The structures of two complexes C(CuOC6H4CH2NHCH2COO)2 (H2 O)]·H2P(1) and [Co(NH3)6[Co(OC6H4CH2NHCH2COO)2]2[C1]·10H2O (2) were determined by X-ray analyses. Compound (1) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 with a=11. 357(1),b= 24. 304(2),c=7.317(4) A,Z= 4;While compound (2) in the monoclinic space group A2/a(C2/c) with a=23. 486(9) ,b=26. 605(6) ,c= 10. 542(1) A,γ= 128. 42(4)°,Z= 4. In compound (1),two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bonded together by the phenolic oxygen atoms of two tridentate chelating ligands and each of them is separately coordinated by the carboxyl oxygen,amino nitrogen of each chelate ligand and by the fifth oxygen atom as well (from aqua or the carbonyl group in adjacent molecule). Thus the coordination of each Cu(Ⅱ) is a square pyramid with distances of 1. 93- 1. 97A to the four corner atoms and 2. 30 and 2. 32 A to the apex atoms. The whole molecule has an approximately planar configuratioir with the two pyramid apexes pointing towards one side. Compound (2) consists of

The genetic requirements for the transcription of glnA,encoding the major glutaminesynthetase in a rifamycin SV-producing Amycolatopsis mediterranei strain,U32,were *** experiments showed that the promoter of U32 glnA （pglnA） was likely to have two transcriptioninitiation sites:P1and P2,located 157 and 45 nucleotides （nt） upstream of the translational start codon,*** mobility shift and DNase I footprinting analyses revealed a 30 bp cis-element locatedat 45 to 75 nt downstream of P1,or 38 to 68 nt upstream of *** sequence of the cis-element displayedhigh similarity to the corresponding regions of pglnA from Streptomyces coelicolor and *** as a reporter gene,the expression levels of U32 pglnA and its deletion derivatives under differentnitrogen-source conditions were analyzed by detecting the catechol dioxygenase activities in ***54,*** J508 and *** FS10 （glnR mutant）.These in vivo studies showed that theactivation of U32 pglnA in *** required GlnR,and its binding to the U32 pglnA was furtherconfirmed by the gel mobility shift *** and heterologous expression of the U32 glnR allowed usto detect the in vitro interaction between the U32 GlnR and the corresponding pglnA *** shown by in vivo glnR inactivation and complementation indicated that GlnR is essential for theactive transcription of glnA in U32.

At room temperature, dibenzoyl peroxide undergoes oxidative addition reaction with metallic copper powder and pyridine N-oxide (triphenylphosphine oxide or 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolin) which affords the last products as binuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu(C5H5NO)-(C6H5COO)2]2(1), [Cu(OPPh3)(C6H5COO)2]2(2) and [Cu(C6H5COO)(C26H2oN2)](3, C26H2oN2 is 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolin). The structure of the complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, TG-DTA and magnetic property. Crystals(1) are triclinic, space group P1,a=0.92617(36),b=1.06973(17), c=1.08813(29) nm, a=59.60(2)°, β=74.83(3)°,γ=72.80(2)°, V=0.880 nm3, Dc=1.520 g/cm3, Z=1, R=0.044, Rw=0.048, Mr=805.78, 3477 reflections with I > 3σ(I). Each copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two bridging bidentate benzoate ligands and one pyridine N-oxide or triphenylphosphine oxide to form dimeric binuclear molecules. The structure of the compound(1) shows a clear centre of symmetry.

