TheⅣ-Ⅵcompound GeTe is considered as a promising alternative to the toxic PbTe for high-efficiency mid-temperature thermoelectric ***,pristine GeTe suffers from a high concentration of Ge vacancies,resulting in an excessively high hole concentration(>1×10^(21)cm^(-3)),which greatly limits its thermoelectric *** address this issue,CuBiTe_(2)alloying is introduced to increase the formation energy of Ge vacancies in GeTe,thereby inhibiting the high carrier *** carrier scattering caused by the electronegativity difference between different elements is suppressed due to the similar electronegativity of Cu and Ge atoms.A relatively high hole mobility is obtained,which ultimately leads to a high power ***,by introducing Se as an alloying element at the anionic site in GeTe,dense point defects with mass/strainfield fluctuations are *** contributes to the strengthening of phonon scattering,thereby reducing the lattice thermal conductivity from 1.44 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)for pristine GeTe to 0.28 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)for Ge_(0.95)Cu_(0.05)Bi_(0.05)Te_(0.9)Se_(0.15)compound at 623 K.

Data augmentation is an important task of using existing data to expand data *** generative countermeasure network technology to realize data augmentation has the advantages of high-quality generated samples,simple training,and fewer restrictions on the number of generated ***,in the field of transmission line insulator images,the freely synthesized samples are prone to produce fuzzy backgrounds and disordered samples of the main insulator *** solve the above problems,this paper uses the cycle generative adversarial network(Cycle-GAN)used for domain conversion in the generation countermeasure network as the initial framework and uses the self-attention mechanism and channel attention mechanism to assist the conversion to realize the mutual conversion of different insulator *** attention module with prior knowledge is used to build the generation countermeasure network,and the generative adversarial network(GAN)model with local controllable generation is built to realize the directional generation of insulator belt defect *** experimental results show that the samples obtained by this method are improved in a number of quality indicators,and the quality effect of the samples obtained is excellent,which has a reference value for the data expansion of insulator images.

Background:Foot kinematics,such as excessive eversion and malalignment of the hindfoot,are believed to be associated with running-related *** maj ority of studies to date show that different foot strike patterns influence these specific foot and ankle ***,technical deficiencies in traditional motion capture approaches limit knowledge of in vivo joint kinematics with respect to rearfoot and forefoot strike patterns(RFS and FFS,respectively).This study uses a high-speed dual fluoroscopic imaging system(DFIS)to determine the effects of different foot strike patterns on 3D in vivo tibiotalar and subtalar joints ***:Fifteen healthy male recreational runners underwent foot computed tomography scanning for the construction of 3-dimensional models.A high-speed DFIS(100 Hz)was used to collect 6 degrees of freedom kinematics for participants’tibiotalar and subtalar joints when they adopted RFS and FFS in barefoot ***:Compared with RFS,FFS exhibited greater internal rotation at 0%-20%of the stance phase in the tibiotalar *** peak internal rotation angle of the tibiotalar joint under FFS was greater than under RFS(pling the effects of RF S and FFS during running.

Thigmotropism and thigmomorphogenesis are two related and pervasive processes that play crucial roles in plant adaptation to the ***,there have been few investigations into the molecular regulatory mechanisms of these ***(Cucumis sativus L.)tendrils are ideal material for studying thigmotropism and thigmomorphogenesis because they display a combination of the two ***,we generated the transcriptome profiles of cucumber tendrils at the young,stretch,and coiling *** related to receptor proteins,transmembrane transport,and ion transport were significantly enriched among those differentially expressed between *** assays illustrated that three GLUTAMATE RECEPTOR(GLR)genes might play a vital function in perceiving or transducing touch stimulation *** the transcriptomes of tendrils and roots after touch stimulation,we found that genes related to extracellular stimulus and xyloglucan metabolism might have conserved functions in the regulation of *** transcriptome atlas of thigmotropism and thigmomorphogenesis of cucumber tendrils constructed in this study will help further elucidate the molecular mechanisms behind these processes.

A General Authentication and Key Agreement Framework for Industrial Control System

In modern industrial control systems(ICSs), when user retrieving the data stored in field device like smart sensor, there exists two main problems: one is lack of the verification for identification of user and field device;the other is that user and field device need exchange a key to encrypt sensitive data transmitted over the *** propose a comprehensive authentication and key agreement framework that enables all connected devices in an ICS to mutually authenticate each other and establish a peer-to-peer session key. The framework combines two types of protocols for authentication and session key agreement: The first one is an asymmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol based on transport layer security handshake protocol used for Internet access, while the second one is a newly designed lightweight symmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol specifically for field devices. This proposed lightweight protocol imposes very light computational load and merely employs simple operations like one-way hash function and exclusive-or(XOR) operation. In comparison to other lightweight protocols, our protocol requires the field device to perform fewer computational operations during the authentication phase. The simulation results obtained using Open SSL demonstrates that each authentication and key agreement process in the lightweight protocol requires only 0.005 ms. Our lightweight key agreement protocol satisfies several essential security features, including session key secrecy, identity anonymity, untraceability, integrity, forward secrecy, and mutual authentication. It is capable of resisting impersonation, man-in-the-middle, and replay attacks. We have employed the Gong-NeedhamYahalom(GNY) logic and automated validation of Internet security protocols and application tool to verify the security of our symmetric cryptographic key agreement protocol.
