Health monitoring of electro-mechanical actuator(EMA)is critical to ensure the security of *** is difficult or even impossible to collect enough labeled failure or degradation data from actual *** autoencoder based on reconstruction loss is a popular model that can carry out anomaly detection with only consideration of normal training data,while it fails to capture spatio-temporal information from multivariate time series signals of multiple monitoring *** mine the spatio-temporal information from multivariate time series signals,this paper proposes an attention graph stacked autoencoder for EMA anomaly ***,attention graph con-volution is introduced into autoencoder to convolve temporal information from neighbor features to current features based on different weight ***,stacked autoencoder is applied to mine spatial information from those new aggregated temporal ***,based on the bench-mark reconstruction loss of normal training data,different health thresholds calculated by several statistic indicators can carry out anomaly detection for new testing *** comparison with tra-ditional stacked autoencoder,the proposed model could obtain higher fault detection rate and lower false alarm rate in EMA anomaly detection experiment.

Boson sampling has been theoretically proposed and experimentally demonstrated to show quantum computational ***,it still lacks the deep understanding of the practical applications of boson *** we propose that boson sampling can be used to efficiently simulate the work distribution of multiple identical *** link the work distribution to boson sampling and numerically calculate the transition amplitude matrix between the single-boson eigenstates in a one-dimensional quantum piston system,and then map the matrix to a linear optical network of boson *** work distribution can be efficiently simulated by the output probabilities of boson sampling using the method of the grouped probability *** scheme requires at most a polynomial number of the samples and the optical *** work opens up a new path towards the calculation of complex quantum work distribution using only photons and linear optics.

The surface spinning strengthening(3S)mechanism and fatigue life extension mechanism of 31.L stainless steel welded joint were systematically elucidated by microstructural analyses and mechanical *** indicate that surface gradient hardening layer of approximately 1.mm is formed in the base material through grain fragmentation and deformation twin strengthening,as well as in the welding zone composed of deformedδ-phases and *** fatigue strength of welded joint after 3S significantly rises by 32%(from 1.0 to 250 MPa),which is attributed to the effective elimination of surface geometric defects,discrete refinement ofδ-Fe phases and the appropriate improvement in the surface strength,collectively mitigating strain localization and surface fatigue damage within the gradient strengthening *** redistributed fineδ-Fe phases benefited by strong stress transfer of 3S reduce the risk of surface weak phase cracking,causing the fatigue fracture to transition from microstructure defects to crystal defects dominated by slip,further suppressing the initiation and early propagation of fatigue cracks.

In this paper,the authors design a reinforcement learning algorithm to solve the adaptive linear-quadratic stochastic n-players non-zero sum differential game with completely unknown *** each player,a critic network is used to estimate the Q-function,and an actor network is used to estimate the control input.A model-free online Q-learning algorithm is obtained for solving this kind of *** is proved that under some mild conditions the system state and weight estimation errors can be uniformly ultimately bounded.A simulation with five players is given to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Polymer density-functional theories(PDFTs)have distinct advantages in the study of polyelectrolyte(PE)systems over experiments and molecular *** we give an introductory review of some PDFTs recently developed for PE *** start with a general formalism of PDFTs and its relation to the widely used polymer self-consistent field theory(SCFT),then explain the various correlations that are neglected in SCFT but can be accounted for in PDFTs,including those due to the excluded-volume interaction and chain connectivity of uncharged polymers,the electrostatic correlations of small ions,and the chain correlations in *** also list some applications of PDFTs for PE systems,and finally give some perspectives on future *** hope that our review can attract more researchers to apply and further develop PDFTs as a promising class of theoretical and computational tools.

The effect of TiO_(2) absorption into two different CaO-BaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-based mold slags from the steel plant on the viscosity,melting performance and microstructure of slags was investigated through the measurement of the viscosity-temperature relationship,melting temperature and Raman *** parameter of the number of non-bridging oxygen per tetrahedrally-coordinated atom(NBO/T)was also calculated to explain the microstructure variation of molten slags with different TiO_(2) *** variation of the actual slag consumption and the depth of the liquid slag in mold was explained through the comparison of the viscosity and the melting temperature of two different *** viscosity of mold slags(basicity=0.6)decreased from 1.1.to 0.68 Pa s with the increase in the Ti0_(2) absorption from 0 to 1.%,while that of slags(basicity=0.7)decreased from 0.76 to 0.56 Pa s with the Ti0_(2) absorption from 0 to 6%.The activation energy of both two groups of slags had the tendency to decrease with the increasing TiO_(2) *** network structure of both two groups of slags measured by the Raman spectra showed that the fraction of complex structure units(Q^(1.,Q^(2),Q^(3) and A1.O-Al)decreased and simple structure units(Al-O-and Q^(0))increased with the increase in TiO_(2) ***/T also increased with the increase in the TiO2 absorption,indicating that the absorption of TiO_(2) into slags resulted in the destruction of silicate/aluminate ***,the absorption of TiO_(2) into the current CaO-BaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) mold slags decreased the degree of polymerization of these slags and then led to the decrease of viscosity.
