Spermatogenesis is a critical part of reproduction in insects;however,its molecular mechanism is still largely *** this study,we identified a testis-specific gene CG3526 in Drosophila *** analysis showed that CG3526 contains a zinc binding domain and 2 C2H2 type zinc fingers,and it is clustered to the vertebrate really interesting new gene(RING)family E3 ubiquitin-protein *** CG3526 was knocked down by RNA interference(RNAi),the testis became much smaller in size,and the apical tip exhibited a sharp and thin end instead of the blunt and round shape in the control *** importantly,compared to the control flies,only a few mature sperm were present in the seminal vesicle of C587-Gal4>CG3526 RNAi *** staining of the testis from CG3526 RNAi flies showed that the homeostasis of testis stem cell niche was disrupted,cell distribution in the apical tip was scattered,and the process of spermatogenesis was not ***,we found that the phenotype of CG3526 RNAi flies’testis was similar to that of testis of Stat92E RNAi flies,the expression level of CG3526 was significantly downregulated in the Stat92EF06346 mutant flies,and the promoter activity of CG3526 was upregulated by *** together,our results indicated that CG3526 is a downstream effector gene in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway that plays a key role in the spermatogenesis of Drosophila.

Hybrid improper ferroelectricity has been extensively reported through theoretical prediction and experimental investigation in the oxides with Ruddlesden-Popper(R-P)***,the experimentally reported ferroelectric materials based on triple-layer R-P structures are rare,and the weak ferroelectricity impedes its practical *** the present work,the single-phase Li_(2)Nd_(2)Ti_(3)O_(1.)ceramics with A-site cation ordered triple-layer R-P structure was obtained by spark plasma sintering technique,and the crystal structure of P2_(1.ab symmetry was revealed by neutron powder diffraction and transmission electron microscope ***,the switchable ferroelectricity in Li_(2)Nd_(2)Ti_(3)O_(1.)ceramics has been observed at room temperature,and the saturated polarization-electric field hysteresis loop was obtained with P_(r)=0.4μC/cm^(2)under the electric field of 250 kV/*** phase transition behavior of Li_(2)Nd_(2)Ti_(3)O_(1.)oxides was revealed by the temperature-dependence Raman and dielectric spectra combined with the piezoelectric property.

Post-disaster recovery and reconstruction provide an effective way to reduce the disaster vulnerability of, and promote leapfrog development in, an affected area. To date, studies that have used administrative boundaries to investigate the reconstruction of settlement space have not been able to clearly define the real boundaries of land use changes or quantify the degree of response to the ‘Build-Back-Better’ initiative, and have lacked any consideration of the fourth reconstruction stage–development period(1. years). This study constructed a mountain settlement niche and analyzed the characteristics, spatial reconstruction, and drivers of rural settlements during 2009–201. in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River, southwest China. The results showed the following:(1. Natural factors were the basis for the formation and development of mountain settlement niches. The scale of the settlement niche and its land use structure depended on the physical geography features and the ethnic farming and grazing traditions. The settlement niche provided a realistic boundary for the spatial reconstruction.(2) The layout of residential land around cropland was the common feature of the mountain settlement niche. Of all the land use types, the roads and rural residential lands showed the most change over the 1. years;1.,860 residential patches increased in size and 4,742 patches were abandoned.(3) The area of orchards, planted to reconstruct the economy in the mountains, increased by nearly 2.5 times.(4) Collapses, landslides, and debris flow disasters and the ecological red line influenced the spatial reconstruction. While the main focus of post-disaster recovery is spatial reconstruction, initiatives should include economic and spiritual recovery, and should also achieve sustainable development of the region.

Heterogeneous interfaces produced by interdomain interactions on a nanoscale performs a crucial role in boosting the properties of an electrocatalyst toward oxygen evolution reaction(OER)***,a series of dual-phase electrodes with intimately connected heterointerfaces are prepared by in situ decomposing solid solution oxide of Ni_(x)Co_(y)Fe_(1.0-x-y)O,which grew on Ni foam massively via an ultrafast combustion ***,with high-reaction kinetics caused by the reduction treatment at 450℃,the less electronegative Fe and Co are more oxyphilic than Ni,which facilitated their co-exsolution and formation of CoFe_2O_4/NiO oxide with enriched oxygen *** from the nanoporous framework,heterojunction structure,and oxygen defects,the self-supporting electrodes present rapid charge/mass transmission and provide abundant active sites for *** optimized sample(R-SNCF4.5)shows low overpotentials of 226 and 324 mV at 1. and1.0 mA·cm^(-2),a small Tafel slope(46.7 mV·dec^(-1.),and excellent *** assembled R-SNCF4.5//Pt/C/NF electrolyzer demonstrates continuous electrolysis over 50 h at a current density of 1. mA·cm^(-2),under 1.51.*** functional theory(DFT)calculations verify that the strong electronic modulation plays a critical part in the CoFe_2O_4/NiO hybrid by lowering the energy barriers for the ratedetermining steps,and Fe sites are the most active OER sites.

