Pathogenic microorganisms are the most important problem for plant growth which eventually affects the food production system whenever the chronic threat of pathogens had *** control is considered as an alternative or supplemental way for reducing the use of chemical agents in agricultural *** this study,the inhibition of seed born pathogenic fungi Aspergillus niger that cause root rot diseases in peanut(Arachis hypogea)was investigated by using root-nodule Bradyrhizobium and soil-isolated Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria(PGPR)as biological *** were isolated from 500 peanut nodules and determined antagonistic activity to ***,none of them could inhibit *** ***,350 PGPR isolates were further screened regarding to this purpose,and the total of 11isolates were found to be able to inhibit *** *** on ability of inhibition and root colonization,the best 4 PGPR isolates including A20,A45,A62,and A106 were *** selected PGPR were inoculated on to overnight incubated peanut seed with *** 105 to 107spore/ml/seed resulting 80%of root rot disease to peanut ***,isolates A20 and A45could effectively control *** and promote the growth of peanut ***,using of isolates A20 and A45(10 cell/ml)co-inoculated with Bradyrhizobium TAL 173(10 cell/ml)could control root rot disease of ***,the co-inoculum could develop ability of nitrogen fixation and also biocontrol by using Rhizobium co-inoculated with PGPR.
