:a remote guidance stage and a precise docking *** the remote guidance stage,an object module is identified using an illumination adaptive target recognition algorithm,and then the active module moves to the docking area through communication with *** the precise docking stage,the active module calculates the relative pose with the object module using a perspective-n-point method and dynamically adjusts its posture to *** this process,a Kalman filter is used to reduce target occlusion and jitter *** addition,the docking system feasibility is verified via several simulation *** module docking accuracy is controlled within 0.01 m,which meets the reconfiguration task requirements of the *** the AHIMR submodule docking experiment,the active module accurately moves to the expected position with a docking success rate of 95%.