With the development of deep learning and federated learning(FL),federated intrusion detection systems(IDSs)based on deep learning have played a significant role in securing industrial control systems(ICSs).However,adversarial attacks on ICSs may compromise the ability of deep learning-based IDSs to accurately detect cyberattacks,leading to serious ***,in the process of generating adversarial samples,the selection of replacement models lacks an effective method,which may not fully expose the vulnerabilities of the *** authors first propose an automated FL-based method to generate adversarial samples in ICSs,called AFL-GAS,which uses the prin-ciple of transfer attack and fully considers the importance of replacement models during the process of adversarial sample *** the proposed AFL-GAS method,a lightweight neural architecture search method is developed to find the optimised replacement model composed of a combination of four lightweight basic ***,to enhance the adversarial robustness,the authors propose a multi-objective neural archi-tecture search-based IDS method against adversarial attacks in ICSs,called MoNAS-IDSAA,by considering both classification performance on regular samples and adver-sarial robustness *** experimental results on three widely used intrusion detection datasets in ICSs,such as secure water treatment(SWaT),Water Distribution,and Power System Attack,demonstrate that the proposed AFL-GAS method has obvious advantages in evasion rate and lightweight compared with other four ***,the proposed MoNAS-IDSAA method not only has a better classification performance,but also has obvious advantages in model adversarial robustness compared with one manually designed federated adversarial learning-based IDS method.

Medical bone implant magnesium(Mg)alloys are subjected to both corrosive environments and complex loads in the human *** increasing number of hyperglycemic and diabetic patients in recent years has brought new challenges to the fatigue performance of Mg ***,it is significant to study the corrosion fatigue(CF)behavior of medical Mg alloys in glucose-containing simulated body fluids for their clinical ***,the corrosion and fatigue properties of extruded Mg-Zn-Zr-Nd alloy in Hank’s balanced salt solution(HBSS)containing different concentrations(1.g/L and 3 g/L)of glucose were *** average grain size of the alloy is about 5μm,which provides excellent overall mechanical *** conditional fatigue strength of the alloy was 1.7 MPa in air and 88 MPa and 70 MPa in HBSS containing 1.g/L glucose and 3 g/L glucose,*** crack initiation points for alloys in air are oxide inclusions and in solution are corrosion *** corrosion rate of the alloy is high at the beginning,and decreases as the surface corrosion product layer thickens with the increase of immersion *** corrosion products of the alloy are mainly Mg(OH)_(2),MgO and a small amount of Ca-P *** electrochemical results indicated that the corrosion rate of the alloys gradually decreased with increasing immersion time,but the corrosion tendency of the alloy was greater in HBSS containing 3 g/L *** the one hand,glucose accelerates the corrosion process by adsorbing large amounts of aggressive Cl^(-)*** the other hand,glucose will be oxidized to form gluconic acid,and then reacts with Mg(OH)_(2) and MgO to form Mg gluconate,which destroys the corrosion product film and leads to the aggravation of corrosion and the accumulation of fatigue damage.

Onlineγ-spectrometry systems for inland waters,most of which extract samples in situ and in real time,are able to produce reliable activity concentration measurements for waterborne radionuclides only when they are distributed relatively uniformly and enter into a steady-state diffusion regime in the measurement *** protect residents’health and ensure the safety of the living environment,better timeliness is required for this measurement *** address this issue,this study established a mathematical model of the online waterγ-spectrometry system so that rapid warning and activity estimates can be obtained for water under non-steady-state(NSS)*** addition,the detection efficiency of the detector for radionuclides during the NSS diffusion process was determined by applying the computational fluid dynamics technique in conjunction with Monte Carlo *** this basis,a method was developed that allowed the online waterγ-spectrometry system to provide rapid warning and activity concentration estimates for radionuclides in *** analysis of the NSS-mode measurements of^(40)K radioactive solutions with different activity concentrations determined the optimum warning threshold and measurement time for producing accurate activity concentration estimates for *** experimental results show that the proposed NSS measurement method is able to give warning and yield accurate activity concentration estimates for radionuclides 55.42 and 69.42 min after the entry of a 1.
