Evapotranspiration(ET)is a crucial variable in the terrestrial water,carbon,and energy *** present,a large number of multi source ET products *** to sparse observations,however,great challenges exist in the evaluation and integration of ET products in remote and complex areas such as the Tibetan Plateau(TP).In this paper,the applicability of the multiple collocation(MC)method over the TP is evaluated for the first time,and the uncertainty of multisource ET products(based on reanalysis,remote sensing,and land surface models)is further analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for ET data *** results show that 1.ET uncertainties quantified via the MC method are lower in RS-based ET products(5.95 vs.7.06 mm month^(-1.)than in LSM ET products(1..22 vs.1..97 mm month^(-1.)and reanalysis ET estimates(7.27 vs.1..26 mm month-1..2)A multisource evapotranspiration(MET)dataset is generated at a monthly temporal scale with a spatial resolution of 0.25°across the TP during *** has better performance than any individual product.3)Based on the fusion product,the total ET amount over the TP and its patterns of spatiotemporal variability are clearly *** annual total ET over the entire TP is approximately 380.60 ***,an increasing trend of 1.59±0.85 mm yr^(-1.over the TP is shown during *** study provides a basis for future studies on water and energy cycles and water resource management over the TP and surrounding regions.

Anti-inflammatory drugs targeting inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)have attracted considerable attention but still face low therapeutic outcomes and frequent side ***(ATX),a natural ketone,possesses potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ***,it faces problems such as poor water solubility,photothermal instability,and low ***,we employed a supramolecular encapsulation strategy to create a nanoscale oral delivery system for ATX(referred to as FC-ATX NPs)by coupling fucoidan(FUC)with chitosan oligosaccharides(COS).The obtained FC-ATX NPs exhibited a particular“bean pod”structure with uniform size,good encapsulation efficiency,excellent physical and chemical stability,pH-triggered intestinal targeted slow-release properties,and potent antioxidant *** vitro cell culture experiments showed that FC-ATX NPs promoted cellular uptake and scavenged excessive intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS).In mouse models of colitis,FC-ATX NPs enhanced the drug absorption of intestinal epithelial cells and effectively accumulated at the site of *** work provides an efficient approach to enhance the bioavailability of ATX and has excellent application potential as an oral targeted delivery system for colitis therapy.

Comparison of cytokine levels in prostatic secretion between the Ⅲa and Ⅲb subtypes of prostatitis

Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS),also known as National Institutes of Health(NIH)type Ⅲ prostatitis,is a common disorder with an unclear etiology and no known curative *** on the presence or absence of leukocytes in expressed prostatic secretion(EPS),CP/CPPS is classifiedfurther into Illa(inflammatory)and Illb(noninflammatory)***,the severity of symptoms is not entirely consistent with the white blood cell(WBC)*** the preliminary finding of a link between inflammatory cytokines and CP/CPPS,we performed this clinical study with the aim of identifying cytokines that are differentially expressed according to whether the prostatitis subtype is Ⅲa or Ⅲ*** found that granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF),interleukin-1.(IL-1.),and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1.MCP-1.levels were significantly elevated and interferon-inducible protein-1.(IP-1.)and platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB)levels were downregulated in the EPS of patients with type Ⅲa *** a word,it is a meaningful study in which we investigate the levels of various cytokines in EPS according to whether prostatitis is the Ⅲa or Ⅲb *** combination of G-CSF,IL-1.,MCP-1.IP-1.,and PDGF-BB expression levels could form a basis for classification,diagnosis,and therapeutic targets in clinical P/CPPS.
