Hydrological models are developed to simulate river flows over a watershed for many practical applications in the field of water.r.source management. The present paper compares the performance of two recurrent neural networks for.r.infall-runoff modeling in the Zou river basin at Atchérigbé outlet. To this end, we used daily precipitation data over the period 1988-2010 as input of the models, such as the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and recurrent Gate Networks (GrU) to simulate river discharge in the study area. The investigated models give good results in calibration (r2 = 0.888, NSE = 0.886, and rMSE = 0.42 for LSTM;r2 = 0.9, NSE = 0.9 and rMSE = 0.3.7 for GrU) and in validation (r2 = 0.865, NSE = 0.851, and rMSE = 0.3.9 for LSTM;r2 = 0.9, NSE = 0.865 and rMSE = 0.3.1 for GrU). This good performance of LSTM and GrU models confirms the importance of models based on machine learning in modeling hydrological phenomena for better decision-making.

This study endeavors to investigate the effects of Bifidobacterium breve CCFM1078 on bone formation and resorption balance in growing BALB/c mice. Newborn BALB/c mice were assigned to the control group (administration saline) and the CCFM1078 group (administration B. breve CCFM1078， 3.× 109CFU/day) in 3.， 4-， and 5-week tests. All the groups have male and female distinctions. Our findings demonstrate that B. breve CCFM1078 exerts on the dynamic equilibrium between bone formation and resorption during the critical period of growth in mice by modulating the composition of gut microbiota and metabolites (hexadecanamide， linoleoyl ethanolamide， and palmitoyl ethanolamide)， the genes and proteins expression related to the GH/IGF-1 axis and Gs/PKA/CrEB signaling pathways， as well as downstream osteogenic and osteoclastic differentiation factors. The effects of B. breve CCFM1078 were different with age and gender dependent. This finding suggests B. breve CCFM1078 may have potential applications in regulating bone metabolism in the growth period population.

Bifidobacterium longum subsp. infantis is a commensal bacterium that predominates in the infant gut， playing a critical role in both preventing foreign infections and facilitating immune development. This study aimed to explore the effects of B. longum subsp. infantis supplementation on interferon-beta (IFN-β) secretion and intestinal barrier improvement in growing mice. Female and male mice were orally administered either saline or B. longum subsp. infantis CCFM1269 or I5TI (1 × 109CFU/mice per day， n = 8) from 1-week-age until 3.， 4-， and 5-week-age. rNA sequencing analysis revealed that CCFM1269 exhibited potential antiviral capacity through increasing 2’-5’ oligoadenylate synthetase (OAS). Additionally， CCFM1269 supplementation significantly increased colonic IFN-β levels which combined with OAS in 3.week-old female and male mice by activating the TLr4-TrIF-dependent signaling pathway. However， this effect was not observed in 4- and 5-week-old mice. Furthermore， both CCFM1269 were found to modulate the gut microbiota composition and enhance the intestinal barrier function in 3.， 4-， and 5-week-old mice. In summary， the results of this study suggested that B. longum subsp. infantis CCFM1269 promoting intestinal barrier and releasing IFN-β in growing mice was in a strain-specific and time-dependent manner.

The competence set analysis technology can be applied to solve the decision making problems successfully and satisfactorily. This paper mainly focuses on the expanding strategy research and development of the competence set under.r.sk and uncertainty. A systematic expression of the competence set analysis is described, several expanding principles and strategies with regard to several different cases are presented, and their applications in the personnel training program are discussed, some conclusions and suggestions to be developed in a further work are included.

Qualitative indices in multi-objective decision can usually be evaluated and measured by mathematical methods or models, but the obtained results are sometimes inaccurate because of fuzziness of indices. To improve the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation results, set-value statistic principle is applied, and accordingly four evaluation methods are obtained. Meanwhile, these methods are compared briefly.

Using K-T optimality condition of nonsmooth optimization, we establish two equivalent systems of the nonsmooth equations for the constrained minimax problem directly. Then generalized Newton methods are applied to solve these systems of the nonsmooth equations. Thus a new approach to solving the constrained minimax problem is developed.

This paper presents a new fuzzy multiple criteria (both qualitative and quantitative) decision-making (MCDM) method based on fuzzy relational degree analysis. The concepts of fuzzy set theory are used to construct a weighted suitability decision matrix to evaluate the weighted suitability of different alternatives versus various criteria. The positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution are then obtained by using a method of ranking fuzzy numbers, and the fuzzy relational degrees of different alternative versus positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution are calculated by using the proposed arithmetic. Finally, the relative relational degrees of various alternatives versus positive ideal solution are ranked to determine the best alternative. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed method.

This paper concerns the submanifold geometry in the ambient space of warped productmanifolds F^n×σ r, this is a large family of manifolds including the usual space forms r^m, S^m and H^m. We give the fundamental theorem for isometric immersions of hypersurfaces into warped product space r^n×σ r, which extends this kind of results from the space forms and several spaces recently considered by Daniel to the cases of infinitely many ambient spaces.