AIM:To investigate the inhibitory effect of hepatitis B virus (HBV) preS2 antibody (preS2Ab) against HBV in-fection and HBV-associated hepatic ***:An adenoviral vector carrying the full-length light and heavy chains of the HBV preS2Ab gene,Ad315-preS2Ab,was *** linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western blotting analyses were used to determine the preS2Ab expres-sion levels in *** techniques were used to examine the binding affinity between the expressed HBV preS2Ab and HBV-positive liver *** were also used to determine hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) levels to assess the inhibitory effect of the preS2Ab against HBV infection in L02 *** inhibitory effect of preS2Ab against hepatic carcinogen-esis was studied with diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) in HBV transgenic ***:The expression of HBV preS2Ab increased with increases in the multiplicity of infection (MOI) of Ad315-preS2Ab in L02 cells,with 350.87 ± 17.37 μg/L of preS2Ab when the MOI was 100 plaque forming units (pfu)/*** expressed preS2Abs could recog-nize liver cells from HBV transgenic *** results showed that L02 cells expressing preS2Ab produced less HBsAg after treatment with the serum of HBV pa-tients than parental L02 cells expressing no *** transgenic mice treated with Ad315-preS2Ab had fewer and smaller cancerous nodes after induction with DEN than mice treated with a blank Ad315 vec-tor or untreated ***,the administration of Ad315-preS2Ab could alleviate hepatic cirrhosis and decrease the serum levels of alanine transaminase and aspartate ***:Adenovirus-mediated HBV preS2Ab expression could inhibit HBV infection in L02 cells,and then inhibit DEN-induced hepatocellular carcinogenesis and protect hepatic function in HBV transgenic mice.

The formulas of the energy gap and superconducting critical temperature appropriate for systems with both odd and even number of electrons are derived; the bases of the derivations are BCS theory and energy level statistics. Numerical results qualitatively agree with the experimental phenomena. i.e., the superconductivity of small metallic grains will first enhance then decrease to zero when the grain are getting smaller and smaller. The calculations indicate that the above phenomena happen in the metallic grains belonging to Gaussian Orthogonal Ensemble (GOE) and Gaussian Unitary ensemble (GUE) with zero spin; The superconductivity of small metallic grains in Gaussian Symplectic Ensemble (GSE) will monotonically decrease to zero with the decreasing of the grain size. The analyses suggest that the superconductivity enhancements come from pairing and the balance of the strengths between spin-orbital coupling and external magnetic field. In order to take the latter into account, it is necessary to include the level statistics given by Random Matrix Theory (RMT) in describing small metallic grains.

π-Cyclopentadinyl（dicarbonyl）(phenylcarbyne)rhenium-tetrabromoborate, [π-C5H5（CO）2-ReCC6H5]BBr4（3）, at low temperature reacts with （μ-phenylthio）（μ-thiolato）hexacarbonyldiironanion, （μ-C6H5S）（μ-LiS）Fe2（CO）6（2）, to give π-cyclopentadienyl （dicarbonyl） {phenyl[（μ-phenylthio）-hexacarbonyldiiron （μ-thio）] carbene} rhenium, π-C5H5（CO）2ReC（C6H5）(μ-S)（μ-C6H5S）Fe2（CO）6（4）.The complex 4 was identified by elemental analyses, IR,1H NMR and mass spectra, and finally con-firmed by its single crystal X-ray structurc determination. The results from spectroscopic experimentsand X-ray diffraction were diseussed.

Direct and sensitized photolyses ot 1-biphenylyl-2,2-dimethylcyclopropane gave 2-methyl- 4-biphenylyl-1-butene as sole *** of the product formation quantum yields at zero conversion in direct and sensitized photolyses(1,7×10^(-3)vs.1.8×10^(-3))indicated that the rearrangement took place from the triplet excited state in both cases.A istepwise mechanism involving disrotatory ring opening of the cyclopropane and subsequent 1,3-H suprafacial shift is proposed and is consistent with the reaction multiplicity result,the orbital and state correlation diagram analyses as well as the prediction based on the Large K and Small K Concept.

目的　探索K5 62和K5 62 n细胞在裸鼠体内致瘤性不同的分子生物学机制。方法　应用基因芯片技术 ,检测K5 62细胞和K5 62 n细胞的差异表达基因。结果　在被检测的 12 80 0个基因中 ,一些与细胞增殖、分化及凋亡等相关基因的表达在高致瘤性K5 62 n与K5 62细胞中有显著的变化。表达上调的基因包括MAD 3基因、转录因子ⅡA(TFⅡA)λ亚基基因等 ,表达下调的基因包括人Fas相关因子基因、含转录子E2F2、ID3 (DNA结合蛋白 3 )基因的染色体 1p3 6.13～ 3 6.2 2、精氨琥珀酸裂解酶基因等。结论　K5 62 n细胞的裸鼠高致瘤特性。
