火龙果小孢子不同发育时期的形态特征

阳现蕾起观测"紫红龙"火龙果花蕾发育的动态变化,采集从现蕾期起1.1.天的花蕾,通过电子显微镜观察火龙果小孢子在不同发育时期的外部形态结构特征及细胞学特征变化,为花药或小孢子培养提供细胞学依据和最佳取材时间,以期建立高效、稳定的火龙果花药或小孢子组织培养体系。结果表明,火龙果小孢子发育经历了四分体时期、单核早期、单核靠边期和双核期,最后发育为成熟花粉粒,每个时期具有明显不同的形态特征;火龙果小孢子发育时期与花蕾的大小和花药的长度紧密相关。火龙果花蕾纵径在5.5~6.0 cm,横径在2.5~3.2 cm,绝大数小孢子发育至四分体时期,此时对应的花蕾发育天数约为4 d;花蕾纵径在6.8~7.6 cm,横径在3.0~3.4 cm,绝大数小孢子发育至单核早期,此时对应的花蕾发育天数约为5 d;花蕾纵径在8.1.8.6 cm,横径在3.3~3.9 cm,绝大数小孢子发育至单核靠边期,此时对应的花蕾发育天数约为6 d;双核期时,花蕾纵径在8.9~1..5 cm,横径在3.8~4.4 cm,对应的花蕾发育天数约7~8 d。因此,可以根据火龙果花蕾的形态、大小和花药发育时期,从而确定小孢子最佳培养时期对应的选蕾标准。

Herein, the influence of the concentration design and comprehensive performance of the sulfate-phosphoric mixed acid system electrolyte is investigated to realize an electrolyte that maintains high energy density and stable operation at high temperatures. Static stability tests have shown that VOPO4 precipitation occurs only with vanadium(V) electrolyte. The concentration of vanadium ion of 2.0–2.2 mol·L^(–1., phosphoric acid of 0.1.–0.1. mol·L^(–1., and sulfuric acid of 2.5–3.0 mol·L^(–1. are suitable for a vanadium redox flow battery in the temperature range from –20 to 50 ℃. The equations for predicting the viscosity and conductivity of electrolytes are obtained by the response surface method. The optimized electrolyte overcomes precipitation generation. It has 2.8 times higher energy density than the non-phosphate electrolyte, and a coulomb efficiency of 94.0% at 50 ℃. The sulfate-phosphoric mixed acid system electrolyte promotes the electrode reaction process, increases the current density, and reduces the resistance. This work systematically optimizes the concentrations of composition of positive and negative vanadium electrolytes with mixed sulfate-phosphoric acid. It provides a basis for the different valence states and comprehensive properties of sulfate-phosphoric mixed acid system vanadium electrolytes under extreme environments, guiding engineering applications.

Lithiumsulfur batteries have been intensively studied due to their high theoretical energy density and abundant sulfur resources. However, their commercial application is hindered by the low redox kinetics and high sulfur losses. In principle, in the design of cathodes and separators, the adsorption toward lithium-polysulfides should be enhanced and the conversion of soluble high-order lithium-polysulfides should be catalyzed. Herein, a KV_(3)O_(8)·0.75H_(2)O separator is designed as an effective lithium-polysulfides mediator in lithiumsulfur batteries. The intercalated K+ would enlarge the interlayer spacing of vanadium oxides, preventing the collapse of the layer structure and improving the electrical/ion conductivity of the interface. Moreover, the KV_(3)O_(8)·0.75H_(2)O modified separator possess a prior adsorption and high redox kinetics toward lithium-polysulfides due to the enhanced diffusion kinetics, which guarantees the high-rate capability and efficient utilization of sulfur. As a result, lithiumsulfur batteries exhibit a high capacity of 1.62 mAh·g^(-1. and a long lifespan with a low capacity loss of 0.073% per cycle. This work may provide an alternative way to establish a functional separator to balance the adsorption and conversion of polysulfides during the redox back and forth.

Current AB_(5)-type hydrogen storage alloys employed in nickel-metal hydride(NiMH)batteries exhibit exceptional low-temperature discharge performance but suffer from limited cycle life and insufficient high-temperature *** overcome these challenges,we introduce a hydrothermal synthesized LaF_(3)coating layer on the surface of the AB_(5)anode *** LaF_(3)coating layer adds a protective barrier for the active material,significantly improving the battery's cycle life and high-temperature *** findings indicate that(1.the LaF_(3)coated anode demonstrates an extended cycle life with increased specific capacity and a capacity retention of 88%after 40 cycles of abusive overcharging and rapid discharging at room temperature.(2)The synthesized anode exhibits a 97%recovery of its specific capacity of 292.7 mAh/g following 1.4 h of high-temperature storage.(3)The low-temperature discharge capacity of the synthesized anode remains on par with the pristine AB_(5)alloy at 230.4 mAh/g in a-40℃*** research presents a significant advancement in hydrogen storage alloy coatings and offers valuable insights for designing electrodes in NiMH batteries.

Silicon suboxide(SiO_(x),x≈1.is promising in serving as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries with high capacity,but it has a low initial Coulombic efficiency(ICE)due to the irreversible formation of lithium silicates during the first *** this work,we modify SiO_(x) by solid-phase Mg doping reaction using low-cost Mg powder as a reducing *** show that Mg reduces SiO_(2) in SiO_(x) to Si and forms MgSiO_(3) or Mg_(2)SiO_(4).The MgSiO_(3) or Mg_(2)SiO_(4) are mainly distributed on the surface of SiO_(x),which suppresses the irreversible lithium-ion loss and enhances the ICE of SiO_(x).However,the formation of MgSiO_(3) or Mg_(2)SiO_(4) also sacrifices the capacity of SiO_(x).Therefore,by controlling the reaction process between Mg and SiO_(x),we can tune the phase composition,proportion,and morphology of the Mg-doped SiO_(x) and manipulate the *** obtain samples with a capacity of 1.26 mAh g^(–1. and an ICE of 84.1.%,which show significant improvement over carbon-coated SiO_(x) without Mg *** the synergistical modification of both Mg doping and prelithiation,the capacity of SiO_(x) is further increased to 1.77 mAh g^(–1. with a minimal compromise in the ICE(83.77%).
